This was a last minute trip, so we went in to speak to the person at the desk. He was on his phone and didn’t even realize we were standing at the desk. Once he decided to help us, he informed us there was a $12 parking fee. This is absolutely ridiculous. He proceeded to let us know that the room rate was lower, so they are charging for parking…in a lot they own!
Came back in after talking to my party and decided to stay anyway b/c it was getting late. It was on his phone yet again and I stood there for 2 full minutes before he even noticed I was back.
The parking fee and the service at the desk were ridiculous! The rest of the hotel was good.

I requested a room with a shower wand, but do not get one. Room was clean but their were ants in the bathroom. Good breakfast but only had skim milk, not sure why. Bed was somewhat uncomfortable but not the worst. Overall okay, but won’t stay their again.

The hotel was comfortable and clean. Unfortunately the people above us sounded like they were jumping around and very loud, at 4:30 in the morning. The parking spots are very tight. Other than that, the hotel was a good place.

Disappointed in the noise in and around the hotel. Could hear every person around the room and above. Very noisy. Very disappointed. Did not get a good night sleep.
Hotel is away from commercial sites and they charge for parking. Not sure why parking fees are not made aware until you check in.

Quiet area. Plenty of parking. Dining/shopping options nearby. Rooms have ample space. Stayed here before and pleased with stay.

The staff was so helpful and amazing during a very busy time with all of the snow and hotels full. The night I arrived I was given keys to my room and Opening the door discovered that the room was still uncleaned. It was late I was tired.
I Went back down to the front desk and waited for a while until they could find a clean room. other than that, the staff was kind and helpful. I would not stay on the third floor again. As the people above, me sounded as if they were having a football game.

We enjoyed our stay at Hampton Inn. Our only complaint is that it took two extra hours to get our rooms. Area was impacted by a snow/ ice storm.

My room wasn't cleaned for the 2 days/3 nights I was there. They also charged me for my stay despite the fact that I had paid on full and then told me that Expedia would have to rectify the situation. Do not recommend.

Parking wasn't free, odd for the area. Room was cleaner then most hotel rooms but the pillows were a bit smelly and the mattress was rock hard.

I was told to pay $50 deposit when I checked in, in case I needed candy from the snack shop in the middle of the night, and also to pay for parking because I drive a car. None of this was found on the Expedia website or the Hampton inn website. I have a disabled parking permit but felt well enough to park off-site and walk to the hotel. I decided not to stay a second night at this hotel. Everything else was good however.

This is a very nice and pleasent hotel. Most of the employees we met were kind and courteous. We made the trip from Seattle to Hillsboro because of a family emergency at the Hillsboro Medical Center and needed to book a room right away. I missed the fact that there is a $12 night parking fee and we had 2 cars due to this emergency so paid an additional $24. This is disclosed on the website but because of my anxiety and caring for my family, I missed reading it. I've rented many hotel rooms in my 68 years and this is the first time I have had to pay a parking fee. It was a major conversation with other couples that I spoke to on the elevator and dining room. What really burns me is that I could have parked on the road for free just outside of the hotel along with the truck and RV trailer did along with a couple of other cars and reception never told me this. I did not leave a tip for the cleaning staff as I think Hampton can pay them from the excessive $24 parking fee. I'm very disappointed in Hampton. The next night we parked for free at a competitor that was as comfortable as Hampton and a few dollars less.
