Nestled in Myrtle Beach, this attractive condo for $621 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Sitting on a oversized balcony, overlooking beach and ocean, & listening to waves crashing is priceless! Anytime of the year. Golfers, now is the time for you! Girls getaway! Or just those of you looking for R&R with the sounds & views of the ocean. This is not your typical hotel-style stay. This is home away from home. Wake up to the therapeutic sounds and amazing views of the ocean & sunsets. Take walks along the beach, sunbathe or read a book on the beach and escape the chaos! South Carolina is known for it’s mecca golf courses, over 90 just in our area. Charleston is a wonderful daytrip. Shoppers, we have two Tanger Outlets right in our town. Some of our favorites places are: The Marsh Walk, Pawleys Island, Market Commons, Broadway on the Beach, Barefoot Landing, Top Golf, the Carolina Opry Theatre, Little River, Botonical Gardens…. and so much more. I encourage you to look these up for additional information Relax on the rocking chairs on the large oceanfront balcony and listen to the gentle Atlantic waves. Play on the beach, enjoy the outdoor Hot tub, or mellow in your private Jacuzzi Tub . Take a swim in the heated indoor pool or lazy river. Sunbathe by the outdoor pool or take a long stroll down the beach. Inside, simply watch a movie on the 75" smart TV (one of 7 flat panels TV's) in the condo. We strive to keep our condo updated, maintained, & CLEAN. It is our second home that is well cared for which we take alot of pride in. When considering which condo or building to rent, keep in mind that they are not all alike. “You WILL get what you pay for!” Watch out For property management fees that are enormous! Those fees are not factored into nightly rates. Typically, those properties are not kept up like ours. We truly want to welcome you to Ocean Blue, truly one of the nicest oceanfront condos available in Myrtle Beach. This 5 bedroom 4 bath luxury condo is one of only 36 luxury units in the Resort and is located on South Ocean Blvd. This complex is a unique, upscale oceanfront resort that maintains a very private and exclusive feel but is close to everything Myrtle Beach has to offer. The 2800 square foot residence features all of the luxuries you could possibly expect. The kitchen opens to the spacious dining room and great room, all with amazing views of the Grand Strand Beach and Atlantic Ocean. The kitchen has granite counter tops and is equipped with a double oven, 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, stove top, built-in microwave and all the necessities for cooking up anything. The condo also features a separate media room where you can enjoy a movie or a game without disrupting the activities in the main living area. Our unit is all on one level and provides easy access for all age groups. We have not had any problems accommodating wheelchair guests. The common bathroom has a 3-inch step-in shower stall & bench. Attached covered parking, private indoor and outdoor pools, and a jacuzzi tub in one of the 4 bathrooms are just some of the amenities you will find. Our Condo is perfect for large or small family groups and Golfers. We welcome guests to check out oceanfront living in the winter months for great rates. Winter rates are available anytime from December through March. Please call us for more information and updated rates. Our condo rents for $1400-$5000 per week, depending on the season. If you break that down into the number of people we can host, it's very reasonable. It's especially great for those who need many separate sleeping rooms. You are NOT going to find this set up in an hotel chain. We really love this place, and I hope you will too. Our names are Franca & Carl and we are proud owners of our condo. The condo was a wonderful fit for our family. It's a condo, but it's very spacious and has a fantastic layout. We loved the oceanside balcony, the pools, and the convenience of the location. Highly recommend this very well-kept condo for a family vacation! Additionally, Franca was very responsive any time we had any concerns (we had one small issue and she got it resolved very quickly!).

We enjoyed our stay. Kitchen has everything you could possibly ask for (other than potentially a hand mixer and a coffee grinder, but hey, those just would have been over the top!) and the 2 refrigerators with ice makes and 2 dishwashers were a bonus, as were the 2 regular coffee pots, and a Keurig. We spent many hours rocking on the porch. There were folks to rent you nice wooden chairs and umbrellas right out front on the beach, and by renting for the week they set us up with a front row nice spot each morning. The pool and lazy river was a nice alternative to the ocean some times. Comfy beds, with nice quality towels and linens. But wish we had brought our own dishtowels, as only 1 was provided. (We are big cookers.).

Condo was perfect size for our group and the deck had furniture enough as well. The closet with chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, and sand castle gear was a hit with the Children. Only negative, the condo wasn’t as clean as it should have been.

This property is the perfect location with fantastic views of the Atlantic. We enjoyed not having to plan our day as going back and forth from the beach to the pool was super easy. The outdoor pool is small, but there’s also an indoor pool and lazy river. The parking is tight. Just FYI.. if you have a handicap placard, you can park on the street for free. Fully equipped kitchen (loved the two fridges), comfortable beds, and large seating area. The balcony was large and the rocking chairs were a huge plus!

The condo was spacious and right on the beach easy to get in and out. The grandchildren loved the beach outside pool and inside pool and lazy river. Very layed back and enjoyable week. We will be back.

Location was great! Property was clean except for finding a few large dead bugs. Master bathroom shower didn’t have hot water and one guest bedroom tv didn’t work. But the condo was very well stocked with everything needed for a good beach vacation. The kitchen was great and had everything needed. The place was bright and open and pleasant decor. Furniture was comfortable. The pools and hot tub were good. And we loved the balcony with the rocking chairs overlooking the beach!

We had an amazing week at Myrtle! This was our first time. We typically go to OBX but was too late in booking.
The place was VERY clean when we arrived and Franca was fantastic with communication! The condo was spacious and the kitchen was fully stocked with pretty much ANYTHING you need!
The location was perfect!! There is not a shortage of things to do, places to eat, or stores to shop at!
The only thing to point out is that the parking is a bit tight. (Not the renters fault and we drove a van, so big trucks might find it tough.) But it was nice to see the bumpers on the wall to try and prevent car damage. It was the only parking space I saw with them, so thanks Franca for that!
It was again, an amazing week and would love to rent from them again!

The floor plan was perfect with our 3 kids and 4 families. The view was amazing and pools were good. We were there for the beach though. Franca had beach chairs and sand toys that we used. We ended up parking 2 of our 4 vehicles in the adjacent lot for a nominal fee. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed to cook for our large group. Definitely a great condo for small or large groups.

Family Vacation
This is a beautiful property, well-suited to our big family of all ages. Very comfortable with lots of room to spread out. Kitchen has all small appliances (toaster, crockpot, blender, 2 regular coffee pots and a Keurig) in addition to double ovens, 2 refrigerators, and 2 dishwashers. Very helpful as we did a lot of cooking the week we were there. Washer and dryer worked great and was so convenient. Closet filled with beach stuff: sand toys, a boogie board, 4 chairs (1 was broken), and umbrellas. We only used some of the chairs as we had brought our own stuff so can’t really speak to the condition of the umbrellas, but everything looked mostly in great shape! The overall condition of the condo was excellent, very beautiful. The bedrooms were all very comfortable. I would just mention the two rooms with bunk beds/daybed seemed much smaller than the pics showed. I mention this not as a complaint, but just for information purposes. We had planned to put a pack-n-play in one of those rooms and there was really no room to do so and be able to get in and out of the room easily.
We loved that the beach was never overly crowded, despite being there during peak season. I think this is because this resort has a smaller number of units compared to the high rises and also that one hotel 2 doors down had been demolished.
The on-site staff were great to work with and very helpful. We had a maintenance issue (no fault of the owner) that we had to let workers in for and kind of deal with for a couple days. I do think communication could have been a little better over this, as we didn’t really know what to expect, repair-wise, from day to day.
We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing condo! Can't say enough about how well maintained and clean. Tons of space, love the large porch with rocking chairs and dining table. We have never stayed anywhere with such a wonderful kitchen - absolutely everything you need. My grandson loved the closet full of beach toys and we appreciated the beach chairs. Had a few minor problems but Franca was quick to take care of having them solved. building staff was top notch - we felt very safe and taken care of. Thank you for helping us to have an amazing time!

This condo is exactly as shown in the pictures! Very clean and great amenities. We had everything we needed and more. On site staff were helpful and kept common areas clean. The location is central to all Myrtle Beach has to offer. We would definitely stay here again! The only difficulty was the parking which has very small, tight spaces which are difficult to navigate.
