The property is in a great location. Check in is a breeze. The condo is a bit dated. But overall, we had a great stay. We will definitely be booking here again.

We had a fantastic stay, this 3 bdrs/2 baths home is very spacious and comfortable, and only a 5 min walk to the Village! Great quality/price ratio!

We have stayed in many properties internationally and this was by far the worst. There was a lot not to like about this property. First of all the couches were very dusty and made us itchy. There is a huge window at the entrance that does not have blinds or a curtain and everyone from outside can see right into the property which is a huge privacy issue. Even the doors to the balcony have no blinds. There is no Mountain View as advertised. The rooms downstairs are quite suffocating and get very hot so you need to turn the thermostat way down. It was dusty and not cleaned well. The carpets were dusty too. The barstools are broken. The microwave has cracks. There was chewing gum on the underside of the bunk bed. We called your services and someone came out and didn’t even bother to provide a temporary fix. He told us there would be reimbursement but there has been none so far. Nancy dropped off some sheets for the couches but she entered the property while we were there without announcing herself and just left the sheets near the entrance. I would have thought she would have knocked?

Exactly as pictured. Snowed in so not easy access to the bridge. Needs a few fixes and few items but overall comfortable and clean. Really wish they used Mammoth Rentals instead of Vacasa. Vacasa is not nice nor responsive. I will only rent from Mammoth Rentals in the future, have always had a great experience with their team and responsiveness.

The house is in very bad shape. Furniture is broken. Heaters are noisy. The heather in the bathroom does not work. The light in the bathroom does not work. The home instructions does tell you how to turn on the fireplace, and it is impossible to find it until you are able to contact the management after several calls the after our arrival. Also the house had dust everywhere. Bad experience, never more reservations there.

The place is very dirty, carpet disgusting, chairs fall over backwards when you sit in them. 3 out of 4 burns work on the stove and oven is dirty. We had to wash the dishes before we used them.
