Ottima la posizione, a 50 mt da Time Square, vicina a diverse fermate della metro. Le camere non erano male e all’arrivo, avendo 2 bambini piccoli, il personale ci ha offerto allo stesso prezzo una camera differente ma ad un piano molto più alto per sentire meno la confusione di Time Square e una vista decisamente migliore.
Inoltre il giorno del nostro rientro, gentilmente ci hanno fatto trovare un taxi all’ora stabilita per raggiungere l’aeroporto .
Nulla, a noi serviva un posto in centro, da dove partire per raggiungere facilmente tutti i punti principali da visitare a New York e questo Hotel è perfetto.

Atendimento da recepção é péssimo. Fiz a reserva pelo cartao wise mas ele nao é aceito no hotel. Tive que improvisar o pagamento em outro cartão que gerou nova reserva. Perdi todos os benefícios da reserva do booking e ainda paguei 800 dólares a mais. Serão ressarcidos apenas 400.

La ubicación increíble junto al metro, muy cercano a Times Square y tiendas clave que les gustan a los niños y familia en general. El servicio de limpieza a la habitación fue bueno y siempre muy amables.
La verdad el restaurante es bonito con vista a Times Sq pero está demasiadooooo corto de alimentos (menú de 4-5 alimentos) , no me molesta pagarlo solo que no nos fue posible utilizarlo por esta razón.

Fantastic location! The room was surprisingly quiet. Very cool view! Staff was friendly and helpful. Bed was comfy!
The air freshener in lobby was so awful and overwhelming yuck!! The bathroom light was automatic and would shut off on you in the shower. And the depressed sheep in cages outside the elevators on room floors made us sad :-(

L’hôtel est parfaitement situé à Times Square avec accès proche au métro, aux monuments et à Central Park. Nous avons fait quasiment tout à pied ! C’est un quartier un peu bruyant mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé.
La chambre est confortable assez grande et la literie bonne.
De plus l’hôtel vous offre 2h de location de vélo à Central Park et autres avantages.
Tout le personnel est sympa !
Pas grand chose à dire, il manque peut-être un peu de rangement pour les vêtements car nous sommes restés 7 nuits.

Voto alto perché innanzitutto è in centro pieno, times square. Secondo punto a favore : stanza da 4 VIVIBILE! Siam stati proprio bene in 4 senza sentirci schiacciati.
Pulizia ottima.
Quando prenotate dovete essere consci che state pagando già una parte di denaro che si chiama destination fee, in pratica avete un budget prepagato per comprare colazione/cose al market interno (che peró ovviamente sono over prezzate).

The central location next to Broadway and the Central Park, best breakfasts I ever had in US, attentive staff, cleanliness and regular room cleaning by default, modern and generously spaced rooms.
I wish 4 star hotels like this could be rented for less than 300 dollars a night. :)

Location is amazing
The hotel was not clean at all.
Toilets and the carpet in the room is extremely dirty.
The bed covers are supposed to be white but it loses its color and they are almost grey because of dirt.
The hotel is extremely crouded and alot of noise but that is understandable and nothing to do about this. But all the rest of the problems we had is not acceptable at all.

We’ve stayed here before and love the convenience of the location and the vibe of the New York scene.
The front foyer is very dark with dim lighting and dark walls. Not very welcoming however the have an amazing smell of essential oils or similar burning.
The bar upstairs is normally fantastic but this trip it was never open as the little convenience market they have. Not sure why it was there we never saw it opened??

A képek nem igazán tükrözik a jelenlegi valóságot - soha ne higgy HDR képeknek, 5. lobbi szint után koszos minden, a szobák szőnyegpadlója szagos, a törölközők agyonmosottak és büdösek, nagyon felületes a takarítás. Európában maximum 2 csillagot kapna a hotel.

Great location especially for being in the city for the first time. Spacious room.
Generally quite dark. Some updates required - the handle on the bathroom door was broken and we had to ask for bathrobes (which were complimentary), rather than it being available in the room on arrival.
There was info we learned later in the stay that I think should’ve been provided at reception on check in such as how to access the WiFi.

The location was perfect. Right next to the subway. The rooms were the biggest I’ve ever stayed in in NYC. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The view for breakfast was amazing!

Hotel located in the middle of Times Square. The rooms have a good size and are comfortable. We stayed on the upper floors and had no problems with the noise but I believe those who on lower floors may have this problem but how not to have it, we are in New York - Times Square. The dining room has a magnificent view of Times Square.
The shower is old and has little pressure. Breakfast is expensive 30 usd per adult and 15 usd for children. We had a broken window, I complained and no one wanted to know.

A Falta de educação da recepcionista do café da manhã foi marcante na minha estadia, ao ponto de eu optar por não tomar o café da manhã em nenhum dia e abrir mão dos $ 30 dolares diarios que eu tinha direito .
Os garçons são fracos, equipe reduzida, 15 minutos pra vir uma cerveja, tratam os hospedes como se estivessem fazendo um favor. Os Hospede do hotel não tem nenhuma vantagem ao usufruir do bar.

Only fault we found….Breakfast was expensive for what it was and staff were very unfriendly and rushed/stressed. In saying that we only had breakfast there one day so it could’ve just been a bad day!

The time square view is awesome. The restaurant meal was fantastic. We used the concierge service for extra to do options.
We checked in and toured the city. When we retired back to our room with four people we noticed the tub leaked after the first shower. The staff was quick to assess the situation and move us to an equally splendid room.

Great location. You can literally walk to anywhere you want. The R lounge serves tasty cocktails and food though food options are limited and expensive. Staff are polite and helpful. You can request things you need like electric kettle or slippers for free at the front desk. The bed is comfy and AC functions normally. Everything is clean and tidy so I don’t have complaints about this. I would recommend king bed rooms on higher floor so you can enjoy larger space as well as avoid noises from Times Square. In my case I picked the highest floor which is 26th. The city view is not that good since surrounding buildings blocks your view.
Breakfast not worth that much. To be honest everything is a little bit overpriced. Well this is New York so I suppose there is no easy way to save money.

Hotel magnifico, posizione strategica, camera ampia eravamo in 4 con 2 figli grandi, letti comodissimi, temperatura perfetta, camera silenziosa nonostante la posizione, personale molto gentile, fatte delle richieste di servizi (asciugamani, caffe) tramite app e risolte immediatamente, velocissimi nel check in e check out, pulito.
