Situated in Emerald Isle, this attractive cottage for $300 per night is a great option for your next break. Let the stress of your life end and the adventure of vacation begin, the minute you pull into the drive way. Set away from the road and surrounded by trees this is the perfect coastal escape. Adorable 3 bedroom/2bath beach cottage. Lots of space when you first walk in the door, with an open kitchen/family room plan. Kitchen bar that seats 5 and table/chairs for 4. After dinner enjoy the backyard Gas fire pit with swings ,hammock and lots of privacy .If you would like to sit and watch TV and enjoy the firepit in the front of the house and enjoy watching your dogs in fence you have a perfect sitting area . Has totally Fenced in Yard for your 4 legged family member. The deck is gated as well but has access to the fenced yard so you don't have to ever worry about your dog getting out. You can relax on the porch or under the gathering area outside and watch your babies or baby play in the yard Ready for bed, no problem, there are two queen beds and a set of double bunk beds which gives plenty of room for every family member to stretch out and have a space of their own. There is a TV in every bedroom/family room and Wifi throughout. Take your pick, walk in shower or shower/tub combo. Cool features of this house include a large front porch(with dog gate) to sit on after a full fun filled day at the beach, or walk around and grill out on the back patio. Want to go "totally island", try the outdoor shower, you'll never want to shower inside again. Very short walk to the beach, but just in case you need some extra hands, we have a beach caddy. And don't forget to use our Men's/Women's/Children's bikes to take a ride to the the local ice cream parlor after dinner. Bring your clothes because that is about all you will need. sheets, towels, beach towels, chairs are all included. Lots of parking, so pack up and we will see you at Emerald Isle. Blue sky, white sand, beautiful ocean awaits.

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. Even though we couldnt see the beach we could hear it very well. Loved the outdoor fenced in area for our two dogs, neighbors were very friendly and I had wonderful communication with the owner. I would highly recommend this property.

We were in town for a wedding, but made a vaca out of it. The house was awesome. Well stocked and owner was awesome. Neighbors were friendly too. Great setup! Lots to do at the house and short walk to beach!

I’ve stayed at this home numerous times over the years. The owner, and my stays, are always fantastic. It’s a great location, a very short walk to access, in a quite neighborhood, immaculately clean and kept, and has everything I need for a beach trip and more. I recommend it to people all the time and will definitely return.

We had a great time at beach bound!! Highly recommend, Emma is super nice and she made sure to check on us during our vacation, she’s close by which is nice 🙂 House had absolutely everything we needed! You can’t even tell the house is dog friendly, it’s so clean! Our dogs LOVED the house, very quiet and tucked back off the road which was amazing for my sweet boy with a noise aversion- tail wags all around!! Super close to the beach, and she even has a little beach cart for her guests to use, among various other beach necessities. When she says you only need to bring yourselves, she isn’t kidding! We will definitely be back, easily a top favorite vacation of ours! Thanks, Emma!!

We needed a vacation. Badly! Specifically, one that was low stress and ‘beachy’. We got all of that and more staying here.
First, communication from the owner could not have been better. Seamless and immediate responses to any of my questions.
Second, the facilities are excellent. The outdoor shower was a huge hit. There are so many outdoor accessories, we could not even use them all.
Third, the house is so cool! It’s an older home, and the charm was evident immediately.
Fourth, the ease to get to the beach was amazing. It’s literally a 2 minute walk.
Finally, the entire ‘Salty Vibe’ is real. The neighborhood is quiet, calm, inviting, family oriented.
We already scheduled a return visit.

Awesome stay at this lovely beach house! So nice to have coffee every morning on the front porch and enjoy this comfortable dog-friendly home with our pups. We took several morning hikes and relaxed on the beach which is a short walk down the street. Loved how nicely decorated and fully stocked the home was with everything needed at this Emerald Isle oasis!

My family and friends really enjoyed our stay. This home had everything we needed. Our pup didnt end up coming along but she would have loved it and it was very accommodating for pets. There is a 4 to 5 minute easy walk to the beach which was made eaiser with the equipment provided. Beds were comfy as were all of the outdoor sitting areas. Thanks again for youe hospitality.

We had a great time staying at Beach Bound! The house is the cleanest rental home we have ever stayed in. Emma thought of everything we might need from linens to beach towels to pet care needs. There were four of us plus our three pets. We utilized the outdoor areas a lot during our stay. Everything is set up perfectly!

Our family loved it! My wife and children enjoyed our weekend at this house! My young children especially enjoyed the stash of toys they played with. We were able to sit on the front porch and play in the front yard. Easy walk to the beach which was beautiful! Close to shops and restaurants. Overall a wonderfulo experience in the host communicated with us during our stay. Are tiny Pomeranian puppy also enjoyed it. We may return again in the future!

The property and location were great, lots of outside options and short walk to the great beach. Property had everything you needed and was clean and ready to go.
Owner was fantastic, our young beagle escaped her cage and then had an issue with the blinds, Mary was great about the damage and worked with us to resolve.

The house was the perfect choice for traveling with pets and for the location, being close to the beach and close to relatives also at the beach. The host provided everything and was very attentive to ensure we had everything we needed. This will definitely be our first choice for future stays at EI.

We have stayed at this home multiple times, and we cannot imagine staying anywhere else when we visit Emerald Isle! Emma always goes above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable, and have everything we need. This house has EVERYTHING you need for your beach trip! Towels, canopies, chairs, sand toys, you name it! And the kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances and utensils you’ll need. I promise, no matter how little you pack, you will still be overpacking when staying at Beachbound! Pet friendly, and stocked for the furbabies as well! Photos do not do this home justice! So many upgrades since our last visit! We always leave talking about how we cannot wait to come back. Thank you for always being so wonderful!

The property was clean, welcoming and well stocked. The owner had left some dog supplies including shampoo which was very helpful when we returned from the beach with our 9 month old sandy, salty, wet puppy. Owner checked in on us to make sure we arrived safely and had all we needed. We loved the house and will be returning in the future.

Emma was a fantastic host. From the beginning she made us feel very welcome and that our Golden Retriever, Rooney would be very welcome too. This turned out to be a perfect retreat in every way. The property was perfectly situated for very easy access to the beach. It is situated on a very quite street so when sitting outside in any of the three areas that are dedicated to that purpose, the only noise you hear are the birds in the surrounding trees (there. are many) and the waves crashing onto the beach. The property is very clean and comfortable and well kitted out. A home away from home really. We slept very well indeed and only woke when Rooney was eager to be fed and get back to the beach. This was really a great time of the year to be at Emerald Isle as it was not busy at all and the weather was perfect for dogs. Rooney enjoyed long walks up and down the beach on his extendable lease (up to 26 ft!).
We both love books and my wife Kay works for a non-profit (Promising Pages) that provides books to children that do not have easy access to them. We were both delighted that Emma has a Little Library at the end of her drive. This added to the special experience.
Kay, Rooney and I are already thinking about returning to this property and we certainly highly recommend it. This was our first time staying in a VRBO with a dog and I would not hesitate to do it again.

This was our first time visiting Emerald Isle and our stay at Beachbound was wonderful! This rental is in a great location close to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and local attractions. This rental was absolutely perfect for a quick Christmas getaway with our dogs! The house was incredibly clean and well-appointed. Emma really has thought of everything anyone might need to enjoy their stay here. Just a quick walk down the street to the beach, a quick drive to grocery, coffee seafood shops and restaurants. Beachbound was one of the best beach houses we’ve ever rented! Everything about it was welcoming and comfortable. Great communication from Emma during the entire stay, especially during Hurricane Ian. So many essentials were provided even down to sheets to cover the sofas for our furry family members.
Short walk to the beach and even restaurants.
Can’t say enough good things about Beachbound. We will be back next time we’re at Emerald Isle.

Where to start? This house was everything we wanted and more! This was our first family beach trip in 4-5 years, and our first ever trip to North Carolina. The location of the house was perfect- just a couple minute walk to the beach. Everything we needed for the beach was already there. Buckets, shovels, boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas, towels, and more. The cart was great for hauling it all back and forth. The house itself was cute, clean, and very homey. The beds were SO comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook with. The gated front deck was our favorite place to relax with the dogs. My husband, who is not a beach person, said he was sad to leave! We can not wait to come back next year.

Great location with so much in walking distance. The beach is just a few houses walk down a quiet street. Great bike and hike trail on the island to make getting around easy. Also, Emma was in constant communication checking that we had everything we needed. Wonderful vacation.

The pictures on the website do not do justice to this wonderful island house. The yard is immaculate with no sandbur weeds for the pets to dodge. There are outside areas to relax and even watch TV. On the shaded side of the house, there is a gated area for the dogs to run freely. The front porch is gated so that you can sit under the fans in rocking chairs and enjoy the outdoors with your pets. The kitchen has about everything you will need to cook all your meals, and there is ample seating for the entire family. The owner provides coverups for the furniture. She has ample towels and linens, and the mattresses are wonderful. She allows you access to her bicycles and beach chairs and other items for outdoor play. The house is about a five minute walk to the beach. There is a CVS that is about a ten minute walk. There is a Publix and Food Lion as well as a lot of other shops and restaurants within 5 driving minutes. It is very quiet in the house as it sits off the road at the rear of the lot. The owner was accessible by phone/text. She allowed access to her propane grill and propane fire pits. She has one bedroom with toys for children and large bunk beds. Each bedroom has its own TV. There is an outside shower with hot/cold water, and a place near the front deck where you can rinse your feet before coming into the house. Even though a golf cart is not necessary to get around, we did rent one, and the owner allowed us to plug it into the house. You could not ask for a better host or island house. We have already booked for next year as we just loved the house.

Beach charm!
Second time here as a family. Love everything about this property - fully stocked with everything you need, plenty of beach chairs, cart, bikes, boards etc, great outdoor spaces. Love the “old beach town” feeling of the street. Super quick walk to the end of the street to get to the beach - we walked/biked back and forth.
Emma, the owner, goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. She is friendly and helpful, so if you have any questions/concerns, just ask.
EIB is our family’s favorite spot and we will return again - soon!

Nice Place
Location is very convenient to beach and local attractions. There is a short walk to beach through a nice neighborhood (less than a block).
There are a couple of restaurants and a CVS within walking distance. Other restaurants, groceries and shops are a very short drive away.
The house is great for a couple or a small family. Nice to have the second bathroom in the back of the house. The front porch is great in the evenings or mornings.
Neighborhood was quiet and the house had everything we needed. Mary Em has thought of just about everything. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Excellent Place to Stay
This was our first trip to Emerald Isle and we really enjoyed our stay at Beach Bound. We had everything we needed and some at this welcoming property besides the food we cooked. It’s people and dog approved! On the last night, we had s’mores around the fire pit on the back deck. Perfect!

We had the best time in Emerald Isle at this amazing beach house. The house was nothing less than perfect. In the perfect location, right next to the beach and within walking distance to everything. The house was immaculate and so family oriented. There was so many things for all of us to enjoy. We really enjoyed sitting on the back patio listening to the ocean waves crash at night. The kids enjoyed the swings and the hammocks were definitely used every chance we got! Emma made sure to contact us to see if we needed anything while we were there. She was extremely helpful with every little thing we needed and so ready to make sure our vacation was the best it could be! We will be back in the future!

Cutest Cottage
We thoroughly enjoyed our spring break week at this cottage. It was extremely clean and very well maintained and appointed. The outdoor areas are such a great addition and our labs enjoyed the fenced side yard. So convenient to the beach and shops. The owner checked in on us a few times which was very thoughtful, We are definitely keeping on our list of favs!
