Situated in Sunriver, this charming house for $250 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. We have 8 Unlimited SHARC Passes included in your stay. This saves you hundreds of dollars with these unlimited passes! Access to SHARC aquatic pools and all Tennis Courts. Several restaurants in the Sunriver Village & numerous shops. This large 2000 square foot home is nestled among towering pine trees and a close distance to the Woodlands Golf Course, North Tennis Courts and Sunriver Market Place. Enjoy the many miles of bike paths to explore Sunriver. Enjoy a beautiful 20 minute drive to Mt Bachelor for summer or winter enjoyment. The home has three separate Primary Suites with 1 King and 2 Queens. There is also a private loft with a Queen bed, TV/DVD for the kids or for an extra couple. The owners have provided a Ping Pong table for your enjoyment. Everything you need for your stay is provided in the home. Sit back on the cold winter nights with the warmth of the wood burning stove in the living room with firewood provided, or be entertained with a 42' plasma TV with satellite dish, DVD, and new sound system. The NEW large hot tub that is located just off the living room. The granite countertop kitchen is fully equipped, and the adjoining dining room is large enough for entertaining or just relaxing with family and friends. The home offers 8 adult bikes and BBQ, multiple decks and patio furniture and a selection of movies, games, and books for everyone to enjoy. There is no a/c in the home but fans are provided. Great property! Hot tub is new and amazing. The fireplace was especially nice on Christmas eve. Bridget even let us check in a bit early. Wonderful stay.

We had to book a place last minute as forest fires closed our original location good thing Sunriver feels like summer camp.it’s more charming then the pictures show. The lack of AC wasn’t a big deal as the nights were cool, 40/50s. It lacks the big window open floor design I would have picked given more time, but three large master bedrooms are fantastic, as well as the cute loft.

We loved our stay! Each bedroom was comfortable and spacious with their own bathrooms. Hot tub was great. We saw deer right outside our door every day. Beautiful area of Sunriver. Great kitchen and dining area! Fun times playing ping pong with our children. Responsive and helpful host!

The home was lovely and accomodations were perfect. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, and each room on the primary level had its own private bathroom. That makes staying with multiple couples so easy! And a great bonus- the hot tub was up to heat when we arrived!

This is our second stay here and it doesn't disappoint. It has 3 bedroom suites which fit our family perfectly. Wish it had A/C but it cools down nicely at night. Large kitchen is nicely equipped. The 2 recliners are a little uncomfortable and It needs a new dryer which is really loud and sounds like its got rocks in it! Other then that it was perfect.

This is a great home! Very clean and comfortable. We took our four teenage grandchildren there for a few days of fun. The house has several great bikes that we used several times. We also enjoyed the very nice hot tub; played ping pong; and had a nice barbecue on the back deck. We will rent this place again in the future. It was truly one of the cleanest places we've stayed. The kitchen is also very well stocked. I loved this home. I would recommend this to anyone!

Great space for a big family. We rode bikes to SHARC and that was nice because there is a lot of down hill on the way home. Well stocked kitchen, hot tub was hot. Lots of space for a big family / family reunion.

The mattress on the master suite bed is so old and lumpy, it hurts anyone's back in our group. It's past time to replace that.
The smoke alarm upstairs was constantly chirping, so we bought a new battery for it and fixed that.

The three bedroom suites are orthogonal to each other. Each has an entry hall to the sleeping space. This arrangement means there’s a lot of privacy for each room, which we appreciated. The upstairs sleeping loft has a regular queen bed and is also pretty separate from the main area. It lacks a door and a bathroom, but it’s effectively a fourth bedroom.
The hot tub is quite new and very nice.
The kitchen had everything we needed, and the dining area/table is quite spacious, with an adjacent powder room. The living room was fine for our family. TV and Netflix access were easy to figure out. There’s a spacious entryway which is handy for ski clothing.
My only minor suggestion for guests would be to bring your own games if your group likes to play them. (We just found a few. It is also possible we didn’t find the full stash).

We loved our 2 night stay at this property! The location is a nice long walk or short drive to the pool and village, making it a great central spot to enjoy all Sunriver has to offer. The house was very comfortable and well equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, books to read, games, and very nice sleeping accommodations. I highly recommend this house in Sunriver.

We stayed here with my in laws for the week before Christmas, while my husband and I took our big kids up the Mt. Bachelor and my in laws stayed with our infant. Everyone had a wonderful time. The house was clean and the three suites set-up was great for privacy when needed. The hot tub was a perfect place to relax after a day on the mountain. The house was only about a 7minute drive from the village and the SHARC (which the house has passes too). The only downside was that the beds were not greatly comfortable and we had sore backs even the first night before going to the mountain. The garage did have a ping pong table which my sons and father inlaw enjoyed fully!! Also, the dogs were welcome in the home and enjoyed our stay as well. Great place, we would stay again!

We enjoyed our stay and the kitchen was perfect for fixing Thanksgiving. There were no front pores lights which made the entrance dangerous with the ice and snow. Also disappointed no card table as like to play cards. Also the TV needs directions as complicated until figured it out

The house is very comfortable. There is no air conditioning, but the house cools off quickly if the windows are opened around 7 PM. The property manager is very friendly and she even made banana/chocolate chip bread for us. We would stay here again!

Great layout, nice and cozy!
Saw 4 deer in the driveway when we arrived, so that was a great start. Layout was great with 3 masters with en suite bathrooms, all very separated and private. Hot tub was a newer model and worked great with lots of jets. Kitchen is extremely well equipped - absolutely everything you could ever want. The wood stove was cozy and inviting and the included pile of wood in the garage was a great inclusion. Grocery store was a short walk away, and it’s a straight shot drive down to the sharq and marketplace.

This property is clean and has all the amenities needed to relax and enjoy your time away. The uniqueness of the home is having three master suites with bathrooms attached. Ping pong in the garage was an added bonus.
