Situated in Big Bear, this lovely house for $115 per night is a great option for your next vacation. There are lots of average rentals available in this area, however with our unit you are renting a 'Home' not just a condo or townhouse. Please read our fabulous reviews below! Our 2 story, 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit is beautifully furnished & very well equipped. We supply you with Free High Speed Internet (100 Mbps), FREE unlimited Local & Nationwide as well as Long Distance calls to Canada & Mexico, along with our New Sony Blu-ray / Internet Audio Video unit! Warmly decorated with lots of accent lights, which gives you a 'Mountain Feeling'. 20-foot stone fireplace with enclosed, easy to operate gas insert with timer & blower, granite countertops, hotel quality carpeting & ‘black-out’ drapes. Our well-stocked kitchen is supplied with everything you could possibly need to make any kind of dinner. A gas grill is located on the deck outside. Serene setting. Nestled by the trees and adjacent to the National Forest and the NEWLY designed ‘Snow Summit Adventure Park' at Snow Summit Mountain Resort’! This mountain condo is located almost in Snow Summit's parking lot, just feet away from your front door. This means that in the Winter when you wake up and it snowed all night, you just pick up your skis, put on your boots and walk to the main lodge and spend the day skiing! No shoveling, no snow chains, or frustration needed. Just a day of fun and pleasure. In the Summer you walk to the Scenic Sky Chair or the Bike Park'. You can also take one of the many hiking trails or numerous Mountain Biking Trails. Big Bear Lake is only about a 1/2 mile down the street - with the swim beach, boat rentals, or Lake Tours. Access into your mountain condo is level from the driveway to the front door. Much less chance of slipping and sliding. If you have to bring in groceries or luggage, you have approximately 50 feet to your front door. You are only 2.5 miles to the village with movie theaters, many restaurants, and lots of shopping.

The six of us were easily accommodated, with all the beds and two bathrooms. However, one of the key reasons to visit Big Bear Lake is the skiing. The location for this rental is absolutely key. One of us dropped everybody off then parked the car back at this unit and within 5 minutes we all met up to go skiing. We heard lots of other people (who used the parking shuttles) complaining that it took them over an hour to get to the summit. For us, arriving early to the summit, we were able to take advantage of the lifts with wait times mostly less than 30 seconds. The arrival time of those taking the shuttle also matched when the lift times started getting longer. Who wants to wait 30 minutes for a lift? Also, if you are going up to the mountains to ski, do not bother coming for only 1 day. It is not worth it. Several friends decided to meet us up at Big Bear just for the day. The traffic was not good for them and the last 2 miles took them 1 hour of travel time. We had plenty of skiing in before they went up the lifts once. With regard to the townhome unit, we had one minor issue that we were able to quickly resolve over the phone. Excellent place and we will definitely stay here next time we are in Big Bear, providing someone else has not beat us to renting it 😊

Perfect location. Walk to slopes to just hang out or ski/snowboard. So easy can come back for lunch. No need to wake up early and hassle with parking and shuttles. Spacious for a two bedroom but cozy. The size was great because everyone was together!

We walked or took the free trolley to the village and other attractions. The unit is next to Snow Summit which has great hikes, the Sky chair, and is a trolley stop. Immediate response from the property manager. The unit is clean and quiet. And well stocked with cleaning supplies and every kitchen appliance, including blender, juicer, and coffee grinder.

The property is exactly as described. The master has an open loft. I love that there are two bathrooms. It was older, but very clean!!! You cannot beat the location. I walked back and forth from the condo to Snow Summit within five minutes for food, little breaks etc. It was so nice to have breakfast and lunch at the condo, then we had dinners out. The neighbors we met were all very nice. Vicki was very communicative and nice via messaging. We did not have one problem. I seriously could not have asked for a better trip. Thank you so much. We can't wait to come back.

We stayed at this cozy condo just steps away from the Adventure Ski School. Super easy to check in and get unpacked. Nice parking close to the front door made unpacking easy. This condo has all you need. All the appliances work well. It is very quiet. It was very clean and a perfect size for a family of four with two little ones. Rooms were very clean and comfortable and the TVs all work with common apps installed and functional. On a scale from 1-10, I score it a 9 because there is always room for improvement. The only thing to improve is if it had a jacuzzi on the back porch! Great place and we will book again in the future.

Property was very cozy. Only issues were The ceiling rafters were dusty and the wall shared with the unit next door is not well insulated. Neighbors had a baby that woke us up from crying at 2am. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family. It is the perfect location located close to everything within the town

Had a rainy ski week so spent more time in the condo than usual. Very nice decor and amenities, close to mountain (walking distance) and a five minute drive from the main shopping / restaurant area. Easy check in and out.

We planned a last minute getaway to Big Bear with our kiddos to see the snow and snowboard. When I booked it I had no clue just how close we were to Snow Summit. The location was amazing and the condo was just perfect. It had everything we needed and more! We cooked in, played games, watched movies and in the mornings, walked (yes walked) over to the base of the mountain and snowboarded all day! We have all decided this is where we want to vacation from now on! Vicki was wonderful to work with and so helpful and kind. If I had a question, Vicki would get back to me immediately and Lori, who helps with the property was fantastic! Thank you for making our short family getaway so special! Wish we could have stayed longer, but know we will be back!

We could walk (even ski one way) to lifts which was key. Comfy and clean. There is no dryer so if you’re going on a wet ski day make sure to bring extra clothes in case don’t have time to dry them. But great location for skiers.

Vicki was a great communicator and the condo was just as cozy as described. The location was awesome, just a stones throw from Snow Summit. Checking in for the parking pass was easy and parking was close to the unit. The kitchen had everything you needed to make meals and the unit had a great gas fireplace that kept us warm. Few things to note; both bathrooms are on the upper floor and one night the snow maker for Snow Summit was humming loud enough to hear throughout the unit but it wasn’t anything that affected anyone’s sleep.

Such a great location and property for fun in Big Bear! We'd never been before and wanted to try mountain biking, the location was perfect and the property was great for our family. The kids loved all the bear decorations and the bunk beds/room. It was so well stocked for making food at the property and so cozy and relaxing. Location couldn't have been better, we were within a short walk to the bike rentals and lifts along with the downtown area. So great, we'll absolutely be back again!
