Brand new to the Luxury Beach Rentals program, this 4 bedroom suite on the 8th floor was just completely remodeled with new flooring, furniture and decor! It is oceanfront with huge corner balcony and offers spectacular views of the blue Atlantic. This condo offers an oceanfront master bedroom with king bed and access to the huge oceanfront balcony. The second room offers two double beds, the third & fourth bedroom offers one queen bed each. Other features include flat screen TVs, washer and dryer, and fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops. The resort is located in the heart of the Grand Strand in a quiet family oriented section of the beach. Activities on site include the indoor and outdoor pool complex which includes a lazy river, 2 pools, 4 hot tubs and children’s splash pool all overlooking the beach along with a fitness center and tanning lawn. The resort also has a Starbucks and ice cream shop onsite. • Master Bedroom - 1 King Bed • 2nd Bedroom - 1 Queen Bed • 3rd Bedroom - 2 Double Beds • 4th Bedroom - 1 Queen Bed • Living Room - 1 queen sleeper sofa - Luxury Linen package included! - Caribbean Resort is smoke-free. Absolutely NO SMOKING is allowed in guest rooms, on balconies, or common areas around the property. Guests may smoke in the new smoking area located at the end of the Dominican building ground floor. - 7 night minimum from Saturday to Saturday required in peak summer season and 3 night minimum outside summer season. - 25% deposit to make a reservation and full payment due 30 days prior to arrival. -No motorcycles, trailers, or pets allowed on the premises.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We took 8 guests here on a fall weekend. It worked out very well and each room was very comfortable. The beach was beautiful and the condo was very clean. The common areas and the indoor pool areas could definitely use a facelift but strictly reviewing the unit & location I would recommend!

The condo was great, but the common areas (Lobby, elevators and hallways) desperately need to be repaired/replaced. Floors to elevators were gross and dirty along with hall carpets. At first we were scared, but once we opened our condo doors we were so relieved to see it was as pictured. My only concern was a cockeroach I found in master bedroom. It was only one found during our 5 day stay. Another thing that was strange was a window in bedroom that looked out into hallway (common building not condos interior). Otherwise it was clean and spacious.

We enjoyed our stay and had so many options with pools or beach. Plus all the employees were nice and the place was so clean. The condo is beautiful and has the best views of the ocean from the king bedroom. Kids loved it and was roomy enough for all of us.

This condo is on the 8th floor with 3 balconies to enjoy the ocean/beach views. The condo was clean and decorated as in photos. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking pots, dishes etc to make meals. The condo management team was responsive to any questions we had. Would stay here again.

The unit is nicely renovated, kitchen is equipped with plenty of cookware/dishes. There is a washer/dryer in unit which is very convenient. It has a large balcony with great view of ocean/pools and two small side balconies. There are multiple pools on this property, so none were too crowded. There's a Starbucks and ice cream shop across the street, which we appreciated very much. Check in process was so easy and smooth, no waiting in line. The property itself doesn't have many luggage carts that we found at the times we arrived and left so we had to do it on trips, but there is temporary parking in the front of the building. Our family would definitely stay here again next trip to Myrtle Beach!!

We had an absolutely wonderful time and were very comfortable in the apartment. The beds were comfortable too which you don't always get in rentals. One thing--if you like to cook on vacation, the kitchen is small and serviceable but probably not great for whipping up complex meals. We brought premade food from home to prepare and used the crockpot one day and that worked out great. A colander and a whisk would be nice additions to the kitchen!The main hotel common areas isn't brand new but it was mostly clean. The variety of pools+hot tubs were great! So many to pick from, lots of chairs, and just a very relaxed vibe. We were also less than 10 minutes' drive from dozens of area attractions so it was easy to explore.

The condo has been beautifully renovated with new furniture, bedding, and flooring, and is not only lovely to look at but is very functional, too. The location couldn't be better, on the edge of the main beach/hotel strip (when you want activity) but with residential beach adjacent which provides more space and privacy to walk. The dining table comfortably sat all 6 of us, and the view was spectacular. I'll stay again and again.

The master bedroom has the most amazing view of the beach...each morning was a joy waking up to the sunrise. 3 other bedrooms have their own private balconies. Restaurants are close by, my husband and son golfed (Golf course are 10 minutes away) and of course our younger children enjoyed the mini golf that is right up the street.
