The pools and water park were very fun

We checked in late yet The cleaning person still made us come back out our suite as we entered.. we waited 8 mins for her to clean. And she didn’t change our bedding. There was food sauce (I hope) on our bedding. And when we notified the staff they just sent up new bedding without an apology or didn’t even offer to remake the bed with the clean bedding. But outside of that the stay was perfect will stay again CHECK THE BEDDING FIRST!

TAMBIÉN MUY AMABLES SU EMPLEADOS, EXPECIALMENTE ORIANA QUE ESTA EN LA RECEPCION ENTRE 3 Y 11 PM QUIEN DESDE EL MOMENTO QUE HICIMOS EL CHEK IN FUE MUY AGRADABLE, AMABLE Y SERVICIAL. ME AYUDO CON OTRAS SOLICITUDES DURANTE LA ESTADIA QUE HICE Y SIEMPRE MUY DISPUESTA A RESOLVER CUALQUIER COSA.

O apartamento é bem aparelhado e estava limpo e sem cheiro de mofo. Lençóis e toalha novos e limpos. Bem perto dos parques da Disney (apx 15 min de carro). Viajamos em família e estadia foi ótima. Voltaria a ficar lá em uma próxima oportunidade. Eles têm máquina de lavar e secar dentro do apartamento e a cozinha é toda equipada.

A rua de acesso é um pouco escura, mas como estávamos de carro isso não foi problema.

Location is perfect, close to Disney and other attractions. Also liked the swimming pool and the apartment was very spacious and quiet.

The size of the townhouse was very large and roomy! You have pots and pans to cook! You can grill at the resort as well everything was so nice! The area was very comfortable.

At the pool by the bar how it was so many towels and other people items in chairs but nobody was around or sitting in them! It needs to be a area for belongings. Other than that we still enjoyed our stay.

We loved the water park and pool. It was perfect for our 4 and 7 year olds. The apartment was very clean and spacious. The place was quite close (by car) to restaurants and shopping.

The furniture and decor were a bit dated and bulky.

I always go on vacation to Liki tik and this time I had a big surprise because they changed the name! But it wasn't just the name that surprised me. I thought it was absurd to be forced to consume food and drinks at the bar in the pool area!!! We were with friends in another room and we had a baby and they simply wouldn't let us in, not even with the baby food and we had to buy everything at the bar! We took sparkling water and that was allowed!!! In other words, this is unacceptable to me and that is why we will never return to Aqua Sol and neither will our friends or acquaintances.

El complejo es muy bonito y está muy cuidado , hacen muchas actividades ! Y siempre hay algo que hacer ,, espero regresar pronto por más días ! Especial para ir en familia , los niños la pasaron súper bien !

The pools and activities for kids

The Pools and Water Park were great for the kids. It's so nice to have water slides and more things than just a pool for the kids when staying a week somewhere. The Activites for the week were awesome as well, really gave our family options for things to do outside of swimming. They also had an activity center that was really set up well with XBox, Games and fun things for the family.

I didn't think the beds were as comfortable as I'm used to with the Hilton Brand, but with that being said, we did just find out upon arrival that they had been bought by Hilton and just started rebranding. Also, we had 4 people in the apartment style room and there was no sheets or blankets to make the sofabed for our kids and we arrrived at 1:30 am due to a delayed flight, so that was a bit frustrating. Then when we showered the next day, the bath soap container was completely empty. We made a call and they brought us all the items we needed, I just think that is something that should have been checked PRIOR to guests arriving. In addition, we had to call to get clean towels daily, which I think is just something you have to do now since Covid, but when we're on vacation we would like our room cleaned, beds made and fresh towels daily.

While it was too cool for the pool, we liked the room. We like having a kitchen where we could prepare breakfast and we used the washing machine and dryer as well. Great place!

The "neighbors" the first night were noisy. My recommendation would be better insulation. We could hear every conversation as well as the dog and tv.

Nice pool and water park. Second room was much nicer that the first one they gave us. It was close to most of the things we wanted to do.

Check out is at 10am! We first had a very noisy room near elevator on first floor plus next to construction area. The light in the bedroom kept coming on randomly in the middle of the night. It kept us up all night. As soon as you would start to fall asleep the light would come on and you would have to get out of bed to turn it off. Maintenace came next day and said someone gave the same light code to two rooms and we would be all good. We were for 2 nights then it happened again! Being kept up all night after you have spent the entire day with a 3-year-old at Disney is NO FUN! So, I requested a move. They moved us all the way to the other end of the resort, so we had to pack everything back up and back into the car then unpack out of the car and into an elevator to in a new room. That took half a day away! These rooms definitely need a deep cleaning and refurbishment! Despite all of this and many many people being aware of the multiple situations we were offered nothing but to switch to a same room different building. No upgrade no discount no free night. I expected more after loosing two nights to the lighting issues and then half a day packing moving and unpacking. We were there 10 nights and so we had a lot of stuff! And a little one so toys toys toys. Plus, we had a suite, so we had food in cupboards, food in fridge ect to pack! Then asked to check out at 11 instead of 10 and was told no not possible you must be out by 10am!

Loved all the amenities the pool, the fire pit very kid friendly even had an arcade indoors in case there was a rainy day. The rooms were great with full kitchen and very spacious.
