We have 2 Cottages available, this 1 bedroom, a 2 bedroom in the most desirable and exclusive area in Santa Barbara at West Beach, just a few steps away from the sand. Ideally located just two short blocks from the beach between Stearn's Wharf (Pier) and the Santa Barbara Harbor. This romantic getaway allows you to leisurely walk to the harbor, the pier, restaurants, wine tasting or just spend your time relaxing. We are also located just two blocks from the "Funk Zone", Santa Barbara's urban wine trail with over 20 wine tasting rooms and restaurants. The cottage is a great choice if you desire a central location where you can just park your car and walk or bike. 1 Small Dog may be allowed, ask first. Feel free to ask any questions you may have by selecting the "ask the owner a question " tab to the right. We have been working at this location for over 23 years now as a small Mom & Pop business and hope to see you here! More Below: The Cottage: This is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom private cottage, and is best suited for 2 adults with small children or 3 adults max. As you can see from the photos it is upstairs and has its own large and private 200 square foot deck. The deck is covered and functions as an additional outdoor room which has a patio table with four chairs and an outdoor sofa. A wonderful spot where you can eat alfresco, just relax, or work from your computer. A large skylight window inside drenches the interior with sunlight and creates a great space to read or watch the palms sway in the wind. The kitchen is modern and bright. The living room, dining room, and bedroom all have hardwood flooring throughout. It also has its own private washer and dryer and a sleeper sofa. Maximum occupancy is 4 people.

We had a pleasant stay at Harborwalk Cottages. Clean place with the perfect amount of space for two and just enough for three. Our 6’ son slept on the couch and did just fine. We’ll be back.

It was the perfect place for my wife & younger son to stay while we visited my older son studying in Santa Barbara. Easy walk to the beach and other amenities. The flat is well-equiped, in a well-kept neighborhood. Host is attentive to guests' needs. Just lovely.

This property was fantastic! As many reviews said, it’s even better than the pictures. It’s well appointed with quality items and comfortable couches. Everything you need is available and in the unit it is a quiet, wonderful neighborhood and easy to park on the street. It’s an easy walk to the harbor, Chad‘s restaurant, and funk town. I will absolutely stay here again, and again!

We were in and out so it was perfect for our visit. Exceptionally clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the location but if looking for a place to lounge, this is probably not the best property for you.

We were very comfortable in our lodgings here. The place was immaculate, the kitchen well-appointed, and we could even navigate the tv system! The skylight gave us lots of brightness, and I wish we could have spent more time on the lovely porch, but it was a bit chilly for March here this week. We had lovely walks on the nearby harbor, and felt safe and secure. Good shopping, dining, hiking nearby. Would have loved to stay longer.

The flat was beautiful and the patio made it seem quite spacious, for two. Quiet at night, but definitely walking distance to some nice places to go out to. Beach, marina, wharf all very close. Really a great place to stay!

My wife and I stayed in the one bedroom, and our friends stayed in the two bedroom across the hall. Great location! We walked or biked everywhere. We will be using this rental in the future!

Great location only a 10 minute walk to the wharf and the market across the street that has everything you need. Half a block away Rudy’s restaurant is also great for breakfast or Mexican food any time of day. The walk to State Street was also only about 10 minutes. We would return to the spot!

We had a great time staying at this property for a few nights while visiting family in Santa Barbara. The location is perfect, and we found the condo very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Unit was very well equipped with a fan and kitchen utensils Etc very clean and Charming. I prefer to make breakfast so it was nice to be in an apartment. The hostess was just wonderful and made sure of my comfort. I plan on staying again I was there for four nights

First, I want to say that even though it is very small, it is very well laid out and comfortable!! The patio is a game changer - it was spacious and the chairs/table were comfortable. That made the place feel bigger. Everything in the kitchen is new so although we did not cook at all, I would imagine that everything was in working order. The bed is super comfortable, not too soft, not too hard. The couches were comfortable - NOT SAGGY. That always matters to me because at the end of the day. I want to sit comfortably to read/watch tv/look at my phone. AC worked too and we needed it one night. Location was fantastic too. Easy to get to the beach and restaurants! So some things to consider. There are stairs leading up to the door. Only an issue if you have knee issues or can't haul your own luggage up. Also, it is only street parking and you have to move your car on Wed and Thursday mornings. Turned out to be fine for our schedule, just a bit of a hassle on your vacation to have to remember to do that in the morning. Last thing is the shower is a 3x3 shower box, So it is tight. The shower head, the pressure and the heat all worked great. Just super dang tight if you want to shave your legs. Also, there is construction next door by the bathroom. Luckily they construction people were respectful and didn't start until 8 am and stopped in the early evening. Overall, better than I expected when I booked it! We had a great stay and would consider them again!

When we walked in, our collective first impression was how clean everything looked and smelled. Yes, the place didn't just look clean, it smelled clean and had lots of natural light from the clear-glass skylight over the living room. We took the train on this trip so didn't have a car to drive around, but being mere blocks from the beach, the edge of downtown, and not one but two grocery stores nearby made this location very convenient during our stay. The building next door was being renovated, but they respectfully started at a reasonable time and ended by dinner, so it didn't ruin our vacation one bit. While there was ample room in this 1 bedroom unit for our 2 adults and 2 teenagers (the 2 sofas helped greatly), especially with the spacious balcony, next time I would look up this same owner/property manager and get a 2 bedroom unit.
