Nestled in Mill Valley, this charming house for $251 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Our home is in an ideal location in beautiful Mill Valley which provides guests with the “best of both worlds”! You will have convenient walkable access to downtown Mill Valley as well as staying nearby a gorgeous natural environment filled with redwood groves, creeks, waterfalls, and hiking trails. The Golden Gate Bridge is 6.8 mi drive from our home. The adjacent neighborhoods of San Francisco including the Marina District, Pacific Heights, NOPA, and Richmond District are easily accessible. Visitors to our community also enjoy Mt. Tam State Park, Muir Woods, and Stinson Beach for nature hikes and ocean viewing. From the home, it is a leisurely 5-minute stroll to downtown Mill Valley where guests can dine at many delicious restaurants, grab groceries from the independently owned Mill Valley Market, or enjoy live music at the Sweetwater Music Hall. The home is also a 3-minute walk from Old Mill Park Redwood Grove, the famed Dipsea Hiking Trail, and a beautiful walk-through Redwood Groves to Cascade Falls. The home is newly renovated and decorated with Modern stylish elements. Updated amenities include: Sony 75” 4 HDTV + Roku, Comcast Xfinity High Speed Internet with an added G00gle Mesh Network, coffee maker, and french door opening to an outdoor furnished patio with sun exposure and views of the redwoods. Jessie was on top of communicating with us in advance for a smooth check-in. The short walk into the middle of the charming downtown was easy. I definitely want to return when I have more time to enjoy this VRBO and to explore the area more! I need to add that I left a personal item behind and Jessie’s family quickly located my item and returned it to me which was above and beyond for my mistake :). Lovely spot and lovely family.

We had a wonderful vacation in Jessie's downstairs apartment. Everything was pristine and wonderfully organized. Jessie included many thoughtful touches and snacks that were much appreciated! We loved the location as we could walk to the park and the beautiful cascade trails as well as into town for coffee and restaurants. Just note that because it's a downstairs unit you will hear a little noise now and then - nothing disturbing and it was completely quiet and peaceful at night. We also loved the outdoor space - perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. Highly recommended!

This location was perfect for our stay. There was plenty of room for the 4 of us, the kitchen was well stocked, and the beds and couch were very comfortable. Jessie had thought of everything. The night we got in it was late and we were tired but the kids were hungry. A box of Mac n cheese was left on the counter for us to use. The kids were thrilled. Mill Valley is the perfect location for a Northern California vacation. It has cute shops, yummy restaurants and just the nicest people. I would highly recommend this property.

This home was wonderfully appointed for our needs. The host, Jessie is delightful (as is her daughter). Great home base for us to visit the sites: Muir Woods, Sausalito and 2 days in San Fran. We rented a car so we drove over the Golden Gate several times. City parking & getting around SF is a little harder but having a safe and quiet nightly retreat was wonderful. I recommend this location highly!

Very well-equipped unit (espresso machine with frother!) that was accessible for one of our group with a walker. Contains all amenities including cooking staples, and two bedrooms are comfortable and large. With good weather, backyard is a perfect area to relax and enjoy the Mill Valley vibe. Shops, trails and restaurants are just yards away. Jessie is immediately responsive and helpful with any needs.

We loved staying at Jessie’s home in Mill Valley. The location is ideal, right in downtown with multiple trails just steps away. We had all that Mill Valley had to offer at the tip of our fingers. We felt very much at home and we loved the thoughtful decor and the cleanliness of this space. Jessie is a warm, friendly and wonderful host. She made us feel so welcome and attended to. We feel so fortunate to have been able to stay in such an amazing place.

My family and I were traveling with our 4mo old for the first time and Jessie made our stay so easy for our little one! She quickly replied to our questions and ensured our stay would be smooth. We were walking distance to downtown Mill Valley and Old Mill Park. We hiked the Dipsea Trail everyday. I highly recommend this rental and will definitely be coming back. Thank you, Jessie!

Such an incredible spot in the perfect location. We used to live in Mill Valley and were looking for a spot to stay for 4 nights. It is truly an unbeatable location and the place has everything you could ask for. Dishwasher, full kitchen, laundry, a wonderful outdoor area, high chair, pack n play, and an adorable playhouse that our daughter couldn’t get enough of. The owners live above and we’re lovely. We can’t wait to come back for our visit next year!

Where else can you walk a few blocks to downtown to get groceries and check out local restaurants, but then walk a few blocks the other direction to a park and trails, including the set of staircases up the hill to the Dipsea Trailhead?! My husband ran the trail all the way to Muir Woods and back! What a treat. In addition, our host was very pleasant and accommodating. We had a wonderful stay.

What an amazing place!!

My spouse and I stayed on a trip to the Bay area. This place has it all, Fully stocked home. The pictures are SO Accurate. Great place to unwind and relax, in a very nice quiet neighborhood where you can walk to shop & dine. Close to SF if you want to cross GG Bridge but we did not want to leave as the place was so pleasant and quiet. Home is close to walking trails and Muir Woods. You do not need to get in your car to go for a hike or walk in the "woods" Jessie communicated so well, check in was seamless. Hoping we can stay again in the fall!

This rental property was perfect in every way —located walking distance to everything you need in Mill Valley and right across the street from the redwoods —This property was clean, updated, with beautiful decor—coffee, tea, snacks, and drinks provided! Jessie also gave us helpful suggestions on where to eat, hike, places to visit, etc. She was friendly and accommodating. I give this property a 10 out of 10!
