Wright Square Loft: Amazing Unit A in Downtown Savannah With Great Views!
About this condo rental
Located in Savannah, this lovely condo for $276 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Gorgeous 2 bedroom condo with a wall of windows overlooking Wright Square. This location is steps from all the best fine dining restaurants Savannah has to offer, as well as museums, casual restaurants, boutiques, specialty stores, bars, day spas and historic landmarks. The condo has a large gourmet kitchen with marble counter tops which is open to a great dining room and living room with leather sectional sofa. The back bedroom has a Queen bed and nice bathroom next door off the hallway. The master bedroom at the front of the unit has a King bed, a lovely en suite bathroom and walk in closet. Conveniently, you will have a private laundry room with Whirlpool front loader washer and dryer. The building has coded entry from street level into the lobby stairwell area. This unit is on floor 2 of a 2 story building and there is no elevator so this is unsuitable for anyone who cannot walk up stairs. Parking is on-street and meters are best handled by downloading the ParkSavannah App to pay for any numbered space through an app on your phone. Or by paying one of the several public parking garages within a 3 block radius directly. We are lucky to have a 24/7 garage access card for our guests at this condo. The garage is one block away from the building and parking for one car is covered with a small $15 flat fee to use our access card. If you do not wish to use our garage card or have additional vehicles, all day parking on street and at select parking garages is best handled by downloading the ParkSavannah App to pay for any numbered space through an app of your phone. Guests please be aware: We are an "integrated partner" with VRBO/Expedia/HomeAway. Your credit card will show the rent/tax/cleaning portion of your charges under our company name because Integrated Partners are required to be the Merchant Of Record per VRBO terms of service. Only your "service fee" charged by VRBO will show on your credit card statement as a charge from that company. Please be sure anyone who oversees your credit card statement is aware of this to avoid any confusion. If you book on VRBO you will have already agreed to our basic rules and terms (no smoking, no pets, capacity limit, check in/out times, refund policy etc) on the VRBO checkout page. You will then need to digitally sign a rental agreement with our company after booking through VRBO. Nothing in our company rental agreement contradicts the posted terms on VRBO. Unit is just as described and listed in pictures. Very clean. Easy walking distance to all that Savannah has to offer. Property itself was 5 star. While I very much enjoyed our stay, the construction noise from across the street in the early morning hours was the only negative (construction started at 6am). Even with that though, I would still stay here again.

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. The gourmet kitchen was amazing. All the amenities were available. Right in front of the park with downtown all around us. Parking in the garage was about three blocks away, but worked out fine. There is a CVS just across the park, but the nearest grocery store is one that you need to drive to. Other than that it was amazing and we would absolutely stay again if ever in Savannah, thank you for your hospitality and helping to make our stay wonderful.

This VRBO offering is EXACTLY as it is pictured and then some. We were so excited to be able to walk to everything - Starbucks, breakfast, lunch, dinner, the riverfront - it is all within a ten-minute walk of this terrific location. Parking is provided for one car, and the windows offer a beautiful view of one of the twenty-two parks originally designed by James Oglethorpe in the 1730s. We would definitely use this exact same offering again.

My daughter has recently enrolled in to college in Savannah and when we first came down we stayed at a hotel. Let's just say the experience was not great. This was far better than staying at an hotel. From the property managers rapid response to the property itself. We parked the car and walked to everything. I would book this place AGAIN in a heartbeat. Thank you for the great experience!!!

We would definitely recommend staying here. The place was very clean and within walking distance to restaurants/bars, riverwalk, and site seeing. One thing thats great is on the wall is a large ipad type check-in/out process that also has lists of restaurants with reviews and locations.

This property is fantastically situated. We parked our car upon arrival and didn't move it until departure. We walked and Ubered everywhere. A stones throw from coffee, restaurants and activities. This is a well-appointed unique property that we all loved. It was easy to get comfortable. Lots of nice space that respected the design and architecture of the city. Great!

Visited Savannah to celebrate my mother’s birthday and brought my teenage daughter. The apartment is in a fantastic location and made popping in and out throughout the day a breeze. Communication with the owner was seamless and check-in/out instructions were easy to follow. The long staircase to the second floor apartment was expected and manageable by my 73 year old mother who tends to have hip issues. They are not steep but there are a lot in the flight. We had no issues with wifi or AC. Construction across the street at the post office was the only negative, but more because it disturbed the beautiful view of the square. The crew didn’t start before 7am and noise didn’t ramp up until closer to 8am. The church bells toll every 15 minutes from 8am-8pm and made more noise than the construction. Beds were incredibly comfortable - definitely the best sleep we have had away from home. I should have pulled up the sheets to check what mattress it was! We didn’t see laundry appliances, but I suspect it was behind the locked door in the kitchen. Wasn’t a big enough deal to inquire.
Everything we needed was provided - trash bags, toilet paper, hand soap, coffee filters, cork screw, and dish detergent.
I would definitely return and appreciate the thoughtfulness the owner put into making this space so comfortable!

We stayed at the property for an extended (Just shy of 6 weeks) stay while we worked remotely to escape some of the winter up north.
The property was just as described, in a great location, clean, and well stocked with everything we needed.
Everything was great, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again if we're in the Savannah area.

This property was just as pictured and provided an amazing retreat for our vacation. We were able to easily navigate to all of the sites and the ones we didn't know about our host had them listed in the booklet on the counter. Checking in and checking out was seamless. Would definitely consider this property again if and when I'm visiting Savannah.

The property was very clean. The kitchen is beautiful and nicely stocked. The bathrooms are very nice and the beds in both bedrooms were very comfortable. I am usually very picky with my beds and these beds were great. The condo is in the city across the street from one of the parks. You can walk to anywhere in the city including River Street. We parked our car and did not use it all weekend long. Recommend coming back for weekend trip.

My parents, husband, and I all stayed here for a week and we enjoyed our time! It was a nice size for all four of us with all the amenities you need and plenty of places to sit and relax. The couch is sooo comfy! I loved having coffee and watching out the window at Wright Square. My dad and I even got to watch the square get decorated for the holidays.
Having a washer/dryer in the unit was so helpful—we all packed very lightly knowing we could easily do laundry on site. Made traveling much easier. They even provided detergent for the washer, soaps and shampoo, and plenty of paper products.
CVS and Parker’s Market are close by (super duper short walk) for anything you need for the kitchen to make your stay even more comfortable. This spot is so close to everything downtown, it’s great for walking! No need for a car, but they do offer offsite parking (a short walk away) for an additional small fee if you need it for one car.
The ONLY downside was construction happening at the historic building across the way. It wasn’t bad, but occasionally there would be rather loud sounds and the workers begin anytime between 7 and 8am M-F (typically closer to or at 8). Such is life staying in the city, and not the fault of the property owner (she was so responsive and friendly!). If you’re a light sleeper, bring some earplugs or use a white noise app (like me!).
Overall: we enjoyed our stay. It was comfortable and convenient for us four!

Savannah is about half way for us to get together with our granddaughter and to meet her boyfriend. The house was perfect for the 4 of us and we are already planning our next visit to Savannah and this perfect location. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. We will definitely be back.

Had an amazing stay here with my wife for a romantic getaway. Had tried to get to Savanah for years, and this was the perfect home for the weekend. This is perfectly located and close to everything. It was very quite and had a gorgeous view, which you can fully take in with all the windows. The host was unbelievably responsive and this was the perfect getaway. We are already looking to book again, you can't go wrong.

This property is wonderfully located. We were able to walk to each destination (Broughton Street, City Market, River Street and many, many squares) with ease. The pictures are not deceptive on space and it was beautifully decorated. We had a couple of hickups (the AC would not cool below 78 the first night and the shower would not drain) but the issues were resolved quickly and we loved our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location for stay in historic district
Having recently spent a week in a NY hotel suite with the family, this was palatial by comparison. Well equipped and super convenient to downtown Savannah. Our one tiny quibble was that during our stay (super hot mid July), the HVAC did a better job for the bedrooms than the common area. Further away from the thermostat in the dining room, it stayed warmer during the day. Not that big a deal.

The only problem was the construction outside of the master bedroom staring at 655am. I know there’s nothing that the property manager can do to control that, but if you’re looking to sleep in, check for construction on the neighborhood. Comfortable bed! The guest bedroom was quiet.
