Ok accommodation for a short stay

Was not my favourite location (kinda sketchy but that's SF currently) but you'll be near to everything so that's a plus.

Excellent hotel located downtown. The facilities and room were great and I would recommend this hote

I really liked the decor and the size of the room. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location was great being very centrel. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Localização maravilhosa, quarto extremamente limpo, mobiliário moderno e aconchegante. Cama confortável e chuveiro excelente. A única coisa que não vou nota 10 foi o preço. Achei um pouco caro. Fora o preço, mão tenho nada a reclamar.

We had an awesome stay at Hotel Spero thanks to the quality of the room, friendly staff and great location.

Great location, comfortable and clean room, awesome bar/restaurant on the ground floor.

Only 2 elevators…otherwise, not much to complain or criticize.

Beautiful and clean hotel that’s centrally located and walking distance from Union Square.

Great location, walking distance to union square, beautiful decor, spacious serenity suite, friendly staff; really enjoyed the reusable water bottles

great hotel but not a great lobby / no bar etc

rooms were smart - clean and b ed was very comfortable - well thought out - decor was great

shame there is not a bar or restaurant onsite (a double whisky cost me $50US!- at Jaspers - connected to the hotel) a complete rip off!

A gem of a hotel.

my corner room was incredible, with sweeping views of the city and very much a cool apartment feel/ vibe. Huge Tv and nice table so I could get some work done. The staff was so friendly, and I appreciated the business center upstairs so I could print some items out and take a few calls at the table without feeling like I was in an office. Very good vibes.

Nothing. Cancelled my room upon arrival.

Arrived the hotel and the overall place seemed okay. However upon checking in the experience went down hill.... i arrived after an 11 hour flight to be told they had cancelled my room. So i had to seek accomodation elsewhere whilst sat in their reception. Apparently they were unable to accomodate for night 1 so essentially they had someone paying a higher rate.

Staff was very nice and the supplied us with a nice gift bag with disposable masks a reusable water bottle and a few other things. It was the best bargain.

Didn't feel the cleanest but can't quite put my finger on it. Maybe the chipping/ bad paint or carpet

Hotel had a great price, but the parking sucked

The staff was very friendly, the room was nice.

There was no hotel parking so we had to pay 47 dollas to park our car in the parking garage, we had to leave our keys with the attended. If the hotel validated our parking then we could not remove our car. The area was full of shifty people. The ac in our room did not work but they offered a us another room but we declined.

Great location in a beautiful city

Great location, close to public transportation and nice places to eat. All tours we booked picked us up a couple of streets from the hotel, which was great as we took a couple that started really early. The staff was nice and overall the room was clean

The bathroom was a bit small.

Now I have a hotel to recommend to friend’s visiting San Francisco.

Love the lobby decor and room decor. The mattress was firm and not worn in. Windows blocked out street noise. Everyone who worked there was friendly and guest-focused without seeming phony.
