Nestled in Rockbridge County, this lovely bed and breakfast for $149 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Our guest house is only a few minutes away from both Lexington and Buena Vista. The house has one master bedroom with a king size bed. We have a fully functional kitchen, washer and dryer, and full bathroom. We are also close to the Appalachian Trail, the Blue Ridge Parkway, the Virginia Military Institute, Washington and Lee University, and the Virginia Horse Center. Historical downtown Lexington is a great place to spend a long weekend and is full of history. The house provides great views and a place to relax either on the back porch or a walk through the surrounding area. Rockbridge County is full of art, culture, parks and trails. There are plenty of nice restaurants and some local wineries and breweries to enjoy.

We stayed here on the first night of our honeymoon road trip through VA, NC, and TN, and it was a lovely first night! The property has AMAZING views of the mountains! We woke up to a gorgeous sunny morning and let the dogs romp around on the giant grassy lawn--they had the time of their lives! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Communication was easy. Well lit and easy to find and understand. Clean 1br exactly as described. Bed is easily one of the most comfortable we've slept in the past 10 years, while away from home. Would highly recommend

The view was amazing, as were the hosts. We were allowed access to their patio to watch the sunsets, and they did not disappoint. Rolling hills, horses, and deer, were a few of the things we got to see. The deer walked right up to us when we woke up and let the dog out. Pet friendly was key for us, so this place was perfect.

My friend and I decided to do a fall weekend getaway to Lexington. This place was perfect! Super close to downtown Lexington and the Buena Vista Lookout on the Blue Ridge Parkway. The house was very clean, comfortable, and cozy. Would recommend!

Beautiful little place over the garage. Just right for. the two of us. Spotless and stocking with everything you could possibly need. And those views!! They just won't quit. Close enough to sights to be convenient; far enough out to be peaceful. Thanks to the owners for a wonderful stay!

This apartment makes you feel like you are at your home. Furnishings are comfortable but not fancy. Owners were very personable and invited us to sit on deck to watch sunset.

We absolutely loved this property! It’s in a really pretty area and easy to find. We were close to a lot, and the owners were right…The Palms was delicious!! The view from the property was beautiful, especially at night if you like to stargaze. We would definitely stay again ❤️

Very cute apartment above the garage. Fit us and the dogs great! Owners were very responsive in message and went out of there way yo make sure we could contact them if needed. Took the dogs for a nice walk on the morning and got a workout just walking back up the drive way. Would stay here again.

What a perfect place to rest our heads at night. It was small but had everything we needed for our 2 overnights. It was super clean and so close to Lexington, the natural bridge etc. Although we did not cook in the kitchen was well stocked! We had the pleasure of meeting the owner, her son and his wife and their pup! Thank you for the getaway… it was sorely needed!

The setting was beautiful with fantastic views of the mountains. It was remote and quiet even though the highway was relatively close. Lexington was a short drive. The owner was affable and accommodating. [ The rooms were large, well furnished and supplies for daily living were available.

We were driving over 500miles from NY state to this VRBO and the day we were scheduled to drive, a huge winter storm was predicted . We called the host the afternoon before and asked if we could arrive late the night before our scheduled date as the roads would likely be impassable the next day (which the were - the interstates had huge sections that were closed). She said no problem, and we left 4 in the afternoon and arrived shortly after midnight. We found everything in order and the path well lit to the door. We are so thankful she was able to let us arrive early! The rooms were good sized, the bed very comfortable, great windows for those who like to see the outdoors, and great property!

Came to Lexington for a Dog Agility Trial at the Virginia Horse Center. The distance we have to travel for this requires an overnight stay. Our dogs don’t do well in noisy Hotels. This place wins a Blue Ribbon! Quiet, Comfortable and Beautiful Mountain View’s !
