About this condo rental
Nestled in Myrtle Beach, this attractive condo for $303 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. My calendar and rates are up to date. The dates you request are available if the Calendar shows them to be available. Our units are being prepared and cleaned per CDC recommendations. We have 2 units in this building, including two 3 bedroom/3 bath unit and a 2 bedroom/2 bath unit. They are units 705 and 1609. About the Condo: This condo is on the 7th floor with large living room, which is directly facing the beautiful ocean and has unobstructed views of the great Atlantic! The unit is a gorgeous oceanfront 2 bedroom/2 full bathroom with 2 large private oceanfront balconies with incredible unobstructed views of the ocean. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, a kitchenette with a sink, microwave, small fridge and a coffee maker. There’s also a TV and a DVD player in the master bedroom. The second bedroom has its own bathroom with 2 double beds and a flat screen TV. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the large oceanfront living room with a flat screen TV and DVD player, a fully stocked kitchen, an in-suite washer/dryer. This oceanfront condo come with designer furnishings, granite counter tops, solid wood cabinets, and beautiful bedding and drapery. This unit also has free wireless Wi-Fi Internet. The rent includes free Internet, linens and towels, the use of all resort amenities (pools, fitness room, etc) and 2 free covered parking passes. About the resort and the area: Bayview is one of the newest luxury oceanfront resorts in Myrtle Beach, located right in the heart of all the action that Myrtle Beach is known for. Bayview boasts amazing amenities not found in your typical beach resort like an indoor/outdoor pool, spas, a lazy river, kiddie pools and more! There’s also a Starbucks located on the first floor of the resort, which is just great! And the resort is only a few blocks from the NEW Freestyle Amusement Park. Bayview Resort has an indoor oceanfront pool, Lazy River, hot tub, a kiddie pool with a water fountain, an outdoor splash pad feature and an onsite fitness room. The pools are heated during the off season and can be closed off from the elements to enjoy year-round. The location is perfect, it is the only high-rise building located right on the boardwalk. You’re also very close to all the major attractions. The Resort is located at 504 North Ocean Blvd (on the corner of 5th Ave North and Ocean Blvd) in the heart of Myrtle Beach, right on the boardwalk, a couple miles south of Broadway at the Beach, and close to many area attractions including Family Adventure Amusement Park, NASCAR Speed Park, Hard Rock Café, Legends, Golf Courses, Miniature Golf Courses, and many other entertainment venues and attractions!!! It is also located about 15 blocks from the convention center. There’s plenty to do right by the resort or just a short walk over on Kings Highway/Business 17. If you are interested in booking this condo: Click on the 'Book it' button and follow the instructions. The site will offer the option for you to buy cancellation protection and damage protection. It is totally up to you to take advantage of this or not. After this, you will have to read and agree with the rental agreement before you are able to pay. The first deposit will be 25% of the amount due and can be paid with a credit card to complete the reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to your check in date. This property is Smoke Free. A $250.00 cleaning fee will apply if smoking occurs within a guest room or on the balcony. You must be over 25 years of age to book this condo. No pets are permitted.

Enjoyed the views from the condo and the location is great. The elevators were an issue and smoke from other condos, but that can be resolved with guest patience, using the stairs and air spray.

Was a great stay. Outdoor pools were unavailable at times but indoor pool was great. Area was a little sketchy at night a couple blocks off the resort. People got arrested and accidents. The boardwalk was very close and walking path was great. Right on the ocean. Was beautiful!!! Pier was cool too. Over all great experience!! Would totally recommend. Condo was clean and perfect for our family of 7. The door lock broke and the property owners were very easy to work with and had it fixed very quickly. No complaints.

overall the unit is not a bad one, however I resent the worn out furniture in the unit. The front room couch was soo bad that we had to put sleeping pillows on the seats, and the main bed waswas not much better. Not nearly what I expected for the price we paid.

We were so very pleased with this condo. Communication with the owner was great. The condo was very spacious. The beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked. We did not use any of the hotel amenities except for the treadmill. The view from the condo was wonderful. We spent many hours sitting on the balcony. The only negative we found was the couch is not very comfortable. We took pillows off the bed and put under the cushions and it raised the height.
Some of the reviews mentioned they did not feel like it was a very safe neighborhood and felt anxious with the homeless people gathering around. Maybe because it was winter but we did not see anyone. We felt very safe walking around outside, even at night. The parking garage is across the road about half a block but we did not consider this a problem at all. It was nice to have adequate parking We would definitely stay here again and already looking forward to our next trip.

This was a nice condo. Lots of room for two couples. Beautiful view of beach and condo is right by beach. The only thing we would suggest is to update the two chairs and couch in the living room. They are getting worn. We would stay at this condo again!

Down sides: Carpets in rooms are a bit old , but were ok. Bathrooms were clean but could use an update. Amenities are great but pools also need updating. Lots of homeless people around, as mentioned by previous vacationers here, so we were not surprised. Plus sides: we loved the apartment, beach access was awesome, Starbucks on site as well was a nice plus, pools being inside away from elements was nice as we had cooler days, near lots of attractions, restaurants and mini putts... We would definitely recommend and feel comfortable renting again! Very happy with this rental as a whole!

Cons: pool is definitely catered to children only, no outdoor pool, carpet in halls (spelled musty) no dumpster or community trash can on property, parking garage a block away, sketchy area
Overall, we were there for beach and baseball tournament so the condo met our needs, but certainly was not out of this world. Would stay somewhere with a nicer interior and more modern building next time.

Only complaint would be the paper thin walls as this was a hotel converted to condos. If you have noisy neighbors (noisy teenagers/drunk bikers) you will hear them. Second bedroom is next to the elevator. All the doors to the rooms can slam and literally shake the walls. So all in all my rating was based on the fact we got lucky and only had one night of noisy neighbors. I would pick this again if I went during the winter or off-season, but if in season there is a solid chance you may get those noisy neighbors.

We have been going Myrtle Beach for many years, and this was disappointing. Having said that, we simply adjusted our walking plans and time schedule to minimize that part of our stay. Great ocean views! Plenty of water fun at the condo property if that’s some something you are interested in. They did a nice job of keeping that area orderly and “inviting”. Very easy access from the condo to the beach. Easy walk north to the Sky Wheel and all that was in that area, including a pier. The pier was closed for the season as we were there in November. However, if a pier is important to you, you can simply walk south to the “Wicked Tuna” restaurant and pier. All in all, we enjoyed our time there and recommend it! And, not a bug in sight while we were there.

The moment you drive up you start experiencing frustration. Check-in process only one person behind the counter with many inline. A very nice person behind the counter but he needs help. The unloading area cramped very unpleasant. Getting in and out of doors with luggage and people when key cards don’t work… especially frustrating. Elevators are always soaking wet with people in bathing suits dripping. Pools are overcrowded with cloudy water. Chairs in the grassy areas are placed in the muddy areas of the grass.
One would love to have Starbucks next door but the patio was filthy with cigarette buds and trash all over and then beggars at the entrance. Tried to take a nice stroll on the boardwalk in the early evening only to find many benches with homeless people on them. The stench from their sweating bodies where much to walk by. As for the room, it was a beautiful view of the ocean very spacious. Several complaints were that the rug in front of the bed in the master bedroom was wet most of the time we were there. Mold in the corners of the bathroom. The hallways smelled musty. Keycards were terrible would stop working causing problems with getting into the garage and the hotel.
Overall it was a very unpleasant vacation. I will never stay in or around downtown Myrtle Beach again. It is extremely unpleasant to see the homeless and beggars and the filth around the area.

Only bad thing is the dumpster was not in the building,yet a couple blocks away. Makes it difficult to take your trash everyday.

Balconies are the spot to be in the condo..private, gorgeous views of the ocean and beach/piers. Easy walk out to the soft sandy beach and ocean or hit the boardwalk for a less busy experience than Ocean Blvd. Elevators were long wait at busy times and parking garage is across Ocean Blvd on 5th and Flagg St’s. Otherwise everything was very comfy, all desires met and everyone had an enjoyable time. Washer/Dryer in the condo was a great bonus too!
