Nestled in Knoxville, this lovely villa for $125 per night is a great option for your next trip. Gorgeous private suite in Mediterranean Villa with high ceilings, French doors to tile patio, floor to ceiling bookshelves, and hardwood floors. Huge spa shower with glass lined walls and stone floors. View of formal garden. Plush queen size bed, Matching Four Seasons robes provided with hotel quality linens. Come for a convenient visit to University of Tennessee, walk to a Tennessee Vols game in about 30 minutes, shop in Market Square, explore Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, and the Smoky Mountains. There are surveillance cameras outside the property for security purposes. One is located by the balcony on the second floor that covers the driveway. The second is on the back of the house that covers the back porch. Another covers the parking area, and the doorbell covers the entry patio and entry door. Dogs welcome! I provide a dog bed with linens, dishes for food and water, toys, snacks, waste bags and a gate for the patio so you can enjoy sitting on the patio with your pup. Enjoy the large front lawn for play and relaxation.

Very nicely done. Owners provided everything needed for a nice getaway. We really enjoyed the area for our first time in Knoxville, which is centrally located between Chattanooga and Bristol along the Tennessee River. Very scenic.

Traveling with just my daughter I wanted to stay somewhere that made us feel safe. My first impression of this property was exactly that. It’s quiet and clean and no city sounds or noise. Inside the room was beautiful! The home owners did a wonderful job with all the decor and the way everything was setup. You can tell they really want you to feel welcome. The shower is gorgeous! The bathroom will not disappoint! I am so glad we went with this room and not a hotel. Thanks to the owners for such a lovely peaceful experience.

An amazing suite tucked back in privacy but is located right in the middle of Knoxville. Every little detail is handled. The water pressure in the shower is worthy of awards. We will definitely book this place whenever we’re in Knoxville again.

We visited our daughter during Parents Weekend at UTK. Everywhere jacked up the prices near the campus (crazy amounts), Marette kept the price reasonable so that we could enjoy being close the action at her school. She also thought of everything. We had a small fridge with free snacks. Cable TV. Shampoos, etc. and a cute coffee bar. It was a really nice stay. We will stay again.

Wonderful property, very comfortable. The best part was the personal greeting we received from the owner, Marette. We have stayed is several privately owned properties and this is the first time we have ever met the owner. She was very pleasant and just wanted to make sure we had everything we needed, and that was very appreciated! We will definitely consider staying at this property on our next trip to Knoxville!

Enjoyed having a quiet suite instead of a hotel stay. The property is pretty and peaceful and the suite itself was lovely, clean and thoughtfully equipped. Loved the library!

Very nice place. Comfortable bed and great shower. Location is good for getting downtown as well as access to walking trails. We really enjoyed everything about it. Brunch at The Harvest downtown was quite an experience; live music and the best food.

Very nice accommodations. Wife, dog and I were very pleased with the owner's attention to details to make our stay personal (i.e. dog bed, dog treats, dog toys), nice and very clean bathroom (fully stocked with towels, shampoo, etc). The house sits down the hill from the roadway and there was no road noise. Owner's were very nice and you can tell they enjoy operating this rental.

Marette was an outstanding hostess! The home is stunning and so comfortable. Her attention to detail was bar none and she was quick to respond and send helpful information prior to my arrival. She even set up a dog bed and water and food dish for my dog! I honestly can't say enough good things about this home and my hostess....I will definitely be staying again next time I travel!

We were traveling back north from Florida and wanted to overnight at a half-way location accessible off I-75 that accommodated our dog as well. A quick search on VRBO brought us to this Villa and host. We couldn't be happier with our choice. The villa and host were amazing! It was just as advertised in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. We were welcomed by the host who had the suite ready for our arrival and even had a cozy dog bed ready for Otis. I think we found our forever half-way location in Knoxville. Thank you!

This is a great, quiet place to stay in Knoxville with very responsive hosts. I found it very quiet, enough so that I even heard great horned owls hooting one morning. I appreciated the layout with comfortable chairs for reading and all the extras including a yoga mat and room on the floor to use it! I would definitely stay here again.

The Villa is located in a beautiful neighborhood. The master suite has a luxurious feel and was outfitted very nicely with everything you could hope for. The location is great for easy access to downtown Knoxville, the University, riverwalk etc. Our hosts were very helpful in answering questions about the property and about the surrounding area. I would highly recommend!

This place was absolutely stunning! My husband and I unfortunately only got to spend a few hours due to moving our daught back into UTK, but how I wish we could have stayed longer. From the moment we opened the door it was amazing! The decor was inviting and it felt like home. The owner was wonderful and accommodating to work with. Without a doubt we will be back. This is a hidden gem of luxury! I had the best stay at this villa. I was so impressed with all the details that truly give you a 5 star experience! There are so many added touches that make you feel welcome and taken care of. The place is in immaculate condition with gorgeous design elements! The host was so welcoming and available for any questions. She was such a pleasure and goes above & beyond! The place is just lovely and you feel like you are instantly transported to California or a place with a Mediterranean flare. It is close to everything in Knoxville but you may not want to go anywhere at all and just recharge & relax right there. I can't wait to go back!! Top notch!
