This circa 1871’s townhome is almost all original construction, an addition has been added to the back of the home for modern kitchen and bathrooms. The main part of the home has the original heart pine floors, pocket doors, four fireplaces, an antique deep cast iron tub, and a second-floor bedroom balcony. Amenities include a washer/dryer unit, Cable, Flat Screen TV, Wi-Fi, central heating & cooling two systems upstairs and down. Two private off-street parking places, a premium in Historic Savannah's downtown, few homes offer.

We really enjoyed the stay! Walked everywhere, plenty of room for the three adults, plenty of towels, and dishes. The two parking spaces were great as our adult daughter drove down the next morning.

Our stay in Savannah was nothing short of spectacular. The owner was so easy to work with and communication was always timely. This beautiful row house was clean, exactly like the pictures and in a safe neighborhood. My friends and I will most definitely come back.

Loved this property! Comfortable and clean. Short walk to all the local sights, restaurants, etc. especially enjoyed the patio in the evenings. Beds very comfortable. Lovely kitchen. The only drawback was the one shower, but since it was just “us girls” it was very doable. Would love to go back!

Savannah is our go to place for our yearly sibling trip. This location has been the best so far for walkability. Steven was great to deal with. Would book again & highly recommend.

Steve was wonderful to work with and very responsive to questions. We easily walked everywhere in the downtown area from the house, and it is located on a beautiful street. The only complaint we had was a personal preference - the house just felt too dark - especially the main areas downstairs (dark curtains, shutters, paint, furniture). Otherwise, we appreciated how clean everything was, the binder with local suggestions, the amenities provided, the comfort of the beds, and how accomodating Steve was with any requests. Thank you!

Stayed here with my husband & another couple. The home was clean & very comfortable. Plenty of room for all of us. Loved the decor & the accommodations. Having our own parking spot & outdoor patio were so well appreciated. Location of this row house was perfect. We were able to walk everywhere from here. Would definitely recommend you stay here. My only suggestion would be putting a chair on the veranda outside of the front bedroom.

We came to Savannah for St. Pat's Day and were blown away by this townhouse! It's less then 2 blocks away from the parade route, we were able to walk to and from to refresh our drinks. Close to trolly pick up spots and so many great restaurants within walking distance. The owner/host was amazing, so helpful with directions. The property was better then the pictures! The furniture is stunning and the beds are so comfortable. When we come back to Savannah, we will stay here again!!!

We loved the row house in Savannah where we spent a week . It was such a lovely home with plenty of amenities, very clean and well maintained. Having parking in the back was such a plus when we ventured out with our rental car. However, the house is in a prime location to walk to many sights and restaurants or just stroll around the area and take in all the historic homes and buildings. The owner Steve, was very accommodating before our trip and the instructions for the home were useful and comprehensive. We didn't need to call Steve after we arrived which speaks for itself that he is a great host for this property. We would highly recommend this home for adults; the stairs and beautiful antique furnishings might not be a good fit for small children.

This is a beautiful place to spend any time but was especially perfect for our Christmas Vacation. Great location and has all the comforts of home. Beautifully decorated with emphasis on the Savanah charm. On our list to visit again.

Clean and charming….if I was to suggest any improvement it would be to provide dishwashing soap and perhaps 1 or 2 pods to run the dishwasher. Lovely property. Great location.

This is a beautiful home with a perfect location in Savannah's Historic District. The home was comfortable and had everything we needed plus the bonus of having parking. This home is close to many local landmarks, shopping, restaurants, and bars within a one mile radius. We did not even need to use our car during our visit as it was convenient to walk everywhere. The owner was easy to contact and very responsive. The listing and rental agreement are comprehensive and everything is exactly as stated. Highly recommend this home and would definitely stay here again!

Property is immaculately clean and well-maintained. Parking in the alley for TWO cars was a real luxury. Plenty of space to accommodate four adults for relaxing and dining together. Description of property amenities listed a DVD player, but it was not there. Had we known there was not a DVD player on site, we'd have brought one (so we could have see the DVD of our son's wedding). Still, a great visit enhanced by a terrific property.
