Cargo de propina abusivo.

La habitación es comoda, las instalaciones en general confortables

Relación precio calidad en alimentos y bebidas. A pesar de que estuve dejando propinas en el restaurante, al final me hicieron un cargo por “propina” que no consentí, hacer eso es abusivo no por la cantidad sino por la imposición.

Maravilloso lugar para descansar; no fuimos en época de vendimia.

Todo esta hermoso, limpio, tranquilo; las vistas son excepcionales. La zona de barricas, viñedos, boutique y catas es divina.

No hay buena cocina a pesar de ser un hotel de lujo, la comida es mala y la chica que atendió el buffet es grosera y no sirve la cantidad que se pide si no lo que ella quiere.

The fact that such a big property has a pool the size of my backyard and 4 lounge chairs it’s ridiculous when you are paying $500 per night. The restaurants closed early, we had to eat by 7:00pm because the kitchen closed by 8:00pm. When it was time to order dessert, we were told that the kitchen was already closed. Really? I thought desserts are made in advance. I really think it was a waste of money. Oh, and the rooms don’t have ice, you have to call every time room service to get ice. The last two nights the ice never arrived.

Best place at El Valle de Guadalupe. Staff is amazing.

Best place at El Valle. Great amenities and the staff is phenomenal. The staff is there always to help. You can relax and have a great time. First Class.

Everything was great. maybe next time i will spend more time. Also, i didn't know it was pet friendly.

Best winery hotel in Valle de Guadalupe

Wine's lover paradise in Mexico, very comfortable, has a mix of luxury and rustic location as you expect in Baja. Year round weather is great, just like Southern California.

The food could have more choices besides Yucatan style, street should be paved so there is less dust flying around.

Great resort, phenomenal food and superb wine.

Hospitality, service and location. Everyone couldn't do enough for us. Surrounded by some of México's best vineyards.

Unfortunately, most of The Valle of Guadalupe has terrible roads. Probably one of the worse I've ever seen.

reported Heater wasn’t working and after several attempts by staff to resolve issue, the problem wasn’t corrected. it was a cold evening

I can’t wait to come back to El Cielo!

The staff was extremely kind and accommodating. The resort was beautiful, tranquil, and felt extremely safe. My husband and I came to celebrate our anniversary and we felt very welcomed. We can’t wait to come back!

Lovely location, friendly, safe & a shuttle to the restaurant & tasting facility. Fantastic wine!

The room could have been a bit cleaner, especially the floor. The pool was quite cold and only has 3 chairs available for guests.

Beautiful Place!!!

Beautiful expensive hotel! Large rooms/great bathrooms/ fire pit / restaurant and great views

Had our daughters wedding in Valle and it was very Hard to get in touch to make special requests…when calling several times each employee gave us different answers … very confusing… When we arrived we finally talked to the Manager and he helped us get everything the way we wanted! 🙏

This was beyond a wonderful experience.

This was a last minute trip( literally planned our trip that same morning) was a bit skeptical while booking. However once there, it was more than expected. Everyone was super nice. Room was upgraded for free. It was very clean and modern. Transportation to their restaurant was also provided. Literally had a chauffeur at the door for us. Restaurant didn’t disappoint either. It was over looking their vineyard. Service and food was amazing. I can’t wait to visit again!

Restroom shower doors, I know. They were very hard to open and water ran into the outside tile.

The rooms are spectacular

I know property this size can be challenging but some of the attention to detail in the landscaping would go along way. Lots of weeds missing plant material plants hanging over the sidewalks
