Awesome place to stay and enjoy the day!

Lots of fun activities and onsite restaurant! The little store where you could get custom coffee. Loved the arcade and the customer service was superb!

Enjoyed my stay hanging on the Mountain View balcony!

It was a beautiful property, rooms were spacious and clean. Lots to do on the property. All the food was great, especially the breakfast! Pool, hot tub were nice! I didn’t use the lazy river but it looked nice. Staff were so friendly! We will be going back next year!

A wonderful cozy, clean, and fun stay- the kids had a blast. Wish we were staying there longer!

Staff was exceptionally friendly/accommodating, facility was beautiful. Far exceeded our expectations! The value was excellent.

Our stay was great

It was absolutely beautiful, clean and had so much.

We had dinner one night there and it took super long to get our food and once we got it it really was not very good at all. And it cost us $150 for 4 people to have dinner that was not very good.

Nothing really

The room was not that clean, hairs in the shower and on the floor in the bathroom area. The water in the shower wouldn’t even get hot, it was barely warm. There were even black hairs on the sheets. I expected a better stay since it was affiliated with margaritaville. I’ve stayed at the one in Gatlinburg twice and never any issues

Best hotel in years!!

Everything about this hotel was exceptional. I LOVED this place more than any hotel I've stayed at in years. It was elegant but not pretentious; sparkly clean but still inviting; fancy while still feeling very comfortable. We all loved it so much and THE STAFF were WONDERFUL! ABOVE AND BEYOND! we will be coming back!!!!

Great stay!

It was super clean, everyone who worked there was so friendly and the food was delicious!

There's nothing to dislike! Except the dog crying above us when his people would leave. It was LOUD.

Very easy relaxing stay.

How it had so much to do for the kids right there at the hotel. Didn’t have to leave hotel for anything. You have breakfast, lunch and dinner there with a bar also. Even had one night there where kids could go and do marshmallows by a fire. Staff where all very nice n helpful.

Our last night there we had couple come in with their dogs. One of them barked a lot and the walls wasn’t every sound proof. Could here anyone’s tv’s or just ever talking. So was like the dog was in our room just barking away.

Wonderful stay in paradise!

We booked a room at Margaritaville at the last minute when there was an issue at the cabin we were staying in. It was incredibly clean, the staff was AMAZING, and so much to do right in the resort. I highly recommend this wonderful lodge!

It was exceptional in all areas. No complaints at all!

Great place to stay while on vacation.

Location was great. Close to attractions we were interested in. The property was great. Clean and comfortable. Nice that we could get foid/snacks when we wanted. Even in the off season.

Relaxing. Family. Clean. Fun.

This location has become our home away from home for our entire family, including our pup! The atmosphere is very family oriented, relaxing and set just far enough away from the town to where you feel like you're away from the busy sights and sounds, but close enough to everything too. We've already booked our next trip!

Affordable Family Fun!

This place was amazing! We booked last minute as a spontaneous weekend trip and our three year old and two year old had a blast, along with my husband and I. The rooms were super affordable since it's Winter, but the pool outside is open and heated and there's so much kid friendly stuff to do at the hotel! Also, the rooms were clean, comfortable, and super soundproofed. Each employee I encountered was so friendly, even the housekeepers. I can't wait to go back!!

The Breakfast buffet was way too expensive for the quality of food, but it was convenient being in the hotel.

overall it was a good stay despite a few rude staff members

the life guard Justin and the front desk clerk Steven were by far the most amazing two staff members you have. They were amazing with my boys and my family. very accommodating!!

the bar (the man that was working) and store staff (older short lady) were the most rude individuals we have encountered in a long time.

Loved wasting away at Margaritaville

Everything it was a beautiful place and the atmosphere was so relaxed. Loved the music and the outdoor and beautiful indoor fireplaces The breakfast buffet was so good for the price and staff was beyond great 👍
