This newly updated unit is located on the 14th floor and offers a king bed as well as a sleeper loveseat for extra space. This unit is the closest to the beach in the Patricia Grand Resort and features not one, but two oceanfront balconies for your enjoyment. This unit welcomes respectful owners and their small pets also. Resort has 20 lb maximum for guest's dogs, with a 2 dog maximum per room. NOTE: City of Myrtle Beach restricts beach access for pets between Memorial day and Labor day to before 9:00 am and after 5:00 pm. There is a small park next to the resort that welcomes pet as well. This condo has been professionally redesigned with new LVT flooring, new custom headboard, new bedding, new curtains and a new 50" Samsung smart TV! Don't sweat waiting in line to check in either. Perfect birthday getaway for January where the temperatures were in the 50’s and 60’s. Great views of the ocean and beautiful sunrises. Lots of things to do in the area in just a short driving distance.

Stayed 30 days, enjoyed the ocean sounds each night and loved the sunrise's on the balcony. Drove each day less then 15 min. to some realy great coarses. Will be back next year. Also Tom the owner was always a phone call away if we needed something

This place was beautiful! Everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Amazing view of the ocean. Quiet area. We slept with the sliding door open and the sound of the waves were calming. Be advised that we stayed there off season which was much quiter than it would of been during summer months.

We were very pleased with property except not really good for 3 people. Sleeper sofa mattress very lumpy. We bought an inflatable mattress to place on top. It was close to the beach which was wonderful and definitely alot of dogs around.

Room as advertised. Property manager was extremely prompt in answering any questions or concerns. Amazingly being on 14th floor was a problem with elevators. They moved quick as compared to other places we have stayed.

My wife really enjoys sunrises so Tom's condo was perfect for us. What a beautiful view we had from the 14th floor! The bed was quite comfortable and the place was well stocked. Very clean, no bugs.... Yeah the furniture should probably be updated but it was just fine for the 2 of us. The Patricia Grand, where it's located, leaves a little to be desired though. Really, really crowed! Parking can also be a challenge as the garage across the street can fill up. Elevators can get quite busy too. But this place deserves the 5 star rating I gave it. It was exactly what we were looking for.

On our way to the beach, we received a text that the property was cleaned and ready to check-in early, at 1:00. That was an added bonus. The unit is exactly as described and was sparkling clean. It was perfect for the two of us and had everything we needed. The ocean views from both balconies were wonderful. This was our first time at this property and we were pleasantly surprised. The pool/jacuzzi/lazy river area was very nice. Drinks at the poolside bar were good and reasonably priced. The host was very nice and quick to respond. We will definitely be back!

Great vacation, 3 night stay, will stay here again. Pools were great, beach was great... Only 2 cons, the elevators are slow and no ac.. and did not know until the second day that over sized vehicle parking was behind the garage. (Garage is extremely tight for trucks)

After reading some reviews we were a bit skeptical, but the place was everything we needed and as clean as possible (some dated furniture). This was our first trip to MB and we couldn’t have been happier with communication with the manager; the location and the beach access! A very very dog friendly environment! We will go back! We stopped at Myrtle Beach for my grandson’s baseball games. We had a great stay at a pet friendly area. The view from our room was incredible. The area was great for walking. So many great places to eat close by.

The studio was a treat from the view of the ocean to easy access to beach, pools, hot tubs and convenient store. Everything was clean with lots of towels etc and including a beach towel. Great place for time away from cold winter month.

I wish this room was in a different hotel. It was clean, spacious and had beautiful views. The property on the other hand was filthy, people were loud and did not follow any hotel rules. Everything about this vrbo was wonderful except that.

My husband and I visited after Christmas, and were highly impressed. The views are amazing. The room is small but has everything you could need. There was a welcome letter with all the directions. Toiletries, like shampoo, soaps, makeup cloths, lots of towels, including beach towels, were all provided. There were snacks on the table and ice in the freezer. The location of the hotel is right in the middle of Myrtle Beach, so it was easy to get to the main attractions. We enjoyed the heated pool and the jacuzzis. There is even a little Starbucks in the lobby. We had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to return.

We knew it was a studio, but it wasn’t about the size, it was about the view and having Finnegan with us! There was a doggy park next door that he loved. The bed was very comfortable. Our only suggestion would be make it a room for two and update the seating to be a cozier place to sit together. I get that the pull out means more people could stay though. We’d definitely stay again!’

We picked this rental because it was pet friendly - but it was more than that. The two balconies were game changers depending on the breeze off the ocean. To have a choice was great it’s also centrally situated. We enjoyed great walks on the beach with our puppy. The cooking facilities to eat in were good Hoping to rent again ❤️

We had a really nice stay at this condo. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. Unit has luxury bedding and towels. The kitchen is fully stocked (dishes, glasses, cups, utensils, cleaning products and towels). Welcome basket had snacks and coffee for the drip coffee maker (Keurig machine is also in this unit - bring k-cups). Elevators are super fast. Spectacular sunrise and ocean views. Bypassing the resort check-in desk is a nice convenience. Owner was easy to communicate with (text available) and hospitable. We brought 2 small dogs (they had a great time, too).
