Excellent location in the middle of downtown with an easy to access check in area.
Beds were a little uncomfortable but that’s likely because I don’t like very soft mattresses.

Fantastisches Stadthotel mit schönen Zimmern und sehr guten Betten! Sehr gut ist das Parkhaus, das über eine Brücke mit dem Hotel verbunden ist! Nähe zu den Theatern und zur Mainstreet sehr vorteilhaft
Mir fehlte eine Sauna und der Pool war wegen einer Privatveranstaltung geschlossen!

The building is cool.
The elevators didn’t really work. Had to walk down 10 flights of stairs. The valet system was more annoying than anything. The bar was just okay.

I liked this hotel very much for the purpose of our stay. Location is great, rooms clean and cleaned daily. Valet parking worked well. Staff were friendly and helpful and facilities great.

Everything the room was nicely kept and clean. The bed and pillows were so comfy.
No open restaurants near walking distance or nearby.

Great property with good amenities. Very nice hotel with a great staff
Rooms were roomy and decorated modernly with all the items you need like a fridge, iron, coffee maker. The staff was wonderful and the bar and pool were good as well.

We enjoyed being right downtown
The ac didn’t work in our room the entire first night so our room was HOT and humid. we ordered room service twice and both times it took over an hour and the food was cold. Rooms don’t have microwaves or anything.

quiet, high floor view, quick valet, great bagel shop
extremely slow food delivery from downstairs restaurant. food arrived cold and without in-room microwave we couldn’t warm it up. we contacted front desk to have meal removed from bill. we left the food outside our door and got pizza delivery from blocks away that arrived piping hot. the fact that an in-house restaurant couldn’t provide hot delivery using an elevator consider the high price is ridiculous.
