1BR/2BATH 1 King 1 Queen Murphy (New 4/25/24) 1 Full Sofa Sleeper OCEANFRONT – Lovely condominium on the third floor, with easy beach access and expansive ocean views! Patio overlooks the famous Promenade and with just steps to the beach path, this condominium is perfect for a beach getaway. Restaurants and shopping are 2 short blocks north, and of course the beach; just steps straight ahead. Bedroom has King bed, cable TV and master bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Second bathroom is common to the hall. Living room has Queen Murphy bed, Large flat screen TV/DVD. Kitchen is fully appointed and includes dishwasher. Outdoor furniture for your enjoyment on the patio to watch the beautiful sunsets. Washer and dryer on site available for guest use. Parking for 2 vehicles. Walking distance to just about anywhere in town. No pets. NOTE: THIS IS A NO SMOKING PROPERTY. YOU MAY NOT SMOKE IN THE ROOMS, ON BALCONIES, COMMON AREAS OR PATIOS.

The property was very clean and well equipped Instructions for entry were clear, as well as expectations for check out. The view was awesome. The property is just a short walk to many restaurants and attractions.

Our stay would have been wonderful except for the upstairs neighbors stomping on the floor loudenough to make our light shake, and until very late at night. Zero sleep, sad on a vacation.

The location couldn’t be better! Right on the Prom. Walking to shops and restaurants an easy stroll. The only negative for us was the noise! The people upstairs were the noisiest I have ever experienced! It was like having a heard of elephants above us. Sound proofing is an issue.

this was our first time to Seaside. This condo exceeded our expectations. view is incredible. kitchen is well stocked. walkable to many restaurants and shops. will definitely stay here again if we are back in the area.

Location was perfect - walking distance to all Seaside attractions and a great base for exploring the coast. Property was as described. Loved that there was a Murphy bed so didn’t have to deal with the hassle of the sofa bed. Access to the unit was easy and everything was clean. But bring your own frying pans! The ones in the unit could use replacing.

Everything was easy! The condo was just right for a quiet beach week. The kitchen is nice and has just about everything you'd need. There has obviously been some updating, and some things not so up-to-date, but it was lovely nonetheless.

We were looking for a gentle easy time away with a balcony view of the ocean. This was perfect. The space was just as photographed. Communication was trouble- free. No complaints.

The view from the condo was spectacular. And it’s is within a short walk to fun shops. We truly enjoyed our stay.

The location was terrific. Beautiful ocean views and we walked the prom every morning and walked to dinners.
The property manager was wonderful and came over to help us with the tv.
It does need to be updated but the location makes up for the dated furnishings

Great views of sunset, access to the promenade. Clean areas in condo. Some loud neighbors, and some construction going on. Had dishes and everything needed for stay.

I absolutely want to rent it again. I couldn’t walk at the time much, but perfect access to everything! We all loved it!

It was a nice condo and the late night support staff were very nice and helpful.
Unfortunately, they were either doing loud construction on other units or loud cleaning in other units almost our entire stay - even as late as past midnight. The noise was pretty awful. Would not stay here again.
