I think this was our 4th time staying here & we just love it! New carpet has been installed since we were there last year & it looks wonderful! There was a little hiccup before we got there, but Jackie called to let me know, it ended up being taken care of before we got there. Hoping to stay again this year

We love this house and have stayed twice so far for Christmas time. It is just big enough and comfortable for us and it allows our dog to be with us. Close to the waterfront and every nice neighbors. Thank you again for a lovely Holiday stay we will see about next year soon. Happy New Year!

There’s a door separating the main bathroom from the common living area. This was nice for two couples to share the home. Each couple has a private bedroom and private bathroom access.

This is the second time we have stayed here. It's such a cute and very clean home very close to the beach and promenade. There's a fenced in yard for your dog. The kitchen is well-equipped. My only two complaints are, the master bed has a topper of some sort that makes the bed very soft. Also, the shower head in the second bathroom needs to be updated. Other than that, I absolutely recommend staying here while visiting Seaside!

I stayed 31 days and it still wasn’t long enough. Loved the neighborhood and joining the neighborhood dog walk on the beach. What a perfect way for me to start 2023!!!

First of all I must say if this rating was solely based on the cleanliness of the house it would get 5 stars. And we loved how warm the fireplace kept it. However that being said the rest was not good. It took us nearly 20 minutes to get into the house. It was dark and the porch light was not on. The lockbox is up on the back porch and in the dark we had to use our phones to see. We got the keys out but the screen door would not unlock. We tried it several times and it wouldn’t turn all the way. So we thought maybe we need to try the front door. No luck there and by this time we are drenched. It was pouring rain and very windy. I tried to call the VRBO service center and no one answered. The message said try contacting them online. Okay, we are trying to stay out of the rain and wind and we are outside. This is impractical. We decided to keep trying the key hoping it wouldn’t break. Eventually we managed to get the key to turn and unlock. The door lock was not as bad but these locks desperately need replacing. They are so old and if you don’t jiggle the door just right they don’t work. Finally we are in. First thing we are hit by the stinky odor of a very old house. I hate that smell but eventually you stop noticing it so much. The next part is really not the fault of the owner because weather is weather. It was not a peaceful couple of nights. We experienced the worst windstorm I have ever been through. For 2 days and nights the wind howled and whistled through the front door. It was awful. And the rain came at the house so hard the front window was dripping on the inside. Where this house sits is a very busy Main Street corner with no wind protection. It sounded and felt as if the whole place was going to be torn apart. If you are looking for a peaceful place to stay this is not it. The road noise is terrible and the neighbors were yelling and laughing outside into the early morning hours (like 2-3 am). Don’t know if they live there or if they were renting but they were not nice considerate neighbors. And as far as being updated…I can say only what HAD to be done has been updated. And quite a long time ago I think. Furniture is very old and uncomfortable, carpet is coming apart at seams in several places, bathroom shower heads are terrible and the bathrooms are so small you need to step outside to change your mind. And far from updated. There’s not enough space here to give my entire review but I never leave bad reviews. This is the first

We spent New Year’s eve weekend here with the 4 of us. The property served our needs well, had comfortable seating and ample space for both couples. The layout was nice with the bedrooms on opposite sides of the house for privacy. We had plenty of room to play board games and spread out and not feel crowded. To note, they could use some updated kitchen fry pans that are not carcinogenic great stay

This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed here. Location is ideal, fenced yard is wonderful, kitchen is fully stocked, washer/dryer are new, size is actually to large for me, but the price is right! It could use a little updating, but wouldn’t stop me from staying again!

This is the second time we have stayed at this house. We have loved both experiences. The kitchen is well stocked, you can cook a good meal in it. Television has regular cable which we appreciate. Nice king-size bed in the master that is comfortable. Second bedroom has a queen size bed that is also comfortable. Great location just a few blocks to the promenade. Fenced yard for our dogs is a plus and good offstreet parking. We will definitely stay here in the future!

The house was perfect for our short weekend getaway at the coast. It’s a close walk to the beach, large enough for two couples (and an infant), and the property manager was incredibly responsive to questions and had great recommendations for the area.

The location was great - a few blocks from the beach, view of the golf course, easy walk to the market and a few restaurants. The setup is nice for two couples. The rooms are on opposites ends of the house with the kitchen in between. Very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped.

This was our second stay this year for a total of 5 weeks. It was disconcerting that we heard nothing from the host other than a check in text sent weeks ahead of our stay for this second stay. Sure hope they are ok. The house is in a good location in town away from the main hustle and bustle. It was clean on the surfaces but could really use a deep cleaning. The towels are clean but so stained as to be unpleasant. The comforter on the king bed has not laundered well and is lumpy and melted. The back yard needed attention. For the price it is a good choice and is close to groceries and restaurants.

We really enjoyed having a private fenced yard for our dog to enjoy outside time safely. It was a short walk to the beach and a reasonable stroll on the prom to downtown. The house was clean and spacious, and the full kitchen was useful! Some things like frypans for glass top stove could use updating. We would enjoy staying there again.

The house was much larger than what the pictures showed and would be great for a family or two couples. Everything was very clean in the house and the rental was well stocked except for coffee. The furnishings are very old fashioned which didn’t bother us. It reminded me of staying with my grandmother. The patio area could use some TLC.

The house is well stocked and a couple blocks from the beach and the prom. We also enjoyed having a nice little market a block away. There is a small fenced yard for the dogs and a good sized deck to relax on. Overall, we had a nice stay and would come back.

Great location for family, you could walk most places but also a very short drive to the main strip. House was comfortable and clean. Beds pretty comfy. Only thing I would suggest is upgrading the tv to have streaming apps since direct tv is pretty crappy for movies at night.

Highly recomended unit and location in Seaside... the perfect break in the midst of a crazy world! Great for pets too! Easy contact with owner. Everything you need is very close by ... beach / golfing market/ restaurants... you cant go wrong here
