Need to get better Toilet paper. Need to look at replacing deck. It has some really bad spots that someone may fall through. Change main site to read propane grill not charcoal. We did experience a WILD yet charming and very angry set of racoons. Other than that, great place to stay. No seriously great place to stay.

Nice cozy home near downtown, close to shops, beach and grocery stores. Very small kitchen and was well stocked with most items. It does have a 10 cup Mr. coffee but coffee is not provided so be sure to bring some. Warning; no iron or board, toaster or hair dryer. Overall nice cozy home.

I would first like to say that the location of the house to the beach is amazing! The fire pit, air hockey table, and hot tub were a big hit as well. Unfortunately, there are a few things to address that are on the negative side... the entire house needs to be cleaned a lot better. There were candy wrappers, a sock, a hair tie, and lots of dust under the beds and furniture. The worst part was a blood stain on one of the twin bed comforters upstairs that we had to take off so my son wouldn't sleep with dirty bedding. I can tell this house is only surface cleaned and definitely needs to be thoroughly cleaned. The smell as you walk in is hidden with a powerful air freshener, which is coming from the garage. As many other reviews said, the beds could really use some updating. With all that being said, I truly hope the cleaning is addressed and changed because everything else about house was great. The property management team always responded so quickly and kindly when we had questions before the trip. Again, we absolutely LOVED the location of this house. Overall, a wonderful stay and memories made! Thank you!

The house was wonderful! It was a short walk to the beach and an easy walk downtown. Perfect for a family getaway!

The house was very comfortable to stay in. Beds were a little bit uncomfortable, and the stairs are pretty steep. Only had one small trip, and it was only at the last couple of steps, thankfully. We left a brand new set of sauté pans as the kitchen equipment is in pretty rough shape. otherwise, very nice stay.

Property was okay. The garage smells a bit like mildew and it is making the rest of the house smell. We opened windows and then everything was fine. Everything no else was perfect. The location was the best part of the house but other great things to note is the hot tub, fire pit, all the space in the house.

We really enjoyed our stay at this cute, unique house. It has a great location, within walking distance of the beach and some eateries. Our only complaint would be the mattresses, they all could use some updating! Overall, we had a great experience staying here.

The house is nice and cozy. We enjoy spending a few nights there and our kids love it. However, there was an issue with the living room floor that might need to be inspected for safety such as any sharp metal nail sticking out on the living room floor to be aware other than that the house was well maintained.

My son was home on a 10 day leave and his one request was to go to the beach. This house was perfect for our stay!! It was a quiet neighborhood with dining options within walking distance, the beach is a block West. About a mile North to the “main drag” and a hot tub in the back yard!! Everything we needed and wanted!!

We loved renting here, our group of 4 adults was very comfortable with the amount of space in the property. The fire pit and hot tub out in the back yard we’re just bonuses, and they were very clean and well taken care of. The kitchen was well stocked with everything your could ever need for cooking, except for potholders. We almost burned ourselves using the dish towels as potholders, but at least we had a cheese grater and electric mixer! The house is also in a great location. It is a one- minute walk from the beach, a market, and restaurants. We especially loved that we were one block away from a bar and grill. Highly recommended renting this house!

Every few years my brothers and I get together. This was the perfect place to meet and the staff were amazing. Everything was prefect. Thank you!

This house was perfect for our family & group of people, and we utilized every aspect of it. From the hot tub, to the firepit, we played family games, watched movies, we were all able to cook together, eat together and it was the perfect trip for our end of the summer gathering to get ready for the upcoming school year. We would recommend this house; it is an older home with lots of character but that is what we enjoyed the most. We will be back for sure! Thank you, Peyton English

We enjoyed our stay. Location is close to the beach. I would have liked a few more kitchen items such as silverware and pots but we were able to make due.

We’ve stayed in Seaside numerous times but this was our first stay at this property. Location is amazing! We all really enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. The home is older but had everything we needed. Our property contact was so friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anyone looking for a home away from home on the Oregon coast.

Cleanliness - very bad, lot of dirt in a bunch of places which we could literally see Heater - The bedroom in the first floor is basically an oven, doesnt matter what you unless you figure out a way to close the vent manually using your imagination Wifi - you will get stoneage speeds Beach distance - Its 2 blocks to the boardwalk but another 8 minute walk to the beach itself Space - Extremely cramped, they could take out few furnitures to make space to walk instead of scooting all the time Overall a very average space but the proximity to everything is great

Hot tub was newer and clean. Home is old but charming. House is a bit creaky and sound carries throughout the house…but was fine for just the two of us. King bed upstairs is not terribly comfortable but queen on main floor was nice. Perfect location to beach; we looked at the tide table and realized it was about to be low tide…within 5 minutes we were on the beach collecting beautiful sand dollars. Great customer service and clear instructions. Would recommend. Will be back.

House was bigger than it looks. Yard felt more secluded that it actually was with a nice hot tub and fire pit out back. It was a quick walk to the promenade for a nice sunset walk for ice cream. Very enjoyable weekend getaway. Will definitely rent again.

Nice neighborhood. Lovely home. Very spacious. Stayed with my daughter and three of her friends, 16-17 yoa. Felt safe letting them going out on their own. They had there own space to spread out, very nice.
