The hotel was very clean and in good condition. Noisy especially when the train went by.

Everything was great. People were nice. Property was clean quiet and safe.
Only minor thing was the two girls running the breakfast just sat on their phones not working until we asked, and at that point most of the stuff was out.

We were extremely impressed with this hotel. My kids (12 and 8) loved playing pool in the lobby with us, they have complimentary cookies and waters all day, the rooms and hotel itself are extremely clean! And every employee we encountered was wonderful.
The beds were comfortable, the only thing we will do next time is bring pillows. We sleep with 2 pillows normally and there was only 1 for each of us. We asked for extra pillows and they only had 1 extra pillow due to being filled to capacity this weekend.
We didn’t get to utilize the indoor pool due to time constraints, but it looked well kept. We have no complaints and will definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

The hotel and room were clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Also, had a person with a food allergy I appreciate the dairy free options at breakfast. You hardly ever see this at hotels.

No path shoveled in parking lot which was pure ice.
I fell and hit my head and hurt my back.
I know you are not equipped for snow but you could’ve put cat litter down if you didn’t have salt or sand especially at the side and back doors.

The room was very clean and quiet. I loved the body wash and lotion. The refrigerator is small and there is no microwave. Also, the pillows were soft and not supportive. Otherwise, I would have rated this hotel 5 stars.

The stay was amazing. However, we have a service dog. I walked her in the designated area, and discovered it was full of dog feces in a massive amount. Large dog poo. We left that area as soon as I discovered it, and used another area where I cleaned up her excrement. About 48 hours later. She became very ill. We took her to the ER and she was diagnosed with a bacterial infection. A very serious condition. The vet bill was $850. I know customers are supposed to clean up after their pets. But if they don’t the hotel has to keep the outside clean. I didn’t want to mark down on cleanliness as the hotel itself was spotless.

We had never stayed at aTru by Hilton. This hotel had many amenities. Pool table in lobby, exercise room, pool. Great selection for breakfast. Will stay again

Staff was super nice, great location, lots of activities to do for families, Star bucks super close drive, overall highly recommend. Parking was free and convenient while still easy.

Peacefully stay flawless check inn and departure,all the amenities for a small price.but was billed twice for one night and was told that it wasn't there fault ,.on the contrary

The property was clean and quiet, although hard to find. It is hidden by trees and has no obvious signage to identify itself. We initially went to the Hampton (another Hilton property) just down the street thinking that was the place. Tru's pet friendly policy is exemplary.

Safe and clean spot in Knoxville. Good accommodations overall, bed is a little firm and walls thin. Could hear alot of noise late at night and early morning. Gym was clean, breakfast good.
