Located in Texas, this attractive bed and breakfast for $115 per night is a great choice for your next break. Perfect for a romantic getaway or a family fun weekend vacation. This cozy cottage is 2.5 miles from Graham. The cottage decor & fixtures are re-purposed antiques, giving it a unique feel you can't get anywhere else. The water's edge gas fire pit is a great place to unwind year round. The loft has a full-size bed, and the window seat can be used as a single bed. The living area includes a small table, window seat and a kitchenette with a mini fridge, microwave and coffee pot as well as a two burner cook-top, and an air fryer, but no oven or stove. The Cottage is NOT for parties or rowdy activities. There is a propane gill on the backside of the cottage, you are also welcome to use the outdoor kitchen and grill on the back porch of the main house. The porch has lights and a stereo that you are welcome to use as well. The back yard offers plenty of sun and shade for you to enjoy and the dock is equipped with a large umbrella to allow for more comfort while on the dock. Their are Paddle Boards and Kayaks stored behind the cottage that you are welcome to use, and life jackets and floats are in the dock box. A local fishing guide service is available by Scott Smiley, must be booked prior to arrival. More info and contact info provided upon request.

The Lake Cottage on Lake Graham is a charming place to stay. It has a stunning view of the lake and the cottage and grounds are extremely well maintained. The host was easy to communicate with and very helpful.

My husband and I absolutely loved this little cottage and the incredible views from the balcony and fire pit. It was the perfect escape and close enough to town to get groceries or enjoy an evening out to eat. Eric provided his cell phone number and was available if we needed anything during our stay.

This was the perfect getaway for my husband and I to have a weekend of quiet reflection. We "lived" on the window seat in front of the picture window. It was the perfect place to talk, read, and reflect on the coming year. The property is exactly as described and as seen in the photos. Being January, it was a little cold to be outside, but we did sit on the floating dock and feed the fish one morning. And we so enjoyed watching the ducks and geese out on the water. Eric was a wonderful host and easy to work with via email. I highly recommend his cottage for a peaceful getaway with a wonderful view of the lake.

What a wonderful time we had staying at this adorable little cottage! Eric was so welcoming and accommodating! The cottage was exactly as pictured and even better in person!! Check in went smoothly. Eric was a great host and very accommodating. The view was great and although the cottage is in close proximity to Eric’s house, we had plenty of privacy. We enjoyed sitting by the fire pit overlooking the lake and feeding the fish and Aflac, the duck.

My friends and I had a wonderful little weekend. The tiny lake house was very cozy, Eric was a great host, and sitting out by the lake in the evening and in the morning with coffee was so relaxing after this very crazy year.

If you are looking for a peaceful property to relax and unwind, this is the place. Eric, our host, had everything ready for us. My wife and I just wanted to relax...this place was perfect. Eric also provided several restaurants in the area, all were very good. It is a quaint town with several nice parks. Next time we are in the area we will definitely book this cottage again.

Very cute small cottage, nice for a weekend getaway. The cottage is very close to Eric’s house, I would not recommend for a romantic weekend. Water access was great, we brought our boat and were able to use his dock. Great views!

Eric was a great host! Responded to communication quickly. Cute little cottage perfect for a family of 4. Perfect boat dock to house the boat overnight and during the day. Easy access to the water and very close to the boat ramp. We have already booked a return visit Labor Day weekend! This will be a yearly trip for us!

The Cottage is exactly as it is pictured online. Cute, very comfortable, and has direct access to the dock. We had a great time winding down from our daily grind. Eric is the best host. Very attentive to your needs, communicates clearly, and provides information about local restaurants and shopping. Great experience.

You really cannot top the view of the lake from the large window in the cottage. The seating is perfect for reading or just slowing down and watching nature!

Very cozy mother-in-law suite. Perfect for a couple and one child. Or just a romantic couple getaway. The only thing is if you have a hard time going upstairs this might not be the place for you. They are very steep to get to the bed. But the stairs and how the bed is laid out is what makes the place so cool. It makes you feel like you’re a kid again

The perfect setting to start off our new year. The cottage was quaint and lovely. My husband and our two girls loved every minute of it. The added bonus of snow on NYE was amazing. Eric even offered to lend us sleds for the girls to enjoy. He was so accommodating and was quick to respond. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a memorable New Years!
