Nestled in Myrtle Beach, this attractive house for $518 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. This completely remodeled end unit condo located on the perfect 7th floor, in the A Stack Section, is one of the nicest units in the building and is possibly the most sought after unit within the Brigadune Complex. You can go to our website at BrigaduneCondominiumRentals.com for more information. The A Stack Section is the only Section that has full ocean views both North and South. All other Sections only have north ocean views, as the building sits on an angle to the ocean. For your Maximum Convenience, we have installed Wi-Fi Electronic Locks, thus no more having to stop and pickup or drop off keys. You will be given your own private code to come and go without ever carrying a key. Unlike most all other condo rentals, we have purchased all of our own high end linens and towels, thus no disappointing surprises you get from renting with the big rental agencies The Magnificent Upscale Brigadune Direct Oceanfront Condominium Complex is situated on a peninsula and overlooks the Atlantic Ocean providing for spectacular breath taking ocean and beach views. The Brigadune is located on the quiet and prestigious Shore Drive, between Myrtle and North Myrtle. Just South of the Kingston Plantation, North of Marriott's Grand Dunes and directly behind the famous Dunes Country Club. This fantastic high rise complex offers the ultimate in oceanfront vacationing with numerous amenities including an outdoor oceanfront pool (heated in Spring and Fall), picnic area, gas BBQ grills, elevators, secure lobby, 24 hour on-site security, beautifully landscaped grounds and covered on-site parking. Walk out the door and onto the soft white sand of the most beautiful wide clean beach on the Grand strand. Just a short walk on the beach is the famous Ocean Annie's an outdoor oceanfront beach bar and just beyond that is the Apache Pier, the longest pier on the East Coast. Miles of white sandy beaches in either direction makes for fantastic walking or jogging. The Brigadune is located on a secluded ocean front drive. The beach is not crowded like other areas of the Grand Strand. You are away from the hustle-and-bustle of downtown Myrtle, yet if you desire to go and enjoy the hundreds of other sights and sounds of this fantastic town they're just a short distance away. The famous 'Restaurant Row' is located just a mile away, along with the new Tanger Outlets right around the corner! Just a short drive to Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the Beach. Our spacious Direct Oceanfront Condo offering spectacular views of the beach and ocean, has 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths and sleeps 6-8. The master bedroom offers a king size bed, bedroom 2 also has a king size bed and bedroom 3 has two double beds. Amenities include: A large fully furnished kitchen with Granite counter tops, stainless look appliances including dish washer and microwave, bathrooms are all tiled and have Granite Vanity tops, both bathrooms offer walk in showers, both walk in showers feature grab bars for older bathers, comfortable over sized living room with plenty of seating, spacious dining room, central heat and A/C, full capacity washer and dryer in condo, breakfast bar, LED TV's in every room all featuring the Golf Channel and Spectrum Sports View Package and Entertainment View Package, Private Wi-Fi, large oceanfront balcony with plenty of seating, cozy high two top glass table by sliding glass doors for your morning coffee, best views both north and south on the beach. There are Hair Dryers in each bathroom and Alarm Clocks in each bedroom. If all this was not enough, you can enjoy gorgeous sunset views of the wildlife marsh and the premier Dunes Golf and Country Club (home of the Pro-Players Golf Tournament), from the entrance of the condo. Sales and Hospitality Tax will be added. Departure Cleaning and Linen fees will apply. CANCELLATION POLICY a) A ninety (90)day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than ninety (90) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty other than the Non-Refundable $100.00 Administrative Fee. b) Cancellations that are made within ninety (90) days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/security deposit. We had 3 families staying at Brigadune for the week. Our unit was wonderful. Just as described and it worked well as a gathering room for our other family members. One of the nicest units we have stayed at Brigadune over the last 20 years. Terry is a great host and very responsive to texts. He even was able to help with an additional room when my sons’s room had air conditioning issues upon check in. I will definitely rent from Terry again and as always this building is the perfect location.

Love the area, stayed add Brigadune last year also. Only thing I didn’t like this year, the carpet was really nasty in the bedrooms, not just from wear. They really needed cleaning before it’s rented out.

Terry St. Clair was very accommodating! He has other properties in the building, which I am sure are up to high standards. Excellent layout, furnishings to accommodate our family. Love the heated pool and ease of access to the beach.

Brigadune is a great building. Owners are friendly and helpful to us transients. Condo was clean, comfortable and spacious. I would definitely rent from Terry again.

We traveled with our adult children and one fiancée’. Everyone had their own space so we weren’t on top of each other. The location was great! We have stayed in this area before, and it’s close to everything and just steps from the beach!

We just stayed at this property for a family vacation. We were so happy here! The location is right on the beach, and the balcony has a wonderful view of the ocean. Everything was clean, and we had everything we needed (and then a few things we forgot about!) We definitely plan to stay here again!

My husband and I were both very pleased with our stay at Brigadune 7A. The condo was clean, the kitchen was well equipped, and the rooms were perfectly arranged for our guests. This was a last minute stay for us, but check in was quick and easy and our week was wonderful!

Beautiful Condo
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Myrtle Beach. The condo is very upscale, spotlessly clean, and nicely located. The only beef we had was with the check-in process. The keys to the condo were left at the Brigadune front office. Check-in time was at 3:00 PM on Saturday and we arrived at 3:15 PM. Unfortunately, there was nobody in the front office and they did not respond to attempted contacts via the provided call box or by phone. The Brigadune office person on duty finally showed up a bit after 4:00 PM to give us our keys. After that initial glitch, it was smooth sailing for the rest of the week. You can't go wrong with booking this beautiful condo for your vacation.

The unit was clean and beautifully decorated. More than enough room for a family of four. So glad we decided to stay on the north end of the beach. Very family friendly.

Wonderful family vacation
We loved staying in 7A! It was a beautiful unit and the owner was very easy to work with. Things we especially enjoyed were the well equipped kitchen, the comfortable furniture, the washer/dryer and the spaciousness of the unit. There were plenty of towels and the unit was very clean. We also rented 10F from the same owner and it was equally nice.

Great week at the beach!
Unit 7A at the Brigadune was perfect! The unit had absolutely everything we needed and more. The kitchen was well equipped with all cooking and eating utensils, dishwasher pods and dish soap. There were an over abundance of towels for our family of six. The unit is very well maintained and clean. Terry is very organized and makes sure you have everything you need for your arrival and stay in his unit. The grounds at the Brigadune are well maintained, the pool is clean and staff are friendly. We’ve been coming to Myrtle Beach for over 25 years and this is by far the best place we’ve stayed both the unit and location on the beach. I look forward to coming back!!!

Two little things we noticed was the ice and water tasted funny which also affected the glasses and dishes and we didn’t feel like the dishwasher did a very good job but we washed mostly by hand!! I hate to even mention these things but thought you would like the feedback!!! We would DEFINITELY like to book with you again!!!!

Great beachfront Condo!
We have stayed at The Brigadune for many years but this was the first time in this unit. It is beautifully renovated, nicely maintained and well equipped. You can't go wrong staying in this unit. The Owners are very responsive and nice to deal with. I highly recommend Unit 7A.

We have stayed in Brigadune unit 7A previously and keep going back.... it's beautiful. Plenty of space for everyone and well decorated and equipped. The unit was very clean. There's a big balcony with plenty of seating. We booked again for next year!

Beautifully maintained condo with every comfort in a wonderful building. The owners of this unit are terrific people and we enjoyed our winter here. Cannot beat morning coffee on the balcony watching the dolphins swim by just a few feet away!

Great views with easy beach access - lovely unit
This was our third year at this unit. It's nicely decorated and includes upgraded finishes which were installed within the past few years. The unit also includes a washer and dryer which is extremely helpful for a beach vacation. We loved the linens this year. Owner was very responsive and helpful.
Just down the elevator and out the doors is the pool and beach. Doesn't get easier than that....
