Summary: Welcome to our Designer Island Oasis! This 2-unit retreat has been beautifully renovated and re-decorated with the touch of a luxury designer. The property sits RIGHT ACROSS from the famous Treasure Island Beach, and only minutes from plenty of activities. The large property comes with FREE parking, a putting green, backyard outdoor ping pong, corn hole and giant Jenga, a fire pit (firewood provided), a BBQ grill, and OUTDOOR SHOWER, and plenty more! We're also PET FRIENDLY and even have toys! The Space: A signed rental agreement is required to check-in. This designer 500 Sq Ft island retreat has been beautifully renovated and furnished. The entire unit is complete with hardwood flooring and has an open design capturing all the sunlight throughout the day! The living area has a large & comfy sofa looking at a Flat Screen TV with ALL THE VIEWING PLATFORMS. Right off of the entrance is open-layout kitchenette, there's a restructured boat wood island in the middle with granite countertops and just behind it a 2-person mobile island / dining table. There's plenty of space to prepare snacks and mix up some cocktails! There's also a small fridge and griddle but it's not a full kitchen. ** Something to note - the ceilings about 8 feet, a bit smaller than normal. We want guests to be aware of this prior to arrival to avoid any confusion. ** The Master Bedroom sits right off of the living area and is complete with the COMFIEST bed, a large dresser for those who love to unpack, a desk & working space for the traveling worker, and a royal mirror to make sure you rubbed in all that sunscreen! To complete the Master Bedroom is the Master Bath, with a newly built and designed WALK IN shower with sea pebbles coating the floor & a shower head that might make you reconsider yours at home! The glass doors and stone tiling make you feel like you're staying at the Ritz! Downstairs is the outdoor shower with a stone slab and white beach wood. A great spot for anyone just coming back from the beach or looking to get a quick rinse under the sun while smelling the scent of the sea! The brand-new washer and dryer are also downstairs and FREE and accessible to all of our guests! Right off of the room is the private courtyard complete with several sun chairs, corn toss, a hammock, a dining area, and our own palm tree! The unit receives a PREMIUM 5-STAR CLEANING right before and after any stay. This includes vacuuming and mopping every square inch of the floor, meticulously wiping down and sanitizing every counter, cabinet, shelf & crevice, and thoroughly cleaning the bathroom, mirrors, windows, and every single door handle until spotless. The team then walks through and double cleans if necessary. Complimentary FREE WIFI AND FREE PARKING on the property! Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 8AM to 8PM. Outside of normal business hours we have a support staff that is trained to answer basic questions, provide rudimentary instructions, and offer suggestions. If there's an immediate safety concern or possibility of serious damage to the property, we ask that you notify us through the chat and one of our managers will reach out to you as soon as possible. As a reminder, the toiletries, soaps, and towels provided are a starter set. We cannot guarantee additional supplies during your stay. If you are in need of additional supplies, please request them in the chat and we will do our best to get them to you as soon as possible. For towels and linens, we generally do not provide extras UNLESS your rental does not have access to a washer/dryer in unit or on site, and your stay is longer than 3 days. If that's the case, please reach out after day 3 and we'll do our best to get extra towels or linens to you either same day or the next business day. Guest Access: Our guests have access to the entire property! That includes the FREE parking, the corn sack & all beach games, the private courtyard & grill (shared with the upstairs unit), the OUTDOOR SHOWER, the Washer & Dryer, the HAMMOCK, and anything else our island retreat has to offer! If a delayed departure or premature arrival does interfere with the cleaning teams ability to clean and prepare the unit, we reserve the right to apply a $50 additional charge * PET POLICY - Please note, this is a pet friendly rental with a $100 per stay fee. We allow up to 2 dogs (unless directly permitted). Guests need to add both pets to their reservation in advance. If you do not add a pet to the reservation you will not be allowed to have a pet at the rental. Guests need to pick up after their pets inside the rental and outside the rental. If the dogs goes to the bathroom, please clean that up. When outside the rental unit, pets need to be leashed and accompanied by their owner UNLESS you have a private, fenced in backyard. We love pets, but we need to make sure all guests are safe and the properties quality is not compromised. As a partner of Safely Vacation Rental Insurance, all our guests are covered for up to $1,500 in contents and/or dwelling damages. While required, it's only a small nightly fee of $8 for peace of mind and extra protection so you can truly sit back and relax! You give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to verify my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest verification can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening.
