I’m not sure we got credited for our Hilton Honors but the front desk clerk was awesome and we enjoyed the stay.

Pleasant

The staff was friendly and the common areas clean

We had a pet friendly room, it was a little beat up and smelled like a cat had been in there. The ac stopped working efficiently on our last night.

Stunned by pet costs!

Good

Charging $50.00 per pet? I called and and advised I had a pet, price was not quoted but I was told pets were encouraged. Wouldn’t stop there again.

Outside door was unsecured, shower plug was very hard to pull up, no way most women could have pulled up, 200$ for rhe room was a bit high, few bugs in bathroom, breakfast was okay stray cats in parking lot. Needs upgrades to be $200, stayed in metroplex lot better lots less $

Great place to stay!

Warm reception & fast check-in. At check-in, staff kindly adjusted my reservation to accommodate me for an additional night due to unexpected circumstances. All staff members greeted me with a smile, consistently asked how my stay is going, & if I needed anything. Great tasting breakfast with a generous choice of menu items. Mrs Tatnes extreme efforts running the breakfast bar are commendable! This hotel staff truly cares about your experience & comfort. Very clean & comfortable environment throughout the entire building.

Can't think of anything worth complaining about.

Breakfast was great, well stocked and restocked. Location perfect as we were visiting family. Comfortable bed.

I think the cost was too high. Other places in the area were lower for same or similar accommodations. We stay here for proximity to family. I also wasn't told if you had a senior discount.

Breakfast was not very good. They ran out of food because the staff weren't watching to make sure it was stocked.

So disappointing, especially for a Marriott related hotel.

The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in. The mattress needs replacing! Texas was experiencing wicked hot temperatures but the pool in Boerne didn't open until 10 a.m. People traveling who like to exercise before they get on the road are out of luck. And who wants to be in the pool in the mid day when the sun is burning brightest, and there's nothing for shade?

It was over-priced for the quality of service and facilities. Would not stay there again.

The location was fairly convenient to where we needed to be. Access was fine. Wi-fi was fine. Staff was pleasant and helpful especially the young man who worked nights at the desk.

The bed was OK, but the pillows were flat. I normally sleep with one pillow. In this case, one was to few and two were too many. It made my neck uncomfortable. Price was outrageous for a $270-plus per night stay for two people. I know it was Memorial Day weekend, but still. The breakfast was average compared to other "breakfast included" motels/hotels we stay at.

It was a great stay . Always choose Fairfield to stay when we need a overnight stay.

Staff was awesome . The hotel was beautiful, clean.very quiet. The breakfast was great .the staff were very accommodating. Great stay.
