The house was very nice, we had overall great family time there. Thank you for sharing your beautiful house in Sunriver!
However we found some maintenance issues and I'd like to list here for the next guests, owners and Vacasa.
- The door key did not work, we had to use the key in the lock box
- The whole door lock is not tightly attached to the door and spins, we made it to work, but was tricky
- The cooking equipment needs serious replacement. Pots were nice, but all pans need to be replaced
- We could not find extra kitchen garbage bag other than the one already was in the garbage can
- We did not have enough towels for everybody, one bath towel per person should have been provided. We had to use the hot tub towels

This house is right by River Loop walking trail. Very close to dirt trails.

We had a great time at this property, there were 5 couples so the 5 rooms worked very well. Hot tub onsite was great. We made most of our meals there, I would recommend bringing any kitchen supplies (special pans, oil, etc) for what you need to make. Rooms were comfortable, fireplace was cozy. Loved it!

The house was clean and on a quite road! Perfect house for a large family. We had 11 and it slept us all good. Only complaint, a few of the mattresses were hard.

Sunriver and the location of the house close to the river

Sun River is the greatest place to spend your vacation. This house is near the River which is important to us.

We did love the house itself; it's lovely. It has a beautiful living room, a comfortable kitchen to work in, a new-seeming hot tub that worked well, an ample master bedroom, and a relatively private back deck with comfortable seating for six, as well as two chaise lounges. The A/C worked fine. Goldfinch Street is one of our favorite locations in Sunriver - in such a beautiful area near the Cardinal Landing Bridge. The bad? Maintenance things. The refrigerator worked erratically, and we lost some groceries due to freezing. Some of the pots and pans should be retired - old nonstick with scratches - though some were fine. The adult bikes need repair or replacement, should probably not be advertised; we ending up renting. Kitchen window had cracks in it. Only 5 stemmed wine glasses for a place that can sleep many more. One mattress in an upstairs bedroom (we didn't use) was visibly sagging in the middle. So you get the idea. It's a great house and with some TLC could be a truly great experience. I do hope these problems are addressed. You can still have a wonderful stay here, and it was a nice place for our family to be together.

Was a beautiful home located very close to paths on the River just a few minute walk away.

Sunriver is a great place to vacation. Loved the location of the house. Could use a little updating but was comfortable and clean.

We loved the location. Being so close to the Deschutes River and National Forest was lovely. Beds are comfortable and plentiful. The house had everything our family needed - except the bikes were not in good shape. That was a disappointment since biking is a huge part of our enjoyment of Sunriver. Other than that we had a great stay.

We loved the house and location. The reason I give it 4 stars is that we ran out of hot water Friday night and the following morning. The water got fixed at 12:30pm Saturday morning making it hard to move forward with our day. Everyone had to wait to shower and get ready. This put off our plans we had for that day. 😒 My husband did ask for a discount for the inconvenience but we have not heard back. We boiled hot water in pots so we could do dishes for breakfast that morning. We know things can happen but water and power are a must. Over all we are happy with our trip and would go back.

Great house
This was a great house! Super clean with plenty of bedroom and living room space. Some of the fixtures and appliances are a bit outdated, and the kitchen is quite cramped, but other than that we loved our stay! Would stay here again

The house was really clean, and the hot tub was hot, so we mostly had a really great time. My only complaint is about some of the kitchen items, which I know is always risky with a rental, but I hoped would be ok since it’s Sunriver, not Bend—it’s more assumed that you’ll stay in and cook! There wasn’t a normal baking sheet or salt, and there were really limited cooking utensils. We made do and scrapped one of the planned side dishes. So just plan to bring more stuff than you might’ve! Kitchen is also really small for how many bedrooms there are, so split up kitchen duties, 3 people feels way too cramped in there quick.

Nice area, unusual high traffic volume circled cudelsac area at this location during our stay. Internet service was an issue. Management company responsive and kind to couple other areas of need during stay. Nice house.

We loved the spacious floorplan with a master suite on the ground floor. Plenty of towels for the hot tub (perfect temp) and showers. Good amount of plates, cups and glasses. TV's were small and no sports channels, but not that was a major problem as the house was very close to the river and so many unpaved trails across the bridge for hikes.

Goldfinch 14 was an excellent vacation home.
We had a great time at Goldfinch 14. It was perfect for the 10 of us and our dogs. The hot tub was very nice and the bikes all worked. The location near the bridge was very convenient. The kids, ages 5,6&7, with their parents were able to bike to the mall, stables and nature center from the house. The backyard was a convenient place to exercise the dogs. We saw lots of deer, squirrels, bunnies and birds. The home could use a little updating, but it worked well for our family.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. Comfortable as soon as we arrived, with plenty of room for our large extended family. Close to the river and bike/walking paths in a beautiful neighborhood. And thank you for being dog friendly for our golden retriever.

Great house with plenty of room for our family of 7. Could easily hold 4 or 5 more without feeling crowded. The neighborhood was great and was the closest street to the Cardinal Crossing foot bridge with great views of the river and access to biking trails. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedrooms were spacious. Only 2 minor complaints… (1) the tv was very problematic as it couldn’t handle much streaming content (not a huge deal but as we had a lot of rain we were inside more than we would have liked!) and (2) many of the bikes need the tires pumped up (or there should be a bike pump). We were unable to enjoy a family ride due to this. Would book again though but we’ll probably bring a bike pump next time!

Nice house, but did not enjoy neighbors. Not friendly when we tried talking to them. Apparently several of the homes are occupied by home owners. Had a couple complaints. First one was too many cars in driveway on Fathers Day. We were not parked in street just in driveway. Second complaint was bikes were left out front of house. Kids rode them constantly. Felt like were were constantly being watched. It was a little uncomfortable. Will never stay in this area again due to that.

Nice stay
House was accommodating for 7 guests. Open kitchen and living room fit everyone comfortably. Really liked the layout. Only negative was had to wash sheets because there was more hair on the bed sheets and pillowcases than I’m comfortable with. Loved the lion cookie jar. Would stay again.

Quiet location!
We loved that this property was at the end of a cul de sac so it was quiet and allowed our girlies to play safely in the snow out front. The bathrooms were big and there were lots of them so that was a bonus! It’s located close to a trail that leads along the River which we walked daily and it was a quick drive to the Sunriver Shopping center.

Met our needs
Overall the house met our needs and we had a great trip. It is well laid out and has plenty of room. The proximity to the river and bike path are great. However, the house is in need of some love, a deep cleaning, and new carpet. Everything is just kind of ok.
