Located in Myrtle Beach, this attractive condo for $392 per night is a great option for your next vacation. My calendar and rates are up to date. The dates you requested are available if the Calendar shows them to be available. Our units are being prepared and cleaned per CDC recommendations. About the condo: This is 1500 sq ft 3 bedroom/2 bathroom 8th floor condo located in the most desirable area of the north side of Myrtle Beach and sleeps up to 12 people comfortably. This condo offers a custom decorated Tommy Bahama decor, a granite countered full kitchen, washer and dryer in the unit, free wireless internet, a flat screen TV in every room with a DVD player and an incredible view of the Atlantic Ocean. Linens & towel are provided with this rental. Enjoy a great view of the Ocean from your master bedroom and the living area in this angled ocean view property. The resort is ideally situated in the exclusive north-end residential section of Myrtle Beach known as 'The Golden Mile', which adds to the level of luxury associated with your stay at the Dunes Village Resort. Our condominium features three bedrooms. The first is a master bedroom with a private bath and a king size bed. The other two bedrooms feature 2 queen-size beds in each with access to the second bathroom. The living area has a flat screen TV with a DVD player, dinning room and a fully equipped kitchen. This unit comes with three (3) free covered parking spaces. Enjoy stunning oceanfront views from your private balcony. Take advantage of unlimited access to Dunes Village Resort's large indoor heated water park that includes a 250 ft Lazy River, three Jacuzzi hot tubs, two adult-size Water Slides, a children's pool and a game room with pool tables and other games. The Resort offers a fully equipped exercise room, a full-service restaurant that includes a lunch and dinner menu, pool bar and food service and Seattle's Best breakfast/coffee facility. About the area: There are many fun-filled family activities within a short distance from the condo. The Family Kingdom, a family theme park is only a short walk away. There’s also Ripley’s Aquarium featuring thousands of sea creatures. There are also miniature golf courses, shops, water parks, mini-race tracks and eateries all at your doorsteps. There are shows playing at the Carolina Opry Theater, The Legend, and Broadway at the Beach. Great place to stay, if you get bored it is your on fault. Alot of things to do there....Grandchildren had so much fun at the waterparks...loved the slides. The condo was plenty big for 12 people.

This condo was perfect for our family, just the right size, loved that it was right next to the elevator. The indoor pools and slides was perfect especially when it was cool. I have no complaints at all and will definitely stay here again!!

Everything about this condo was perfect. It was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed to make meals. The water park was great for the kids. They were exhausted every single night! Location was great. It was a short drive to restaurants and other attractions.

Perfect for Baseball ⚾️ family vacation!
Owner very responsive and wonderful to work with. Condo very clean and all details were described as listed. Great location and elevators are rather quick- there are 4 main ones and this condo is near elevator with absolutely NO disruptions. View is beautiful from family area and Master bedroom. Perfect for 5 adults and 1 teenager for baseball vacation. There were chairs and beach toys left in accessible closet which was great! Washing machine and dryer in unit made it so convenient for uniform washing! Very clean unit! Thank you Rufia it was an absolute pleasure working with you!
20 min from Ripken and Broadway at beach! 25 min from youth Nationals. Felt very safe and it was right next to Beach Colony where most of our team was staying. Starbucks in lobby was bonus!!!

Was very nice. Restaurant was not good. Lazy river inside was very cloudy. Room was great for family. We had 4adults and 4 children (2yr, 3yr, 9yr and 12yr). The babies love the slides and lazy river. The older boys loved the waves at the beach. A fun trip.

Let's start with something positive. The room is located PERFECTLY across from the elevators. We didn't have to walk down the hall to get to our room, we were worried about noise from other families with being that close. We heard very minimal action. There is a vacuum which we used every single day, multiple times...such a blessing. The wall plugs however need to be replaced because nothing would stay plugged in...that could be me being picky but it was annoying.
There is SO much for kids of all ages to do around the hotel,
in the water park, outside, the beach etc. Our little AND big kids loved the water slides. The little ones couldn't go down one of them so the older ones went on their own and had tons of fun.
The food in the restaurant in the hotel was phenomenal and absolutely reasonable in price. 9 of us ate dinner there for under $100 ... less than it would've been at Applebees for just as good or better of food. When we ate in the room the kitchen is stocked to the max with anything you'll ever need !!!
Some Cons to the room are the bed in the room off the living room was probably one of the worst beds ... its lumpy and there's not enough blankets for all the beds and people. Thank god we had brought some with us so we made due with what we had. The top "blanket" wasn't anything more than a glorified sheet and was thin and certainly wasn't a comforter. My father in law slept on the couch and there was a thin blanket in the closet that he used and we had to turn the heat up in the room. Made for uncomfortable sleep but we weren't there to sleep we went to have fun and that we did have.
The technology wasn't up to par - tv didn't hook up easily to the playstation we brought and the wifi didn't work so we had to use our hot spot all the time. When we called to fix it we found out the telephone in the room was old and didn't work....we fixed it but still had no wifi .. minor inconvenience.
The overall cleanliness of the room was subpar - there was dust and dirt caked on the baseboards and the doors were dingy and hadn't been cleaned in a LONG time. The rug is old and is dark so it made it look dated. The decor was cute and helped with the overall look but the cleaners don't have much time between people staying but they could take more care in making sure the toilets, tubs and walls are clean.
Overall we would stay there again, maybe we would upgrade to a room with a better balcony but not a deal breaker.

Property was clean, spacious, well-stocked with all the essentials and with a beautiful view. It was a perfect property for our family of five and the kids (and adults!) had a blast taking advantage of all the resort amenities. Highly recommend!

Some of the restraunt staff were rude. Bars close to early and we seen a roach thats gross. Parking was ridiculous. Kieth from the bar deserves a raise he was the best person there

Very nice large 3 bedroom condo on the 8th floor. View of beach was great from the large balcony with chairs , foot rests and table . Lots of closet space and drawers for clothes. Kitchen very well equipped with everything needed to cook. Had beach toys for small children in one of the closets that we didn’t need to use as we have teens, also had a beach umbrella . Another closet had a pack n play and high chair. Only real negative was the WiFi, the signal was very weak making it hard to catch up on a bit of work. Overall we had a great stay in this property and would definitely book it again.

It had rained and the kids wanted on their tablets and we couldn’t connect so we had to use our hotspots on our phones. Although, the majority of the time was at the water parks and beach. I would differently recommend this unit/owner and plan to stay there for our next family trip.

The activities at the Resort for kids are awesome and the staff goes out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. Working with Rufia (owner of the unit) was a great experience. The key code lock is great as you do not have to worry about using/losing key cards. Going forward, we will definitely be staying in unit 820.
