Brilliant - great central base from which you can explore Manhattan

What a wonderful experience!

I stayed at the hotel for 6 nights with my family. Location: The hotel is located really close to the nice part of the 5th Avenue, 20 minutes walking to Central Park and 2 minutes walking to all the main subway stations. The big mall Macy's is just around the corner. The area is full of restaurants, pubs and rooftops. Staff: The staff is really friendly and accommodating. We needed to change our room because the mattress was not really comfortable, the staff provided to resolve the issue the same day; 3 days after the hotel changed the mattress to all the rooms. Moreover, the next day, the Operation manager, Steven, gave us a very beautiful room for the inconvenience of the mattress. Cleanness: the room was big and full of service (water, chocolate, fridge, ....). The cleaning staff was exceptional, everyday the room smelled really good. Wi-fi: good service. Neighbour: the hotel is located in the town center, so the area is really rich, clean and with good Neighbour (also in the late night).

We didn't find anything that we don't like.

Jederzeit zu empfehlen

Zentrale Lage aber trotzdem ruhig in Midtown Manhattan. Circa 15 Minuten zum Time Square. Zusätzliche Bettdecken und Kopfkissen. Jeden Tag 2 Flaschen Wasser kostenlos. Über eine „Taxi-Taste“ an der Rezeption kann problemlos ein Taxi bestellt werden. U-Bahn in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Gleich bei Macy’s und auch Frühstücksoptionen (Pret-A-Manger, Starbucks, etc. In der Nähe).

Wie alle Hotels in New York relativ teuer. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 4ten Stock mit Blick auf den Hinterhof inklusive Klimaanlage des Nachbargebäudes, was aber nicht gestört hat, da die Fenster recht dicht sind und in New York eh nicht geöffnet werden können. Kein Frühstück im Hotel (ist aber bei Buchung bekannt).

Great comfortable home away from home, excellent customer focus

Location was excellent.. just a 5-10 minute walk to Times Square/Broadway.. but far enough to be out of the chaos. Centrally located to nearly everything, just hop on the subway and you can be anywhere in a few stops. Easy to walk to hotel from Penn Station, which means easy to get to from air train from Newark.

War gut. Prima Lage. 34 St-Harald Sq Metrostation um die Ecke.

Top Lage. Neue Ausstattung. Sauberes und neues Bad.

Roomservice hat es nicht immer vor 18 Uhr geschafft. Am besten an der Rezeption nachfragen, wann die entsprechende Etage saber gemacht wird und ggf. um bei früherer Rückkehr um bevorzugten Service zu bitten.

Would totally recommend and will absolutely go back!

Everything was excellent- great value for what we paid too! Shelley at the front desk was incredibly attentive and friendly and the space was really nice with EASY parking!!!

Very pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel and we would definitely stay again when in NYC.

Nicely presented. Relaxing lounge area. Good position. Comfortable room. We had the queen suite with empire state view. Good size room. Good shower. Very helpful to be able to leave your luggage on arrival and departure day.

Only thing I didn’t like was we couldn’t pay on our pre loaded card which was a shame as I allowed for it with what we loaded in dollars so have that left over. That’s probably not the hotels fault but the machine provider.

A Gem of a Hotel in the Heart of NYC

As expected for New York City, the rooms at Le Soleil are on the cozier side, but what the rooms lack in space is more than made up for by this hotel's amazing location, top-notch amenities, and outstanding service. Le Soleil is wonderfully situated right in Midtown Manhattan, putting you steps from incredible shopping, dining, entertainment and landmarks like Rockefeller Center and Times Square. Despite the very central location, the hotel itself is on a quiet side street, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The rooms may be snug but they are sparkling clean and have everything you need for a comfortable stay, including plush linens, a coffee maker, and reliable wifi. The lobby is elegant and the fitness center, while small, has new equipment. What truly impressed me was Le Soleil's phenomenal staff. From the friendly doormen to the attentive housekeeping team, every employee went above and beyond. The front desk staff in particular were consummate professionals - welcoming, efficient, and determined to make my stay perfect.

Прекрасный отель для отдыха и знакомства с городом

Прекрасный отель с отзывчивым персоналом, уборка номера проводилась ежедневно, постельное белье менялось регулярно, отопление работало отлично. В номере было тихо и не было слышно шума с улицы, учитывая что мы жили на 4 этаже. Wi-fi предоставляется бесплатно, и работает очень хорошо. Рядом с отелем очень много различных кафе и ресторанов, большенство достопримечательностей в шаговой доступности, рядом все ветки метро. У меня был Представительский номер с кроватью king-size. Площадь комнаты прекрасно подходит для размещения двух взрослых людей, а кровать действительно большая. В номере есть холодильник, сейф, кофемашина, утюг, гладильная доска. По моей просьбе мне предоставили электрический чайник. В номере ежедневно нам оставляли две бутылки воды, а если не хватало, всегда можно попросить дополнительную воду на ресепшене. Шкаф открытого типа, имеет две полки, три ящика для одежды и достаточно вешалок для одежды. Обе Прикроватные тумбочки имеют ящик. Я считаю, что это прекрасный отель для того, чтобы насладиться городом и потом прекрасно отдохнуть в своей комнате. На первом этаже для гостей отеля бесплатно предлагается горячий шоколад и вода.

Beautiful hotel with clean, modern roomy rooms. Attention to detail. Location. Everything excellent.

The desk/round mirror light was connected to the nighttable lights, so we couldn't turn them on without waking up our son, sleeping on the sofa bed, and end sofa bed, ,and ended up in the dark

Location was great, really central. Room was clean, organized, and had a nice window view. Stuff members were nice. Especially Andre at the front desk seemed like a great guy. The concierge was also friendly and helpful.

A localização é perfeita próxima a estação 34 do metrô, próximo a loja Macy’s a Quinta Avenida e ao Bryan Park

Tudo me agradou a limpeza era feita diariamente troca de toalhas! Só o banheiro tinha um cheiro um pouco desagradável mas era só fechar a tampa da privada q ficava ok. A luz era meio fraquinha no quarto mas nada q impedisse de se arrumar

Parfait pour petit séjour touristique

Très bien placé, vue sur Empire State building impressionnante.

Impossible de réguler température de la chambre, clim/chauffage bruyante, porte de petit placard cassée, porte de salle bains difficile à fermer (poignée cassée. Plein de petits détails pas très importants, mais qui montre que les chambres ont bien servies. Petite cafetière sympa pour ceux qui prennent du café. Pour prendre un thé c’est pas prévu.

Best place in NYC

The hotel staff is excellent in all aspects, there was a problem with the heating and the head of maintenance fixed it immediately. The rooms are spacious, clean and very well equipped, I will definitely come back.

Bien pour un 1er sejour à Manhattan

La chambre etait spacieuse et nous avions la vue sur l’Empire State Building. Belle salle de bain, rangements.

Un systeme de branchements un peu vieillot, pas de prise proche des 2 cotés du lit.

Nice hotel with good location.

The location is good, nice decoration, and there is Chinese Oohu Szechuan & Canton Cuisines and Korean Rest. Yoon Haeundae Galbi near by and can reach about 5 mins. The staff is friendly, and helpful.

The amenities in my room was not complete, there was no slippers and shower cap which I informed the Receptionist, but until the checked out date, nobody send to me. The bathroom is larger than many hotels, it looks new BUT the water drains very slowly.

Great hotel in midtown

Great location, clean room and friendly staff.

This is my second time at the hotel in the last few months and second time I take their car service back to Newark airport. They charge a flat fee that includes the toll roads however in both times the drivers took me the longer way to avoid the taxes. I don’t blame the hotel but they should be aware of this

The internet is barely working, it's about 3Mbps down 1Mbps up, these speeds would be acceptable 15 years ago.
