Very clean and fresh. The beachy decor is very cute and comfortable. Kitchen has all you need except food. And then there's the view from the private balcony. . the Atlantic Ocean with a beautiful sunrise every morning.

We had a wonderful week! Brian’s condo was perfect for me & my friends. We had no parking pass & Brians son was there shortly & very mannnerly! The condo was clean, comfortable, well stocked & the view?!? I would not hesitate to stay here again! Thank you Brian!

We had a great time staying at this property! It was clean, and had everything you needed. The layout was perfect. The views were absolutely amazing all times of day. It was a perfect location because we did a number of day trips. The main reason for the day trips south and to Charleston was because tropical storm Ophelia decided to come that weekend and we were able to drive away from it. We would definitely stay here again when we visit the area.

Pictures are exact, the view was awesome no matter what time of day! Very clean, quiet, nicely equipped kitchen. Brian was great to work with us, any questions he got back to us almost immediately…great time and would highly recommend.

Condo was very clean and well supplied with bath towels and kitchen items. Also very nicely decorated, great balcony view from the 17th floor. The bed could use a new mattress but wasn't horrible. Location is great as it is walking distance to all the main attractions in the area. My only complaint of this area is the constant sound of jacked up cars and motorcycles loudly reving their engines and blairing their music and continuously driving down Ocean Blvd during the day and well into late evening. This is no fault of the condo, however, the constant loud traffic noise is annoying.

Absolutely love the view and the rooms was the cleanest nicest rooms in 3 years of going to MB. Absolutely recommend staying here and if we go back again next year we will definitely try to book this room! Would recommend bring your own toilet paper one roll is all you get which is fine with me considering how nice and clean the rooms are. Everything you can need in the kitchen.

Our family really enjoyed this rental. The room was clean and updated, and the balcony view was amazing! Brian was easy to communicate with and made check-in and check-out easy. We recommend this property and would rent it again in the future.

Condo was nice and clean. No issues with check in or check out. Beautiful view of the ocean and you are within walking distance of so much Myrtle Beach has to offer. I have no complaints about Brian or his condo. Only suggestion for improvement is to provide more than one roll of toilet paper and six towels was not enough for a family of four for an entire week. You do not get restocked with towels by resort staff so we had to do laundry on the main level. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and think this is a beautiful condo for a small family or a couple.

The oversize vehicle parking is across the road and there is no valet area to unload. You have to stroll the buggie across a very busy road and with 2 small children it’s very difficult

We were in the area for our daughter’s dance competition and looking for something convenient. This place was perfect! We were close to the Myrtle Beach Convention Center with the convenience of the beach, boardwalk, and great shops and restaurants nearby. The place was updated, clean, fully stocked with essentials and more, and the view…amazing! Plenty to do within walking distance as well. We had a rooftop carrier and never had any issues getting a spot in the overflow parking across the street. Brian was responsive to communication and his checkin instructions were thorough.

Perfect location, just a short walk to the boardwalk & all the eateries. Very clean and comfortable. Updated furniture & lovely decor. But the best part was the stunning ocean views, gorgeous sunrise every morning! Great property & hottub/ pools where fabulous! Thanks for a great stay! Definitely recommend.

This condo was a great home base for our family. Our children had a great time at the beach and indoor pools ended up being a hit with the weather. So much to do and walking distance to great restaurants.

My son and I stayed here during the National High School Powerlifting competition. The condo is located right on the ocean, close to the boardwalk, and other attractions. It was a six minute walk foe us to get to the convention center (handy if that is where you need to be while visiting). Check in and out was super easy. Using the parking garage was convenient. We didn't spend a ton of time in the condo, but it was clean and the beds were comfy. We also didn't use any of the pools, but there are a number of them and they looked pretty clean. The beach was great. The property manager was easy to work with. In all, we had an enjoyable trip and didn't experience any issues with the property or rental.

The view of the ocean is amazing, which was why we chose this condo. We also really enjoyed the large hot tubs that are part of the resort, especially since temps dropped in the 40s. The hotel lobby and pool area needs some updates, but the condo was immaculate and very comfortable.

The property is in a great location with nice amenities. Indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs. Short walk to the beach and many bars and restaurants. We came down for a baseball tournament and the location was perfect. Would definitely stay again

We stayed there Aug 2022. Would we stay again, no and here is why: We only had 6 towels for 4 people for the entire week stay - not enough ( I’m on vacation I’m not doing laundry).. There is no house keeping, there was 1 roll of TP for the week. It’s cheaper to book directly with the hotel, much cheaper as we had friends book directly, plus you get fresh towels and pool towels. There were homeless people sleeping on the stairs going down to the beach.

Very pleasant condo with a great view of the ocean. Only issue I had was the occupant in the adjacent room had a loud conversation at 3:30am and woke me up. I had a half-marathon to run the next day so was upset about that and could not get back to sleep. I still completed the run in great time, and it did not happen again during my stay.
