As you walk into the great room you will notice features like the beautiful vaulted wood ceiling, a natural stone wood burning fireplace, and plenty of seating for everyone to watch the flat screen TV with cable and Blu-Ray. This home offers an open floor plan so the kitchen is just off of the living area open for everyone to feel together in this mountain cabin. Enjoy a morning coffee, breakfast or a game of cards at the dining table, which has bench seating and is right off the kitchen. There is ample counter space for cooking and serving including a small butcher block rolling island cart. The kitchen includes a gas range, microwave, dishwasher and coffee pot. Right off of the kitchen is a door that will take you to the back deck so you can soak in the sunshine and the view of the Bear Mountain slopes while listening only to the birds, chipmunks and windchimes! You will find a table with an umbrella and seating for 4, and also have a propane barbecue to grill up a delicious meal for your loved ones while you're among the trees. Off of the living room you will find the bedrooms and a hallway closet laundry area. The first bedroom offers a Queen bed with cozy cabin decor, a closet to store your belongings and last but not least a window with VIEWS OF BEAR MOUNTAIN! Bedroom #2 also has a Queen bed with cabin decor and window views of Bear mountain through the trees! The Master Bedroom in Evergreen Escape will have a King Bed with cozy decor, a TV in the wardrobe closet and a window offering privacy/ rock landscaping views because of the house sitting down and off of the road. The attached bathroom will have a shower/tub combo and single sink vanity but a perfect area to call your own in the master bedroom of Evergreen Escape. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign. No amplified music 24/7 Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Head inside at 10:00 p.m. Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. Take trash to dumpster locations Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations: 41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd. Fines The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation. Eviction Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.

Location was amazing, breathtaking views. Cabin has well equipped with all the essential. Games and movies for the kids and helpful cooking tips for the adults. Cozy and quiet area.

Our family had a wonderful time at the cabin in January of 2024! The kitchen was fully stocked for everything could possibly need and though it was snowy and cold outside we were super cozy with the heater and tons of fuzzy blankets! Located partway up the mountain we had beautiful views off the backside of the house and also thoroughly enjoyed the board/card games and other entertainment options!

Nice, clean inside and comfortable for the family. The yard was littered with paint cans, tarps and trash and this gave me an uneasy feeling about the overall cleanliness (Poor first impression). Once inside it was new, clean and comfortable. Everything was nice, we could have used more bath towels. We enjoyed our stay.

A short weekend for a quick getaway, destination Big Bear. Check in process was relatively smooth. They didn’t check to see if our propane tank was full so we had to make two separate trips. No A/C in the home, but there was a fan. We left the windows open and right at 10 PM a psychotic neighbor came and told us to shut the party down. It was 6 of us. 2 watching TV and 4 playing a board game. He continued to harass us, flashing lights at the property and triggering two of us (past military service). They responded immediately with a property manager who came to help us out, very nice guy.

It's a really nice cabin tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. The cabin has everything you need including a fully-loaded kitchen and even some games and toys for the kids. Only complaint was a strong mold smell in the master bedroom. Overall a nice getaway.

Very nice cabin with lots of space and utilities. Had kid games, all the pots and pans, etc. one thing I would wish they had was more pillows/blankets and a roll away bed - the couches are not the best to sleep on.
