Well maintained inside

No view of valley or mountains behind. Different than listing picture. Tv remotes had to have Vacasa rep figure them out.

Disappointed in a Place that has lots of potential.

The condo was nice, had everything you needed and the view was great. They had a washer and dryer. It's unfortunate that the customer service of the staff and the cleaning were not compatible with the condo.

Unfortunately, the cleaning service that is used did not do a good job. When we arrived the floors were still dirty and the bathrooms not cleaned well. The couch got pushed out and it was filthy under neath. Blankets in the basket were stained, stinky and not cleaned. The Refridgerator was leaking water and dishes were put away dirty. There was also a huge hole in the bathroom wall where there once seemed to be a towel rack. I reached out to VaCasa and Booking.com with very limited response on a resolution. Also, the description made it seem like you can walk to the slopes at sugar mountain, It says its close to the lifts but you actually have to drive down to the bottom of the mountain (in snow & Ice) to get to the ski resort.

Enjoyed the stay and the condo was nice.

Great view from the balcony in winter, will be obscured by trees in summer. Central location for area activities.

Hard to regulate temperature.

The view was beautiful. The bed was comfortable.

The tvs didn't work. The dishes were dirty. The bed linen had stains and the carpet.

Road wasn’t cleaned up from snow, a lot of cars got stuck and it was 12 PM

Disappointing

Location and view.

I would stay in the Skyleaf Villas but not 703. Villa was supplied with bare necessities. There was a total of 3 large drinking glasses, no bath mats and one bathroom had no toilet paper holder. The place looks like a goodwill store with anything and everything just thrown together. The first morning we had no hot water - circuit breaker was turned off ( I thought it would have been common sense for the property manager to check this prior to guests arrival). The coffee maker was disgusting and I had to give it a good cleaning prior to use. Many of the light bulbs needed to be replaced. The place needs to be maintained and cleaned throughly.

Quick getaway

We absolutely loved the place. Very clean, the view was AWESOME. Staff stop by within 10 mins of our arrival to greet us and make sure everything was good. It was the kids first time to the mountains and they loved it. The room was equipped with everything you may need. Aside from the fact the TVs in the bedrooms didn't work, who goes on vacation to watch TV lol.

View was great!

It snowed 3 days before our arrival. The parking lot was not plowed to where we could park our car efficiently without blocking the steps. The steps and rear decked were covered with ice inches thick even though no precipitation for days, which made a slip hazard for wife and kids. The 700ft to the Gondola is not an accurate statement as there is zero access without taking a car ride and parking in another lot. This was said to be ski IN/OUT but it is not.
