Degrading.

Was awoken at 10 pm to find out I was booted from my 5:00 AM shuttle because “park and fly customers take priority.” The shuttle they offered to schedule instead would have made me late for my international flight. I want a refund, but they told me to reach out to Booking.com. I will never stay here again.

Once and done, I will never return to this hotel again

I have nothing good to say about this location maybe the online people that help book the hotel rooms should check them out before they offer the services

The staff at the hotel did not speak very good English. It was hard to understand her and the hallway outside of our room was full of pot aroma, and was very annoying. Drugs are not allowed in your hotel from my understanding and yet it was still there

Het duurde heel lang (meer dan een uur) voordat de shuttle ons kwam halen vanaf het vliegveld. We hebben meerdere keren moeten bellen, terwijl het hotel dichtbij het vliegveld ligt.

Horrible!!

Breakfast was disgusting!! Wi-Fi wasn’t functional.

The lady at the reception was very rude!! Were it not for the polite security guard, I won’t have stayed.

Great location, about 2-3 miles from the Mall of America, great value, La Quinta’s are known for being clean and having great staff.

Overpriced, moldy, smelly, and sketchy low quality motel not appropriate for families on vacation

I had visited the location once 15 years ago and it was very nice then but since the quality has gone down immensely

The service, smell, quality of the room, parking, location, and price To overpriced for low quality the breakfast especially complimentary breakfast but nothing of good quality provided Felt like I was in a motel not a hotel

Booking got my card compromised, when I got there they had my reservation but was double the price, the place was dirty, the ice machine wasn’t working, the shower door didn’t close so water leaked out causing a fall hazard, load people all night.

The hallway carpet was filthy, filthy. the rooms looked like what you pay to stay, there was a mice in our room Saturday/Sunday morning, no pool, and no elevator.

Ok for a quick stay with 24 hr airport shuttle

24 hour shuttle from Airport

Hallway smelled off but the room was fine No plugs by the bed Breakfast was weak - no protein or fruit Shuttle driver on return only dropped at terminal 1 when we needed terminal 2 and it was ok for me but felt bad for the elderly couple that had to navigate their way over with elevators escalators and tram. We were the only 3 on the shuttle and all needed the rental cars in terminal 2

Disappointing

Close to Airport and Mall of America. Decent for a cheap stay. But don't expect to much. It seemed clean, but is really old and could use an upgrade.

Breakfast was really bad, nothing to choose from. Bed were tired and in need of new mattress.

Friendly staff-facility need update

Seemed run down. Needs remodel. Carpets are old and worn. Parking lots were not plowed very well. Hard to get around with all the snow piles everywhere.
