About this condo rental
Located in Myrtle Beach, this charming condo for $232 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Our condo is the perfect destination for travelers looking for relaxation and comfort, or a fun family adventure. This is our second home, and we selectively rent it to people who will treat it with care. Our condo is fully furnished with all the comforts of home including a washer and dryer and fully equipped kitchen, while offering stunning direct views of the ocean from the living room and and master bedroom. A relaxing getaway, its 1400 sq ft offers plenty of space for your family and friends. Enjoy the sunrise and sunset, or gaze at the stars from your own private balcony at night. Our condo is located in a quiet area of Myrtle Beach yet walking distance to great restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, drug stores, spas, and much more. The wider variety of Myrtle Beach/Grand Strand dining, shopping and attractions are a short drive.The best thing is you are just steps to the beautiful beaches of the Atlantic Ocean. Loaded with comforts and amenities, this vacation retreat is an outstanding value. With its brand new furnishings, elegant decor and views of the ocean, you will feel like you are in a vacation paradise. Bed and bath linens are provided for your use, or you can bring your own. There are beach chairs as well. * three spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms *four flat-screen tvs * washer and dryer * high speed wireless internet * outdoor pool * barbeque grill All guests must agree to adhere to all of our HOA rules & regulations during their stay. To ensure that everyone has a parking space, we have a strict parking policy that prohibits trailers & rented golf carts, motorcycles & mopeds, etc. BE ADVISED, WE ONLY HAVE ONE PARKING SPACE FOR GUESTS. IF YOU BRING A SECOND VEHICLE, IT WILL HAVE TO BE PARKED IN A PUBLIC PARKING AREA. ***To maintain the quality of our condo, we do not rent to groups of students or singles under the age of 25.

The property was just as advertised- clean, easy walk to the beach, views of the water from multiple rooms, balcony, quiet area of town but close to restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. My husband and I worked throughout the week with no wi-fi issues. Owner is very responsive with every communication. We’d stay again!

We met extended family at the beach for a fun filled week. We booked this location because we were supposed to have four more family members come but we’re unable to join us due to an illness. We still had a great time. The condo is beautiful and the location is great! Close to everything!

We had another great stay at this awesome condo! Everything you need is provided, location is great and view is amazing. We watched the 4th of July fireworks from the balcony. Definitely make sure your parking pass is visible at all times. Ours fell off the dash and landed on the floorboard. We were towed at 11:45 our 2nd night, along with several other cars including an owners! Had to pay for an Uber to the towing place and $160 cash for our car. Kind of a nightmare! The only real complaint we had was the cleanliness of the condo. We found old Dunkin drinks, left behind clothes, tampon wrappers and food trash in 2 of the bedrooms. Also old napkins and paper plates on the floor in the living room. The cabinet where the trash can was had old trash all in the back of it. Also, check out was at 10. We loaded the car at 7:00 and went to breakfast. We came back to freshen up before getting on the road and there was already a woman in there cleaning (at 8:15) so we just had to leave. Don’t get me wrong, we LOVE this condo and plan to stay here again but I wanted to be completely honest in my review.

This condo was walking distance from the beach, less than a five minute walk. Since it is an end unit, we were far from the elevator noise and we had ocean views from two bedrooms, the living room and the beautiful balcony.
The full kitchen and utensils made it easy to prepare meals. It did get a bit crowded when two or more of us moved around in the smallish space, but we made it work.
Did i mention there are three bedrooms? Nowhere else on vrbo did we find a three bedroom, two full bath condo with a view of the beach for this price!
Bring your own soap and shampoo, but everything else will be waiting for you in this unit.
We enjoyed our stay and will try to book this unit again when we go back to Myrtle Beach.

We had a great experience staying in this condo! We spent a week there within walking distance to the beach and many other places. It was also a great place to be proposed to and we will never forget the trip! The owners were readily available for any questions along the way. Thanks for the great stay, Kristie and Jeff! 😊

What a wonderful week. Condo was perfect, great location and plenty of room. Loved how close we were to the beach (one block, easy walk to the beach). Also enjoyed having some beach towels and chairs to use (great extra!). Would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Our family of 5, 3 children being 13, 9 and 4 would hands down stay at this place again. Just book it already!!!

Great stay and excellent location!
We truly enjoyed our stay and made many great memories! The location was perfect and close to everything. Restaurants, groceries, shopping, and entertainment. We went to Brookgreen gardens, kayaked in Cherry Grove, took a boat tour out to watch dolphins, got incredible massages, enjoyed walking out to the beach with provided beach chairs and swimming in the ocean. We ate out and cooked at home too thanks to being equipped with everything we needed.
This was a great stay. Everything was comfortable and would definitely come back again. I would only note that that the 2 extra bedrooms didn't cool as nicely as the master but the provided fans helped for sure!

Amazing condo in a quiet area
We loved everything about this property! Location, amenities, decor and all the comforts of home. A short walk to the beach and very close to Publix, Food Lion and restaurants. Kristie was quick to respond when I had questions. If you need to get an Amazon delivery, make sure to add a note asking them to deliver it to the door. If not, it can get put into the mailbox and that’s a pain (trust me 🤣). We are already planning our trip to stay here next year!

We loved the smaller complex and friendly neighbors! We could see the ocean from our balcony and it was just a short walk down there. The condo was clean and perfect for our group. Definitely going back!
This property is perfect. The house is well stocked. It’s less than a 5 min walk to the beach. The pool is super clean. The owner is really fast to respond. We will definitely book this property again for our next trip.

Quiet and restful

The condo had everything we needed for our stay. The area was surprisingly quiet - totally unexpected. We felt safe in the area. Several really good restaurants nearby - many within easy walking distance. Restaurant menus with recommendations in the condo were a nice touch. Top floor, end unit, perfect location.

Construction and not such a great time.
This is our 3rd time staying and we have really never had a problem until this time. Check in was 6/6 and we got our check-in instructions 2 days prior that told that we might not be able to use balcony. When we got to property, balcony was blocked off and there was construction going on all around the condo. Contacted Kristie and she offered a discount or to move. I took the discount. My biggest issue is that Kristie knew about the construction and how it would impact our stay back in April 2019. We booked this property in August 2018. I do not understand why she did not tell us about the construction sooner so we could make a decision on whether or not we wanted to stay here. By the time we found out, it was too late for me to find another place to stay, and yes, she offered another place, but it is my vacation, shouldn't I be able to pick where I want to stay? I was very disappointed. We were woken up every morning by 8:00 to grinding, drilling, men on the balcony working. It was horrible. We will not be staying here any more because of the lack of decency to let us know more than 2 days prior to our arrival of what was going on around the property.

GOLF TRIP 2019
This is our second time renting one of Kristie's and Jeff's condos the condo was very clean and well maintained, beds were so very comfortable after long day of golfing and shopping. Had small problem with patio screen door owners Kristie & Jeff was on top of it and had someone to fix the door the morning I called. They are awesome owners. Had nice view of everything off patio. Had great time and enjoyable stay will be back
