Location was great. Size and setup of the apartment was nice. Game room had broken equipment. Air hockey was broke, ping pong had one ball and it was not round. The fuse ball table was in a locked room.

The room keypad malfunctioned, and we were locked out of our room. My entire family of 6. Food was delivered while we were locked out and had no utensils to eat. Gabby who called me in regards to the lock out had a language barrier and didn't understand we were not in the room. When I asked for compensation, the manager in the email said sure, $10.80? We were Locked out an hour and a half because if no error on our part and told because it was 8 pm Maintenance had quit for the day. We MIGHT be getting in but she couldn't locate anyone to come. When the man came, he was very nice. The key to the room wasn't even the one that was labeled for that room 328. Then he had to break the keypad off which was missing numbers, and put one together from other broken ones because there was no complete keypad sets. When I questioned management, they said the maintenance people have everything they need to do their jobs. Sure if you want another malfunctioning keypad. It was unacceptable customer service. Also you were asked not to turn AC down under 72. In Florida, with 99 degree Temps? 2 of the rooms were hot, and one didn't have a ceiling fan. The hallway to the room on the third floor wreaked of Marijuana and air freshener. We won't be returning.

The location was great for Disney

The constant smell of cannabis and the smell in the corridor. The lack of drawers meant we lived out of our suitcases

The layout was perfect, toiletries, kitchen supplies available to cook

The bunk beds quilts smelled very bad and had to be washed. Some of the towels were frayed We had to purchase our own Roku stick to watch TV in the living room and then switch between the bedroom and living room each night/morning

The location seemed safe and close to parks and good places to eat. The unit was clean and spacious. The host was very responsive. Enjoyed the large screened in balcony. OK value for basic place to stay.

This unit is in a apartment complex. The parking garage was hard to enter and exit for a full size truck. No carts available to assist in the move in. I think the term "upscale" is inaccurate, it was pretty basic. For example the kitchen wasnt well stocked with cookware, furnishings were not very comfortable.
