Close to some of the best dining and shopping options at Market Common and only 3 miles to must-see Boardwalk and Skywheel. This property is recently upgraded with new flooring and paint. Visitors return year after year to enjoy this spacious condo and relax on the large balcony looking over the ocean! Ocean Blue does not allow motorcycles, trailers, or golf carts. They will also not allow roof racks or cargo carriers on top of ANY vehicles. The parking garage clearance is 7FT. We make every effort to have your property available at 4 PM on your arrival day, but circumstances occur where check in time may be later. We cannot guarantee a 4 PM check in time. No Pets No Smoking in unit or on any of the property. There is a $500.00 deep cleaning fee for any unit that is smoked in. No groups under age of 25 No House Parties No Motorcycles No Trailers No Golf Carts When making a reservation, you must be 25 to rent with us. We do not rent to locals. All guests must sign an Affordable Large Properties rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Drivers License to Affordable Large Properties. Also, the renter must be 25 years of age or older. Affordable Large Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.

The condo was beautiful and a perfect size! The balcony is huge and overlooked the beach and pool. Parking is tight if you have a large vehicle but overall I would highly recommend it!!

Enjoyed my stay while renting this condo in Myrtle Beach. Beautiful property on the beach and very accommodating for a group people of different ages. If needed I would rent again.

Day one unit was freezing. Promptly fixed. Problems: 1st lamp knob broken in master; dishwasher closest to window never worked/smells; blood on mattress cover under sheet; behind bath door orange object; pacifier under small chair in LR;;no kettle; my allergies and breathing and severe coughing were bad might be due to poor cleaning. Needs major cleaning. I have traveled world wide and never complained or had reason to complain. We have been in this building twice before with absolutely no problems. Also no notice of where to put bottles in trash room never had complaints from mgmt before.

We were able to check in at 4. We were using incorrect code, and management responded to my text immediately! This is great. There was an issue with bugs in the unit and maintenance was there in an hour. Great response. They seem to really care Note: 3 bedrooms need new mattresses. You feel box spring and/or springs. I think we will stay there again in the future.

Our family of 10 arrived for Spring Break last week. We immediately found out that our car top carriers could not fit in the parking garage. After a 9 1/2 hr. drive and being tired we were not happy that we were not told this ahead of time. The Condo building manager Scott was very helpful and found a place we could keep them for the week and went above and beyond to help us. Our Condo was spacious, clean and beautiful. It was close to everything. We enjoyed our trip very much and would definitely book it again!

My group of 8 had an incredible stay! Excellent location and beach access. The mattress for the bunkbeds are not comfortable but overall we had an amazing stay and I would highly recommend this condo!

We usually stay in an ocean front house in OBX but couldn’t find anything which brought us to Myrtle Beach. This condo was spacious and clean. The parking was a little tight but worth the location and proximity to so much! Beaches were clean, friendly and despite the rain this place had indoor pool lazy river and hot tub. The bunk beds were super loud for our tweens so they rode the couches and so we didn’t care. Kitchen could have had a griddle but that’s just our bougieness. Great unit! Proactive management! Already considering for next year!

Our family enjoyed our stay in Myrtle Beach. Ocean Blue was roomy for entire family but offered privacy if needed. Close to beach. Our only complaint was that full size mattresses on all beds were too soft and not supportive for adults.

Unit we booked was not unit we got. They changed us into other unit and it had a toilet that didn’t flush and a bathtub that was not useable. Pool was not open for two days and overall the pool and jacuzzi were dirty and dated.
