We stayed for 6 nights and enjoyed the property very much, clean, nicely decorated, comfortable modern furniture, great mattresses and pillows, plenty of towels and blankets. Lots of extras like hand and dishwasher soap and paper towels and toilet paper. We had the pool heated as it was a bit chilly out and it was perfect to relax in the water after long day of practice. The neighborhood was quiet and it felt safe. The host was responsive and accommodating. Will definitely use this house again.

This home was absolutely perfect for our family. It is exactly as described and pictured. 3 bedroom, 2 baths. King in master, queen in guest and twins in the other guest bedroom. Beds and pillows were clean and very comfortable! Owner's communication was great! Gives you all the details and information needed to check in. Furniture was well taken care of and the small details were a big deal for me. Hand held shower head in both bathrooms. Made it super easy for showering my toddler who doesn't like baths. Owner has extension cords for the outlets (makes it easier to plug in phone chargers without having the struggle of moving furniture). We only got to use the pool one day (cooler weather) but it was a great size and clean. We were also able to open the garage for loading and unloading. Comes in handy when loading 4 kids and allllll their belongs in the rain. I highly recommend this property and look forward to staying here again!

The house was in great condition. Ample room for our family and everything was easy to work with and use. Instructions for all the equipment was readily at hand and the neighborhood was nice and easy to get into and out of with little trouble. Location is amazing and allowed for a quick trip to and from Walt Disney World. Pool was nice for the girls to unwind in after some long days at the parks.

We were really pleased with the villa. It was our first stay here as the villa we usually stayed at had been sold due to the pandemic, so we were unsure what to expect. It was slightly further out than the previous villa, but easy enough to find and to get to and from the parks. There was everything we needed, the layout was perfect for our family. The child lock on the patio door was a blessing. The communication between the owner and myself was above and beyond especially seeing as we had an issue with the damage insurance due to us booking over 12 months previous. I really cannot fault this villa at all, and thank the host for allowing us to stay in his home.

The villa was excellent, just as described. It was very clean and all the little added extras like wash powder, hand wash, dishwasher tablets were supplied which does make a difference. Dominick the host was brilliant, the communication with him was superb. The villa was excellently located to all the parks The pool was great and the host supplied rubber rings, pool balls etc which the kids loved. I would definitely recommend and stay here again

Just got back from a two week stay at this lovely villa, can't recommend it enough. Spacious, clean in a really quiet neighbourhood, close to parks. Owner is super helpful & responds to messages super quick. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Dominick 🙂

We had the best fortnight in this lovely Kissimmee villa and would recommend it highly. The villa is clean and spacious and we loved the pool. The 3 bedrooms are nice and have plenty of storage. The master has a walk in wardrobe with hairdryer and ironing board/iron. Everything has been provided. Dominick is a great host. The location is perfect as Disney parks and Kissimmee old town are within a 15 min drive. Nice quiet area, Indian Ridge is an ideal place to stay. Perfect for any ages, enjoy your vacation :)

Property is as described and around 10-15mins from Disney. In a quiet neighbourhood with shops and restaurants, a few minutes drive away. Beds are very comfortable and the property is well equipped with all you need to enjoy a few weeks away from home. Dominick was a perfect host and went out of his way to help us with a toll charge issue we experienced. Would recommend the property to anyone wishing to stay around Kissimmee.

Not many things are perfect, but our stay at Dominick's villa has been. His communication is great and he keeps in touch and informed. The property is comfortable and very well equipped. Dominick was a fantastic host. We were originally supposed to go in September and all of us got COVID except the youngest. We didn’t get the trip insurance and thought we had no options. He didn’t have to accommodate us but he did! He moved us to another open week without question. The place was quiet and very clean. He was easy and fast to communicate with. Great location. The neighbor was sweet. We’ve already been telling people about this hidden gem. Thanks again!

We had a great week in Kissimmee at Dominick’s place. Everything was just as described in the listing. All of the Disney parks were a short drive away. The house was comfortable, and the enclosed pool was enjoyed by all. The washer and dryer both had extra large capacities, and there were multiple streaming options on the four televisions. Dominick was a great host and made the arrival/departure process quick and easy.

We had a fantastic week at this lovely villa. Everything was very comfortable and clean. The home owner was very good at communication. The pool was gorgeous and my 3 and 5 year olds enjoyed a splash after the theme parks. Its ideal for visiting Disney and not far for other Orlando attractions. Nice quiet neighbourhood. It had everything we needed. We can't really fault our stay at all and would definitely recommend this villa.

We had a great time at the house, Dominick is a wonderful and hands-on host, very committed to making sure our family had a fantastic stay. Pool was warm and clean, quiet neighborhood with lots of wildlife. Front patio perfect for breakfast and coffee in the morning. It can be scary not knowing what a property is going to really look like until you get there. My two sons (ages 18 and 21) and I drove from Houston for a family trip to Universal Studios. This place was absolutely perfect for us. It was incredibly clean, perfect lay out, easy check in process, everything we needed. I want to also point out how nice it was that the property doesn't back up to another house. The pool was the perfect end to each day. Highly recommend!

Everything went amazing during our stay! The check-in process was easy and simple, Dominick was very kind and helpful with whatever it came to. The location is in a great spot with many restaurants and store within 10 minutes of the house. The overall stay was a 10/10!

The villa is in a great location close to the major highways to get about easily. All very clean on arrival. Plenty of clean towels provided and a kitchen full of all utensils you could wish for. Dominick is a great host and his communications are clear and he is quick to respond. Great pool area and very private with a great view.

Been before and this was by far the best villa we stayed in. Not only in decor but in management too. We paid extra for pool heating for the two weeks. When we arrived the pool heating was already on and the pool warm, so we could use the pool fully for our 14 nights rather than paying and waiting a day or two for it to be warm. Beds were all comfy, and for the price point we were very happy. There’s probably more modern and better finished villas, but will probably be twice the price. For the price point is was brilliant and well equipped and my son loved the pool table! Great location although the 192 heading towards the villa from Disney always seamed to have traffic jams on it, but that’s nothing todo with the villa. Definitely recommend.
