Located in Sunriver, this attractive house for $292 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Sequoia 1 offers Sunriver travelers elegant and spacious design with convenience and access to all of the excitement that Sunriver has to offer. Whether it’s summer or winter, you’ll have plenty to do. Sequoia 1 is just a short walk to the SHARC and a 15 minute drive to Mount Bachelor. Sunriver’s three world class golf courses are all close by along with 33+ miles of bike paths, epic hiking and access to the Deschutes River. This home is in a unique location making it close to the Sharc, Village Mall and Fort Rock Park The reverse living, open floor plan includes: vaulted ceilings, a large flat screen TV, a spacious new couch, a gas fireplace and formal dining for eight at the large table. You will also find seats for 2 more at the breakfast bar. The beautifully appointed kitchen has granite counters, stainless steel appliances and all of the cookware and bake ware needed for even the most discriminating foodies. New flooring has been installed as well! The upstairs king bedroom, has a brand new Tempurpedic mattress (2021), an new flat screen mounted smart TV and bath connected. The lower level of the home has 2 king bedrooms, both with smart TVs and DVD players, and both equipped with private en suite baths. There is also a queen suite with its own bath and a 5th bedroom with bunk beds with a bathroom nearby. Privacy and fully equipped suites make this home perfect for multiple couples and families to travel together. There are six smart TVs equipped with Netflix and 3 DVDs throughout the house. There are 5 Adult bikes and 5 kids bikes for use at this home. Bikes are located to the right of the garbage enclosure inside the locked door. Take a ride on one of the easily accessed bike paths just steps from the home! The outdoor deck features a table, providing seating for 12 and a private hot tub. Soak your cares away while stargazing under a blanket of stars after a long day at the Sharc, exploring the trails or hitting the slopes. Although Sequoia 1 is centrally located in Sunriver, it still maintains a sense of seclusion among the towering pines woven throughout the area. We enjoyed our stay here our annual New Year's Eve family getaway. Although, we didn't have any snow this year, we still enjoyed hiking, going to the pool and exploring outdoors. The house was well equipped with many pots and pans, dishes for baking and plenty of plates, bowls and silverware (which have been lacking in many places we have stayed before). Thank you for sharing your home with us.

We recently stayed here for our early family Christmas get together. It was perfect with the three master suites and extra bathrooms. A great setup for multiple families that kept everyone comfortable and gave them privacy. The kitchen was especially well-stocked with nice dinnerware, decent cookware and pretty much everything you need to cook a meal- including spices and condiments. I would definitely stay here again.

The house was the perfect set up for our family reunion. The house had everything, I mean everything we needed. The stairs were a little rough on the elderly. I can't wait to use this house again next year! The house was far enough away we could enjoy the wild life, but close enough to town we could get food and the essentials. The bikes and board games were the perfect touch for the kids. Having enough rooms and bathrooms for everyone was essential for us.I wish a king bed could fit in the room with the queen bed. The jacuzzi was perfect on cold nights. We love all the windows.

We really enjoyed this house. It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. It was so nice that everyone had their own bathrooms and tvs in their rooms. The beds were large and comfy. We liked the location because it was close to the SHARC and The Village. The bikes were all in good condition and ready to ride.

Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom that worked well for us. Was nice to have w hot tub and loved that the house came with sharc passes! Downfall was the house was not super clean would like them to spend a little more time between people cleaning there were splatters on the wall and cabinets, a old hard breadstick under one of the beads and just not up to my cleanliness level. Great location to the village, park and sharc center.

We had 11 family members from gramma and grandpa, two adult sons and their families to include 5 young grandkids. The house arrangement worked perfectly for all of us. There was never a dull moment with so much to do in the resort and sightseeing adventures!

We loved having 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a hot tub and A/C. We would rent this house again. The house could use a better cleaning. There were cobwebs on the light fixture above the dining table. The dirt and debris on the floor around the couches and behind the couch that is opened to below is visible. I pulled out a mixing bowl to use for dinner and it had popcorn debris in it.

We were a large group in town for a relay race. The 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms allowed for plenty of places to sleep and plenty of privacy to get ready for our race. The hot tub was great after our run.

Really enjoyed our time here. It was comfortable for 7 adults and 2 small children. We got a lot of use out of the well-stocked kitchen, hot tub, bunk bed room and fireplace. East walk to the sledding hill and to town. I would caution folks with toddlers that the stair case js pretty central to the house so you’d have to block it and/or keep a close watch on little ones. Besides that it’s absolutely great, would stay again.

Great location close to village. Nice that everyone got their own bathroom. Some beds and furniture were not as clean as we would have liked but easy for us to wash and clean up ourselves. Overall would rent again for Christmas.

We had a great time at the Sequoia house. We had 2 families stay in the house and had more than enough bedrooms/bathrooms. The house had everything we needed and we used the hot tub multiple times over the weekend. It was great to be so close to the SHARC and the Village. We visited multiple times on our bikes.

This property was so nice for a big group! We loved that 3 bedrooms had king beds (great for couples) and the other room had a queen (by itself) and the last room had bunk beds. We loved the hot tub and were in it nightly. The kitchen table was big enough for us to all work remote. Plenty of linens and towels. Would definitely stay again! Only thing to note for an easier check-in: when you plug in the address, the address takes you to a court of houses (with single digits vs the entire address sent by VRBO). This house in particular is house #1.

For our first trip to Sunriver, this worked perfectly for our family. There are 4 bedrooms with their own bathroom and on bunk room right next to a bathroom which worked out well for the kids and the adults to all have their own bathrooms. The hot tub worked great! The bikes all worked well, however there weren't enough helmets to go with all the bikes but we were okay with that. The location is great as we were in walking distance to the SHARC and even the village.
Only a couple of things we wish were different. 1. We would have like a little more open gathering space for everyone inside. there is a big table for eating and the living room, but with a full house it can get crowded quickly. 2. The A/C works much better downstairs than upstairs. the one room on the main level was a bit warmer along with the kitchen, dining and living room.
We will most definitely be back and would recommend this house to anyone!

The entire weekend we all couldn’t get over how perfectly set up the house was for our group. To have each bedroom have its own bathroom was such a plus! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for our meals. This house has made its way onto our repeat list.

We loved staying at this property! It was close to the village and SHARC. We had six little kids with us and everyone had their own space. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all of our meals at home. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

The reclining sectional was fabulous!! So comfortable it doubles as a bed. Great use of space! We loved it!! We will be back!
