About this house rental
Located in Sunriver, this lovely house for $262 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Newly refreshed for you with new furniture and new premium cotton linens. Cozy real fireplace and down comforters. Welcome to this charming mountain cabin with high vaulted ceilings ideally located in a peaceful, natural space in Sunriver, a quick walk to SHARC for pools and recreation and close to the bike paths and the Village for shops and restaurants. It has a peaceful and quiet setting looking out on a large wooded common area where you can often view wildlife. Bikes, sleds, movies, games, and a wood burning fireplace with firewood are just a few of the extras provided for you. The dining room seats 8 around the oak table and the kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to cook a holiday feast. (See photos.) There are two bedrooms on the first floor, master with a new king Tempurpedic bed and cable TV, and the other a queen. Both of these bedrooms have direct access to the hot tub deck. The second floor has a roomy King bedroom with a cozy reading corner. The third floor has two separate sleeping lofts, one with a full size bed and the other with three twins. Fluffy down duvets will keep you cozy. Two full baths are updated with tile and granite, main floor bath is accessible with walk-in shower and grab bars. Upstairs you will find a family room with comfortable furniture and a 46" HD TV with DVD player, games and movies. It's perfect for the kids or watching a movie or sports. The kitchen is well-equipped with a blender, toaster, microwave, Keurig and drip coffee makers, coffee grinder, electric griddle, bar ware, cookware, bakeware and serving pieces. Spices and cooking oils are ready in the cabinets for your cooking convenience. A starter supply of paper towels, dish and laundry detergent, soap, kleenex are supplied. Our guests love the large deck facing the tall trees common area with stainless steel gas grill, outdoor dining and lounging areas, and separate private deck with a private Jacuzzi spa.. The Jacuzzi seats 7 in luxurious comfort and has a waterfall and colored lights as well as an advanced clean water system, which uses very little chlorine (kind to your skin!). It's on a private deck with easy access from the downstairs bedrooms. The kids (6 yrs and up) will love sleeping in the kids dorm loft accessed by a ladder-type stairway. (Note: the ladder is not safe for small children and may be difficult for older adults. There is a child gate to close it off.) The location is the best: walk down Overlook Road and you're at the SHARC pool and recreation center in just two blocks, continue walking for five minutes and you're in the Sunriver Village with a variety of shops and restaurants. Walk down Overlook Road in the other direction and you'll be on the Meadows golf course in just three blocks, or on your way to the Marina, horse stables or Fort Rock Park. Ride one of the 6 included bikes to make the trips even quicker. Take the short cut to Mt. Bachelor to be on the slopes in about half an hour in the winter. Fast wifi throughout the house. One security camera at front door facing outward. Well mannered dogs are welcome (up to 2 dogs). $20/each daily fee. Owners must pick up after their pet .Feeding bowls and a large dog bed are provided. Please note: WE DO NOT HAVE SHARC PASSES. This allows us to keep our rates low for a quality house. Ask about discounted single day tickets.

Our family enjoyed our stay at the cabin, its location, and the great fireplace! It warmed us while we all sat in front of it for board games provided by the thoughtful owner, a few rounds of poker, and lots of shared stories as we all caught up. Then we’d jump into the hot tub to soak in the stars .The location was perfect to zip to the store and the village. The cozy cabin has an original Sunriver feel to it, which we liked, and while it’s not entirely up to date, it had everything we needed to host a great holiday for the 7 of us!

This home had everything our family needed and wanted! It's well equipped with kitchen supplies, two "family rooms" with TVs, and an abundance of games. We enjoyed riding the bikes around the trails (thankfully they had a tire pump!) and topped off our evenings in the spacious hot tub. You won't be disappointed!

Our family had a wonderful stay for the long weekend. The house is clean, cozy and close to all the amenities in Sunriver! We took the bikes provided out several times, and the hot tub was a great way to end the day! Would highly recommend this place!

Great Hideout
Well-stocked kitchenware set, room for our own 2 bikes in the locked storage shed, all the window covers worked ....when was the last time you found that in a house??? :-) , super location, low traffic area, comfortable bed, house heating system worked well, very responsive owner. We'll be back.

We had everything we needed in the house and really enjoyed our weekend in Sunriver. There is plenty of space for different activities in the house, tons of games, bikes, etc. They really thought of everything.

Cozy get away
We spent a very cozy 5 nights at overlook park with 3 generations of family. The home was stocked with all we needed for cooking meals and other fun things like sleds to use, lots of games and holiday decor. Beds were super cozy with down comforters. The hot tub was amazing and was enjoyed nightly. Close enough to walk to the village, which we did daily. The communication with sally was amazing.

We had a fun stay during Spring Break in this house. The house fit perfectly for our two families and our dogs. The house had everything we needed for eating in and relaxing. The location was ideal for walks on the paths to the Village or Sharc. We would definitely stay here again.

Cozy and perfect for a family of 5!
We enjoyed your Sunriver home. It was very cozy with both a fireplace and hot tub in which we took full advantage of while staying at Polehouse 3. The beds were amazingly comfortable and well equipped with extra blankets and pillows. Our only complaint was that we couldn't stay longer!

Spacious rental had everything our group needed!
It was hard to find a rental to accommodate the sleeping needs of our group of 10 which was composed of several families. This charming rental fit us perfectly and gave both adults and children the space they needed to relax and enjoy our time at Sunriver. The location was great--easy walking distance to SHARC and the village shops. We especially enjoyed viewing the stars from the private and immaculate Jaccuzzi.

Pole House #3
We just wrapped a great week in Sun River staying at the Pole House #3. House had all that you would need in terms of kitchen stuff and recreational equipment. Like many rentals in Sun River there could be updates to just about everything but the house was clean and in a great location. Would not hesitate to stay there again in the future.

Great place for our family!
We had a fantastic time in Sunriver and the accommodations were just what we needed! We were able to enjoy a family bike ride during the day and cozy fires at night thanks to this well supplied rental. It was the perfect place for us to relax and reconnect as a family! Thanks for helping make our stay so wonderful!

Comfortable home and Great Location!
I travel quite a bit with my ski gang and being in charge of the lodging can be difficult. This house was perfect for what we needed. On this trip I had myself and son, two other dads and their sons and our coach joined us. The bed set up was perfect! The boys were able to stay together (all teens) in the three twin beds and their coach stayed in the loft as well in the double. Myself and the other adults were able to have our own rooms with comfortable queen beds. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed and plenty of pots, pans and utensils. I loved the location as we needed to be at the ski hill by 7am everyday for our races. Super easy access to the hill and there is also a small store near by plus gas station. We wished we had time to use the hot tub but after our meals we lounged in the living room which had space for all plus the boys could hang out upstairs in the additional seating area. Our team really enjoyed our stay and we hope to be back again! Thank you!

December stay at Pole House 3
My family very much enjoyed the stay at Pole House 3. It was exactly what we were looking for! We loved the "cabin" feel that the home had, the wood fire place was one of our favorite features to the home. Of course, it is also hard to beat a private hot tub while the fresh snow is falling! We would recommend this home to anyone that is looking for a very comfortable stay in Sunriver w/in walking distance to the village. We look forward to bringing our friends back w/ us on our next visit! Thank you very much for the hospitality!

Loved our 3 week stay at Polehouse #3. Home was very well-appointed. Had everything we could possibly need. Enjoyed the bikes, BBQ, deck, sleeping arrangements and location. Grandchildren enjoyed their own "apartment" in the loft. Beds were comfortable. A very positive experience! Sally (the owner) was helpful and thoughtful. Thanks so much for sharing!

Nice house with plenty of room. Hot tub was nice extra. Close to the hiking and skiing we enjoyed.
Our group of 4 adults and 3 teenage boys has plenty of space. Every thing we did was within a 20 minute drive. Kitchen was well stocked. Deck was nice to have.

Perfect Getaway for Two Families!
We descended on this cabin with two families of four and had a great time. I love the pole houses at Sunriver and it was perfect for our families as it provided us with two separate living spaces. When we were home the 4 kids hung out on the second level loft while the parents took over the main floor (closer to the wine). The location is great for accessing the village, SHARC and Fort Rock Park. We will be back!
