convenient and helpful staff for our short stay

it was very convenient o where we celebrated New Year’s Eve. staff was helpful and fixed a problem Booking had created.

Booking had sent us an email saying we needed to upgrade for a private bathroom. staff at the hotel had no clue why Booking did that. They quickly gave us a credit for Booking’s odd mistake.

Clean, cost effective and quick easy access to San Francisco

Checking in lady was a bit grumpy, but all other staff were friendly and helpful.

Not much

Inside bathroom sink and shower in need of badly needed repair. Sink facet loose and not very clean sink. Shower water didn't go down. it seemed it was clauged. Debris from repairs was left outside in multiple areas of the hotel. Trash bins full of trash outside the hotel. We had to leave our trash inside our room instead. Not enough trash cans.

Jeff is EXCELLENT at front desk….best customer service agent around!! Staff is good….rooms clean….great Indian restaurant on site! Very accommodating hotel w/any requests I had:):)

Very good

Room was clean. The beds were comfortable. The hot water was instantaneous. The view was beautiful.

We had to try to figure out how to use the cable TV. It took a good 15 minutes before we could get it to work. It should have been set up so that when you press 'ON', you're presented with the channel listing

Do not recommend nor will ever book again

I had a place to stay, my note here is you get WAY LESS than you paid for. Would have been better off camping.

So many things: EXTREMELY FILTHY Carpets, LAMPS FALLING APART, Sockets which PLUGS fall out of, TOO much LIGHT entering room, Horrid smell of BURNT COFFEE in the morning. Continental breakfast was packaged muffins and cinnamon rolls. No juice, milk, or other options, Coffee only.

Right next to beautiful marshland

The carpeting was a tad dirty/uncomfortable to walk on and one of the pillows was falling apart into pieces inside the casing.

Perfect one night lodging to break up a long road trip.

Very late check-in was accommodated cheerfully. Safe parking, quite (considering the location)

Breakfast was basic at best. This is fine at the price point

The front desk wasn’t pleased to see us, she didn’t even say hello. It was my first experience with such attitude

the room was clean and in a good condition. the mattress was very comfortable and I slept well

The only thing about the room, I stayed at the first floor and there was a strong and cold wind from below

I checked out because the wifi didn't work and the room was uncomfortable.

The wifi did not work, which made it impossible for me to stay there. While the room was clean on the surface, the condition of the room was uncomfortable. There were stains on the walls that looked like vomit or blood and I felt uncomfortable to stay there. Ultimately, I checked out within an hour and booked another hotel room for the night.

it was good value for money and location was really good. no frills!

it could be a little cleaner, carpets didn’t feel like it’s been deep cleaned for ages and there was still a spoon from the previous occupant on the floor

Run down old motel.

Run down old motel. Tiny room with Refrig... WIFI only worked intermittently - 5 on/10 off... frustrating

Excellent stay. Room clean. Loved having coffee there every morning. View was nice

All went well, everyone very friendly & helpful. Location was excellent. We were there for wedding and it was 10 minutes away.

Could of used elevator. Stairs little hard on my husband.

Did not see any breakfast.

My room had a loud noise like a washing machine with tennis shoes thumping for hours. I called twice and the front desk thought it was the loud fan from restaurant under my room It was cold with no blanket, I called front desk and they said there were no extra blankets.

The location is great, the price is great for what you get. If you don't include breakfast, which I recommend you not, you can go to Strawberry Village and get great bagels at NY Bagels. If you're looking for a 1-2 night stay, this is a good place.

I didn't like the fact that I couldn't pay in cash cuz they usually don't accept it.
