The rooms were clean, the coffee downstairs was great. Cleaning service was on top of everything, extra towels, cleanlin

I liked the quiet setting of the facility. The pools were great for a family with kids.

I was very disappointed that the hot tub (jacuzzi) was going from the pool area. As a parent that has multiple kids and was looking forward to relaxing in the jacuzzi while my kids play. I was disappointed.

Not the best hotel, but ok for a short impromptu trip.

There were 2 pools with slides that my son enjoyed. The room was no frills. Nothing on walls and beds were basic. It was a great place for a quick trip.

It was loud at 3 am still. TV remote didn’t work. No breakfast, pool not warmed and despite the chlorine used, still didn’t look clean. I feel I paid a little too much for the room considering the quality of the room.

I would stay again.

It was clean,one bed was really uncomfortable,good bathroom,water pressure was spotty,needed a table and chairs in room for sitting,elevator filthy,tile around pool had dirty grout,pool was nice,some of the young adults were running down the slide,pool was clean,plenty of parking,It was somewhat overpriced but overall it was pretty good and I will stay there again.

A little more attention to common areas,a table with chairs in room,attention to water pressure.

Never recommend this place

It was dirtiest missing furniture electricity went out in our room indoor pool had no heat grounds around property was dirty the room was unclean so unhappy

Worst stay at a hotel I've ever had and the cost was almost $400 for two nights for the disgusting stay.

We had an enjoyable weekend, will recommend to family and friends and will more than likely return.

The room was nice, clean and the beds were very comfortable.

Hotel is a little outdated and could use some touch ups and repairs. The indoor pool said heated but it was ice cold.

Not worth the money

Location was cool. Right on the strip in Pigeon Forge

The room wasn’t very clean. Our neighbor was smoking in their room and when telling staff, they had nothing to say about it and did nothing about it. Our entire room smelled like cigarettes and pot. We had our 5 year old and 1 year old with us. We weren’t expecting much but not even a switch of rooms. There were roaches in the room.

Attention to detail is lacking!

The location was convenient.

The room where the indoor pool was located was cold. There were questions and answers regarding a hot tub, the answers said it was by the indoor pool. The hot tub that has been located by the indoor pool has been filled in, but there was no mention of that. There were only about 10 chairs total in the pool area and no place else to put your stuff. There was no place to sit in the rooms. No table, chairs, a suitcase stool, or even a dresser to put your stuff in. You had to sit everything on the floor! Not clean at all. We had two rooms and one of the AC units was moldy. my grandkids had an asthma attack due to the mold in the room. I reported it to the front desk, and nothing was done. they didn’t even offer to change rooms. There was not enough parking for the amount of rooms. They don’t have parking tags so anyone could park in their parking lot. They do keep a record of your license plate number and your description of your vehicle, but they don’t use it to make sure that people are not parked there that aren’t staying there.

I don’t care to stay again!

There was a mild smell in the room i think it was the carpet. Also housekeeping enter room w/o notifying me about clean towels i didn’t like that.

Better lighting in the pool area at the top of the stairs. Also my family members suite had bugs! Both cockroaches and she was bitten when she sat in the recliner of rm#400😱

We booked these rooms with our friends for a weekend get away. I will be pickier next time.

The location was nice

There was about 2 inches of dust in the bathroom. The room smelled like wet dog. The rooms definitely could have had a more thorough cleaning. The pool room was so foggy it was hard to see. All they needed to do was turn the heat up a little more. The indoor pool was much colder than expected since it is winter and freezing outside.

Disappointment.

Location was good.

It hasn't been updated in years. Looked the same as it did over 15 years ago. Can tell repairs are patch work repairs. No care in the building upkeep is noticeable. This was the 2nd time staying there. Will be the last. Definitely not like the pictures shown on website. Bugs in room. If there are 1 or 2 there's sure to be more.

The location was great and the outside was beautiful

the room was dirty and so outdated and the cleaning lady came and started cleaning at 9am and didn’t even give us time to get out.

Not worth the price. Roaches and really only booked for the pool which didn’t stay open long enough.

Comfortably and great location.

There were two roaches crawling on the tv stand. The pool closed at 10 and opened at 10 which doesn’t accommodate late travelers wanting to relax or people wanting to swim before check out. I would consider extended hours.

We had a great stay and the staff was wonderful! We were disappointed that there was no longer a hot tub, though!

The HUGE room!! ❤️ Balcony. Jacuzzi Tub. 🥰

The Balcony door kept getting stuck and to close the bathroom door you had to really push on it or it wouldn't shut.

All in all it was good for us because we just used the room for sleeping.

There was still hair in the tub when we checked in and the cold water wasn’t working until our second day.

You get what you pay for but spend $5 more and stay in a hotel that isn't falling in.

Pool was fun but dirty. Staff was great.

Building is falling apart. Had to pay for a different hotel and stay somewhere else with no refund for the remainder of the unused stay because we booked through booking.com

Do not recommend!!

Absolutely nothing. We didn’t finish our stay.

Layed down for the night to be woken up bitten by bedbugs. I went to the front desk and was told they would give me my money back if we were out by 7am. Had to spend a lot of extra money at the laundry mat to ensure we don’t carry those things home with us. Along with roaches.

Spruce it up!

Hostess was nice, only good thing about the place.

Pool was so heavy in chlorine we couldnt use it. Our room smelled very musty. Spa tub didn't work.

Not staying here again

The best part of the lodge was the coffee maker in the lobby.

The shower head was low, so if your taller than 5'8" it makes it hard to take a decent shower. Whe I tried to adjust the shower had it and the faucet in the shower moved like they weren't bolted in the wall, anytime someone above us would flush they're toilet our toliet would flush causing us to wakeup throughout the night,

It was a very great stay I actually loved staying here. I will come back!

How even if we didn’t want to do something the kids had swimming and we can walk to things!

Horrifying

The only positive thing was the location and the girl at the front was extremely nice

Everything in our room was damp after only being there for about an hour. The ceiling was falling onto the beds from moisture. There was no phone cord on our phone so that we could ask the front desk any questions. Room service never came our entire visit the place smelled of mildew. There were crumbs all over the floor. The mold in the bathtub was slick. Chunks of paint falling off the wall. Stink bugs were all over the room.

I just wanted something cheap as i was only there long enough to sleep and leave.

Front desk clerk was very nice

Moldy shower and ceiling in bathroom, hole in shower wall, cracked paint, room wasn't clean still had last persons crusty toothpast on the sink, and it just smelled weird.

Just the location

Room was half the size indicated on the listing & the bed was very uncomfortable do to the fact that you could feel all the springs. We were just very disappointed in what we paid for.

Our whole family enjoyed our stay it was wonderful...

Our kids loved the two pools. It was close to alot of restaurants and everything we wanted to do wasn't that far. When we booked we didn't realize we was literally right next door to Top Jump and The Toy Box both things our kids wanted to go to. Will stay here again for sure.

If anything maybe the bathroom could have been cleaned a little better it wasn't awful but wasn't as clean as it could have been
