We stay here over New Year’s Eve. The condo is beautiful. The hosts are amazing and communicate effectively. Vicky was very easy to work with and made our stay very enjoyable. Everything you need is in this condo. I can’t wait to stay again thanks for making in our winter memorable.

Very nice accommodations, comfortable. Good ocean front view. Vicki was great and very helpful, kept communications with us. Only one problem but not the owners fault. Some renovations must have been taken place on the property, and we had to listen to drilling every day, except for Sunday, that was pretty rough. But even with that, the owners were very caring and accommodating to us, and we plan to if life permits try to go back again.

From our very first communications with Vicki and Gary, we were made to feel absolutely wanted. They were very patiwnt and answered every question promptly.
Traveling with my elderly mother and knowing that this may be her last trip to the beach and her last Christmas with us. We wanted it to be memorable and this condo did that from the time we opened the door and the place was immaculate and well stocked thanks to Amanda, who is more than just a housekeeper, she was so attentive to us. She checked in several times to make sure we were well and if we needed anything at all.
Without a doubt, our next visit to the beach will be in thia condo. Vicki, Gary and Amanda feel like part of our family now. I have used VRBO many times but this experience and property was better than any other without a doubt.
Thank you all for the little extras you did for us. Mom jad an amazing time. We love y'all dearly.

This property was amazing. The personal added features, the cookware (I didnt need ANYTHING) she had it there, and all the other extras were awesome. My family did not want to leave, if my sister and sister-in-law were off Monday, we would still be there. Thank you Mrs. Vickie for an amazingly wonderful Thanksgiving getaway. We will definitely be back.

Vickie was wonderful to work with. She stayed in touch with us throughout our trip to her condo to make sure that we was able to check in and had everything we needed. I have to say i've stayed in alot of places but this condo was by far one of the nicest and the host was awesome. We did not have to buy anything like paper towels, trashbags, hand soap etc... Which is a huge plus we normally have to bring that at other places we have stayed. The view was wonderful to get up and drink your coffee on the balcony. There was tons of places to shop and dine at. There was one hick up midway of our stay with people in the hottub at like 2 am which the balcony overlooks the pool and tubs so you hear everything if they are loud. I called down and the front desk immediately sent security and escorted them out. Besides that there was no issues at all. I would definitely stay again.My only suggestion is to avoid early November if you are wanting to be at beach and suntan as we had 2-3 days where it was cold and you had to wear pants and sweatshirts.

We had to call the front desk several times for guests blasting music after midnight. This is suppose to be a family resort, however there is no enforcement of smoking. Everywhere you went all you smell is pot. People were smoking and vaping at the pool with no one there telling them to stop even though signs are posted. The rooftop pool was 2 floors below us and the pot smell was so bad you could not sit on the balcony. We were there with children and they were asking what is that smell. Pool area needs a facelift. It was very small with no umbrellas to get out of the sun. Overall i do not recommend this property. Again, the unit was very nice but unfortunately once you leave the unit the resort is not good for families.

Awesome getaway. Great view of the beach and close to restaurants,shopping,grocery and golf. The rooftop pools and hot tubs were very relaxing. Vicki was very helpful and easy to work with. Quick response to all questions and her lists of things to do and restaurants were very helpful. We will definitely be back.

This was our very first stay at Myrtle Beach. We wanted a place our family of 7 could stay that felt like home away from home. The ages of our children range from 14 years to 7 months old.
From the moment I booked Vicki’s condo, at Grande Shores, I felt a sense of welcoming through the early interactions with Vicki. Any questions I had, Vicki was quick to answer. She also went above and beyond to provide us with a lot of information that was very useful with planning fun family activities and dining.
The day we left our hometown city of Buffalo, we drove straight through and into the night. Vicki kept in contact with us to let us know that the front desk is open 24 hours. She also knew we were coming in with a baby and had the port a crib set up for our arrival. What a lifesaver that was when we finally arrived at 3:30 in the morning.
Walking into the condo, our family was blown away by the cleanliness and beauty of it. Everything that we could possibly need was there. The beds were very comfortable. The showers were roomy. The washer and dryer in the condo was so convenient. The kitchen had everything to cook whatever we wanted. We made a few meals in the condo, but spent most nights out to dinner, trying the local food. My favorite feature of all was our view every morning and night of the ocean. The balcony was comfortable to sit and relax on while taking it all in.
If you are looking for a fun place to visit with a family, this is the place to go. It is centrally located in a quiet area, but close enough to drive to all of the fun Myrtle Beach has to offer.
We look forward to coming here again in the future. Our children enjoyed their first visit to the beach!

This was our first time staying in Myrtle Beach. Vicki and Garry made checking in and out as easy as possible. The condo was extremely clean and comfortable for our family. We appreciated the included necessities such as the small appliances, dish soap, towels, throw blankets, etc. We loved our stay and hated to leave!

Condo was beautiful. Right on beach, great views of ocean from private balcony. Lots of amenities, several pools, on-site dining. Vicki is a great host. Very responsive. Provided us with great info to enjoy our trip. I would definitely recommend staying here and hope to make it back next year.

Being from upstate New York taking our kids' February break in Myrtle Beach, SC, was going to be a break from the winter weather, even if it had been normal SC Feb. temps, but we really lucked out with temps from the mid 70's to the low 80's which allowed us to enjoy all the outdoor opportunities Myrtle Beach has to offer. With this rental being in the middle of it all, finding something to do was not an issue.
From this rental we were able to spend time on the beach, without driving, and with short car rides we able to take in the normal tourist attractions along with time spent shopping, playing golf, miniature golf, and took in college baseball and softball games on the Coastal Carolina campus.
Opportunities for dining out are abundant, with plenty of choices for any type of faire. Though with this rental and nearby grocery stores, eating in for any meal is also an easy option.
Thank you for the opportunity to rent for the week, our kids are already asking when we can return.

The condo is absolutely delightful - very well laid out, beautifully decorated, and well stocked with everything! The location was central to everything we like to visit while in Myrtle Beach!
