Located in Treasure Island, this lovely condo for $75 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. ***Please Ignore The Calendar - We have 2 efficiencies*** ***Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am!**** ***If you are a smoker, please smoke well away from the front of our units. The AC's suck the air right in! :-) ***We have an exterminator come once a month in order to ensure that you don't have any unwelcome little guests during your stay. I'm only given about a 24 hour notice and always do my best to let you know that they will be there. They're in and out in 5 minutes and it is non-toxic to humans and animals. ***If your stay is a month or longer, the cleaning fee will be changed to $75. This beautiful efficiency has been newly renovated in a distinctly Floridian style. Spectrum Cable TV and wireless internet. Laundry facilities are provided on premises, please provide your own detergent *(Note many previous guests have left detergent in the laundry room on the shelf above the sink). Treasure Island is centrally located close to all of the popular Gulf Coast beaches, including Redington Shores, St. Petersburg Beach, Clearwater Beach, and Fort Desoto Park. Condo is fully remodeled with updated cabinets, tiles, bathroom fixtures, and lighting. There is a conjoining door to the other efficiency to accommodate a bigger party if needed. It is just minutes from Tampa International and Clearwater/St. Petersburg Airports. It is also very close to numerous major attractions. If you have need for more space, we have a second efficiency that connects with a joining door. Almost a mirror image of this one. Please contact us for more information. The condo is located in a very safe and secure neighborhood and about a 5-10 minute walk from John's Pass, an entertainment area. There is a community BBQ area and deck as well as a community washer and dryer. Condo is directly across the street from a boat launch and steps from the Gulf! Keywords: Condo

We love Treasure Island! This is our 3rd year staying in the city - and this place was the perfect space for us. It is small, but very reasonably priced. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. It is close to the beach, walking distance from John's Pass. We hope to come back again!!!

Adorable, clean1 BR condo on 1st flr on quiet street.with parking spot. Freshly painted yellow, nice windows, Queen bed, nice tile., cute. Great for 1-2 people. good shower, everything worked fine. Nice neighborhood. Safe. 1 room + bathrm.. good wifi, wall mounted tv, lots of channels. Hope to stay there again next year.

The location was great only a short walk to the beach. Walking distance to John’s Pass. The host was easy to work with. The accommodations were everything we needed. It was a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay, we could walk to the beach, John’s Pass and a short drive to groceries and great restaurants. I gave a 4 overall, only because it was a little outdated and the tub slow to drain.

Property was clean, location was minutes from food. Short walk to the water was nice to have coffee in the morning and take a short walk to watch the morning birds.

We needed a quick break and this place was a perfect spot for it. Close to the beach and all beach gear was provided. We spent all day just lounging on the sand. At night there were plenty of choices for dinner within walking distance. We are already booked for another stay and are counting down.

We loved this amazing little condo, it's a bit small, but amazing for the location. It's a very easy walk to the beach, local restaurants, and shops! We got to see the sunset on the beach every night after a very short walk. The owner was very responsive and kind. The only thing I can think of that could be a bother is if you have a larger car, it can be a bit of an issue if you are not a great parallel parker and want to park in front of the window so you can see your car. The amenities at this location are great though with the beach supplies and the laundry we always had fresh clothes to wear! We had a great time and are definitely considering returning next year!!

This was the perfect place for my husband and me to stay. It was the right size and had all the accommodations that we needed. Since I do not enjoy cooking on vacation having a small fridge and microwave was perfect. The property manager responded quickly to all questions. Amazing location to beach access. Will stay here again when we return!!

This place was so quiet and private! We had a two minute walk to the beach. Stores were all walking distance with a bunch of things to do less than a mile away. Traffic was never bad and the area felt more like a vacay home neighborhood than a bustling resort spot. Rooms were very clean. Everything worked and looked nice. Laundry at location was a great convenience. We will be coming back, for sure!!!

If you ever renovate I suggest a Murphy bed that folds up and has a hidden couch in case of rain. But we enjoyed our stay.

We loved this little place it was perfect for our 2 night stay! The fridge was cold, the showers were hot, the AC kept up on the 90 degree days. The sheets were SUPER soft. We loved that you could just walk over the foot bridge and you were right on the beach. Also a plus its a short walk to Johns Pass! Definitely would recommend if you're looking for a little place with easy access to the beach and you're not worried about anything fancy. Our only downfall was you could definitely hear the people next door, and above us.

This was the most perfect location! The condo was adorable, clean and amazing! I had everything I could possibly need and more! I will definitely be booking this house again! The toilet in the next unit, connected wall, would run 5 seconds to refill and stop, then repeat the process every 20 seconds. I let the owner know, figuring they would want to know. No reply. So bring a noise maker. Meanwhile, the toilet was stained in the Unit I rented. At the bottom of the bowl, and on the top portion of the tb. Not a good look. Now sending this second message did get an immediate reply. Kudos. Bottom line: the place feels tiny once you're actually in it. Suggest any patrons considering cheap VRBO, this one is average at best...but not my stay. Go bigger or stay home.

We live Downtown St. Pete and this was just a little staycation for us. The place is small, clean and nice. It's an older building so don't expect sleek and modern, that being said its all you will need for a few awesome beach days. The beach it just a 90 second walk away and it's a beautiful stretch of beach. It's very cool that there are beach chairs that you can use and laundry on site. Very close to dining and entertainment weather you go North or South on Gulf Blvd. I say "book it!"

It was a perfect location for a quick getaway with beach access and a concert! Had tickets to see a group we love and staying so close was great plus we extended it to a few extra nights and we picked the perfect spot to stay. Close to restaurants and beach👍
