This two-bedroom condo features two King Master Bedrooms, a hot tub on the large deck and a gas fireplace. Villa #5 is only minutes from shopping and dining in both Downtown Bend and the Old Mill District, as well as Century Drive, which is the local, two-lane highway that takes you directly to Mt. Bachelor Ski Resort! Villa #5 is perfect for one or two couples who want a quiet, yet refined, getaway to Bend! We allow pets at pet friendly homes only with prior approval and a $15/night/pet, pet fee. Pets are not permitted on the bedding or furniture and must never be left at the home alone unless they are crated/kenneled. Please note, if you choose to book with this home, you will be receiving a separate rental agreement that will need to be electronically signed before your stay.

Kitchen is well equipped, super soft sheets and comfy beds and a nice deck! The only con is that they need to provide a few more bath, hand, and wash towels.

This is a very nice condo, comfortable, clean and had most everything we needed. Broken Top is a great community, central to everything. We loved the dual on suite set up of this condo, hot tub, golf course view and good parking.

Great location, great condo that is well maintained and has all of the amenities. However, the jacuzzi temperature was set to 109 degrees and the regulator appeared to be broken, so we were unable to turn the temperature down to a reasonable temperature. This was a special trip with my son and a big part of the appeal of staying at this location was the jacuzzi. We reached out via both phone and text to the property manager, but no one ever came to fix the problem and no one at the property manager's office followed up. We were not able to use the jacuzzi at all during our stay. Also, the tank for the shower upstairs appeared to have a ridiculously small capacity. My son took a five minute shower and when I went to take one immediately afterward the water was freezing.

This villa unit was very clean and comfortable. Great deck and hot tub, great location - close to skiing and close to dining. Great dog walks and play area just across the street. The beds were very comfortable and kitchen well appointed. We would stay here again.

It’s in a great location and a nice home. Definitely ideal for a weekend getaway with a max of two couples. Master bedroom suite is spacious and quite lovely. It’s a vacation rental so there are certainly some maintenance things that should be done (hot tub screen broken, dishwasher front wood panel coming off, etc) but nothing that makes the experience any less relaxing. Would definitely go back! :)

The place certainly had everything anyone could need (except a microwave cover--it would have been handy!) the dishwasher may have a problem: the detergent packet was still there after we ran a load (we had set it on "normal")! and both sets of living room drapes had problems with their pull function. Our last day we noticed the lights out on the modem in the downstairs bedroom, which we had not touched or used. Otherwise, everything worked, once we figured out the shower valve. Lots of leaves on the outdoor steps.

All-in-all, the property was pretty much as advertised. Large bedrooms, comfortable beds and bedding, well-stocked kitchen, and good size bathrooms that are a little outdated, but not bad. A couple of things that needed to be better are that the hot tub was low on water (but functional), the bathroom linens were not of the quality that matches the rest of the unit…need upgrading, and the Greese tray in the outdoor grill definitely needs cleaning. Other than these minor things, it was a great place to stay and I would definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay! Very clean, fully stuffed & great location. One comment, when you arrive, make sure to go through the main entrance on 62000 Broken Top. At gate, they will provide a guess pass to get in during their working hours. At night, there is a phone box to call to enter. Anyway, will come back definitely!

Home is as described, needs a few minor repairs but otherwise in good shape. Make sure to come in the main entrance- our GPS lead us through one of the many gates we did not receive a code for. You shouldn’t need a code if you use the main entrance. Rental staff were prompt and helpful. Lots of places to walk my dog, which was nice. We don’t golf but the grounds were very nice, we enjoyed the views!

Beautiful place but you must provide written directions because GPS takes you to a gate you can't get in. It takes you the shortest way. We didn't know you had to go to another gate. In addition the building address is not well marked at all. Very confusing how to find this unit. If you instruct to say once you pass through the main gate that is staffed, take the third right, then immediate right and then unit is in the left corner up the stairs

The property was very nice. Kitchen had everything you needed to cook with. We enjoyed staying here. In check in instructions you should explain getting to the condo better. You have to stop at the gate guard and get a pass. Each time you want to leave and come back you need to show pass to get in. Which is fine but confusing. When we got there the guard was not there. So we had to go find someone. Also because not being a member you can not use the pool. But it is a great condo and is close to hiking and kayaking.
