Love the location! The apartment needs to be more finished for that kind of money.

Someone was there to let us in right away

The shower does not drain. The hot water is lukewarm. The toilet bowl keeps on running.

Not worth what we paid and uncomfortable.

The property was located near popular wineries and restaurants in Valle. The room had a nice view of mountains.

We did not have hot water the first night, the next day someone came to check on it after we asked twice and after running the water for about 15 minutes we got hot water. There is a house on the property that is also rented out, for events so there was loud music all evening until 12am. A warning before booking would have been a nice gesture. There were a lot of bugs and spiders inside the room that would get in through cracks in door.

The place was peaceful and clean.

The place was clean and okay, i think it would be good to have a front desk, to go to if anything is needed, our rooms inside lock did not work, and there was no hair dryer

Poorly maintained

Pool, view, value and lication.

Got locked in our room twice. Door handle feel off twice. Second time after they fixed it during the day. It was very scary and no staff did not speak English. Shower was cold.

Home away from home

Private pool, pet friendly, spacious home in a beautifull and tranquil setting within the vineyards of the valley. Comfortable beds, great natural lighting indoors, wifi, lovely outdoor terrace to enjoy views of vineyard & pool. Very friendly and helpful staff/host. Easy access to local wineries, restaurants, local shopping center.

While the house is beautiful and spacious, it's not fully handicap accesible. The bathrooms all have walk in showers which is great. However there aren't any ramps leading into house (6 steps into house), and there's a sunken living room which requires going up/down 3 steps. Also stairway up to sun balcony was in need of repair.

Want to get away from it all, come here.

Everything about our stay was great. It’s very private and secluded. Room was large and comfortable. Mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker were an awesome addition. Towels were big and smelled so clean. We were able to walk the vineyard in the morning. Such a nice place and host was incredibly nice and helpful.

Only complaint is there is no handle bar in one of the pools which made it difficult for a person with mobility issues to exit the pool. There is some construction going on in this area so it can be they will add it in the future. The large pool by the main house is equipped with a rail so we used that one.

It will be a worth-staying and great place to stay when construction is complete.

Excellent location, very close to the winery where my girlfriend and I attended a wedding.

The place still has a lot of construction going on. I feel that once the construction is complete I'd definitely go back and enjoy the facilities. In the meantime the price was in my opinion too expensive.

Extremely clean facility, Specially linens and towels .Rosa was excellent and vey helpful. Great getaway for a large group.

Enjoy the privacy of the pool, and great view of the vineyard/valley.

We loved it a good place to spend time with family and friends

I liked the location and comfort

Wifi didn’t work and tv so our kids didn’t have anything to watch in the room and our phone service didn’t work without wifi

The location of this place is great, very accessible and convenient if you are visiting Valle. The place was clean and very spacious. Shower pressure was amazing! You are also able to see the stars at night, which is something that you don't really see if you live in the city.

Getting our key was confusing, we had not received any instructions so we walked in lost until someone guided us to the lady in the laundry room who is in charge of giving out keys. Maybe a sign or emailed instructions would've helped. The lady was very friendly and helpful with finding out room. The bed was not very comfortable I'd say 6/10, also the noise level is very high. We could hear kids running around and drunk adults in the hallways until about midnight.

The location was close to the places that we like it.

The noisy environment, first with the private party to late in the morning, and the noisy building, you can hear if the next guest was in the shower/
