Envision a brand new, stylish, three-bedroom, three bath, and three-story townhome - with THREE DECKS hanging over Trail Creek as it babbles through central Ketchum. Add trees, Baldy views, and a private hot tub on the lowest deck beneath a canopy of cottonwoods next to the stream... Then consider the EXTREMELY FAIR NIGHTLY RATE - this very classy new residence is probably the best lodging deal in town! And now... after all the five-star reviews, new owners have upgraded the furnishings to an even higher quality - but kept the price as before! Summer or winter, you'll want to be an easy stroll from the center of Ketchum, Sun Valley's actual community, where you'll find renowned restaurants, galleries, theaters and shops for which rustic-sophisticated Ketchum/Sun Valley is so well known. In winter, the River Run Shuttle stops nearby on its way to the lifts, arriving at the River Run base in minutes. Or you can drive the half-mile to the lifts and park. The split-level architecture offers the very latest in design excellence, maximizing views, privacy and exposure to the delightful creek. The great room looks over Trail Creek canopied with cottonwood foliage in the summer and offering bold views of Baldy in the winter. The bedrooms--each with its own bath and its own flat-screen TV and DVD player--are all on separate levels; two face the creek and the mountain and have access to the decks flanking the stream. The other bedroom makes claim to the kitchen, great room and uppermost treetop and Baldy-view deck. All of the furnishings finishes and equipment are state-of-the-art, reflecting the owners' good taste and genuine sense of hospitality. There's a large heated double garage right in the unit--no twisty, tight underground parking and elevators to deal with. The stairs are tiled in slate leading to living areas with smooth hardwood floors coordinated with the alder kitchen accents, big solid-wood doors and window casings. Accent area rugs add color and style to the living areas. Bedrooms feature wall-to-wall carpeting. The kitchen is a joy with granite, stainless steel, alder, pendant lighting over the casual-dining bar, and everything you need, from blender to teapot to wall-mounted bottle opener. And, with the open floor plan, the cooks are part of the great room, arranged around the gas-igniting, wood-burning fireplace and wall-mounted 42-inch TV/DVD etc. The solid-oak dining ensemble is set up for six. The spacious master bedroom suite with king bed has a large adjacent sitting room with ultra-suede sofa sleeper which can be partitioned for privacy by closing double pocket doors. An antiqued armoire closets a flat panel TV and DVD player. Access to the lower deck offers an easy evening hot tub. The bathroom suite features granite counter tops accented with travertine, shoulder depth tub, glass encased shower and walk-in closet/dressing room. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, TV and DVD and its own bath with a roomy glass-enclosed shower lined with slate. Bedroom Number Three, on top, has twin beds that can be converted to king; its adjacent full bath with roomy glass-enclosed shower also tiled in slate, functions as the powder room. This property was great! Very clean and good location. There were things missing when we got there. No toilet paper in the house and we checked everywhere. Texted the owner and he had the housekeepers bring some over within 10 min. I was asked two weeks prior if I wanted the twin beds apart or together, I needed them apart but they were made into one bed. So we had to move furniture and find sheets for the twins. No hand towels or dish clothes in the kitchen and when I went to bed in the queen bed it was made very nicely but there were no sheets or pillow cases on the bed just the mattress pad. I had to hunt down sheets and make it myself. Seems like the main issue is linens, because there was no bath mat when you got out of the shower either. But overall I would stay here again, it was a beautiful place.

The property is very nice- good location as it is close to town and the river run lifts. But in my opinion it is not walkable - especially in ski gear. We had a fourteen day ski pass and are in very good condition, but very unpleasant walk in ski boots and carrying skis. That being said, it is a quick 5 min drive with easy parking so all was good. Beautiful condo

Quiet townhouse on the creek, tri-level , well appointed , clean and very comfortable. Nice kitchen space, garage big enough for one car and our mountain bikes. The upstairs living room and bedroom does have A/C but was not working. There was a heat wave along with regional fires that created poor air quality so we could not open the windows. It was therefore hot in the upstairs bedroom with the 2 twin beds. Brian the rental manager got a repairman out the next day and got it working. Brian was very responsive. Parking is limited at this property but can accommodate a mid sized car in the garage. Overall I would recommend this place and definitely stay again.

This lovely centrally located condo overlooks a little creek and lovely trees. It's nicely appointed with three large bedrooms, a nice kitchen and a couple living spaces. It was very easy getting in and leaving. This is a great Sun Valley spot!

Holiday weekend!
Had a great time celebrating the holiday weekend and a friends wedding in town. The homes location right on the river was amazing and super easy to walk into town! For anyone with mobility challenges, this is not the best home as there are lots of stairs. Be sure to bring shampoo/body wash/conditioner as those items were not in the home. Not the most comfortable beds either.

The hot tub is small but nice with a view of the creek. We had some communication problems with Brian, the property manager, so just be persistent in your inquiries. Only negative is thw property managers- awful- called and lwftcmessages for three days that outdoor trash can full when we go there and dishwasher broken. NEVER got a response. Owners should consider new property manager!
