The house and property were great. Perfect location in Boerne right on the creek. Walking distance to the center of town. The house itself was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for our large family. There was a wonderful grass area for the kids to play outside, and we could fish, feed the ducks, and watch turtles all from the back yard of the property.

What's not to like. It was great. If I had to nit pick I would say that there were two broken chairs, but both had been moved outside. We did not need them but I wish the cleaning crew would have removed them so there would no concern that we would be blamed for the damaged the chairs. The house and property were perfect. I only mention the chairs because I'm I worry wart.
